Luka

"Did you do your homework?" I ask Ciel and Finny.

"Yep! I did all of it last night! I checked over everything twice!" Finny says enthusiastically.

"Yes, mother," Ciel groans.

"Just making sure," I say with a grin.

"Once school ends we will be going to visit the sight of the murder. That means we are leaving with or without you, Finny," Ciel says.

"I'm a part of host club now so I must be there for my club," Finny says.

"We'll send Sebastian to go get you later then," Ciel says. "Which means that you will be coming with me instead."

"I was already planning on it," I say. "I'm bringing Pluto too to help sniff out."

"Great," Ciel says sarcastically.

"I don't like him that much either so I don't know why you're pouting too," I say.

"How could you not like Pluto?" Finny asks.

"It's not that I don't like him he's just hard to handle," Ciel says.

"I hate him because I'm a cat," I say. "Think Finny!"

"Sorry! I forgot you were a neko!" Finny says and holds his hands up in defense.

"How could you forget about something like that?" Ciel asks.

"Well, she never is really in cat form all that much," Finny says.

I turn into a black cat and hop into Finny's lap. "Remember now?"

He blushes when I lay down. "Y-yes!"

"Good, now, pet me, gently," I say.

"Yes, Miss Zandra," he says and begins scratching behind my ears.

I purr in content. About 10 minutes pass.

"We're at the school so change back," Ciel says.

"I don't wanna..." I say and hop back over next to Ciel.

"Don't come next to me! You know I'm allergic to you!" Ciel yells.

"You're allergic to the fur of cats if it gets by your nose. You can't be allergic to me since I don't shed," I purr and rub against him.

"Would you stop that!" Ciel yells and scoots away from me.

I giggle and turn back into my human form. "Sorry, you're just so fun to tease, young master."

The limo's door opens and Ciel quickly climbs out. Finny follows then I climb out.

"Baby kitten, please don't tease the young master so much," father says and chuckles.

"Sorry, daddy."

"Have a good day at school, kitten."

"I'll try! Bye!" I say and leave with Finny and Ciel.

"I think I'm about to die," Ciel says and gags with a fake sneeze.

I roll my eyes. "That was as fake as all the girls' noses in this school."

Ciel pouts as Finny and I laugh.

"Well, I'm off to homeroom!" Finny says and dashes off.

"Yeah, we need to get going too," I say to Ciel.

~~~
"For the last time, no, I will not show you my eye!" Ciel shouts. "Leave me alone, Hitachiin. Zandra, please do something about this."
"Aww! Why not!?" the twins whine and begin poking him.
"Sorry, I can't do anything without the teacher fussing with me," I say. "But I can do this." I shoot two spit balls at the twins and they fall onto the floor.
"Oww!" they complain.
"Quit bothering him about it. There's no way you're ever going to see it," I say.
For the next 40 minutes the twins, triplets, and Alois begin spitting spit balls at me through a straw. I, of course, dodge every spit ball they throw at me and they end up hitting each other which causes them to spit back. I don't involve myself and do my classwork. I'm not gonna be the one getting caught.
*DING DING DING*
"Thank Satan!" I proclaim and rush out the classroom, dragging Ciel with me.
"Of course you would say Satan," Ciel says and rolls his eyes.
"If we have a few minutes without them annoying me, I'm gonna take it!" I say and hurry to our next class.
"They got to you, huh?"
"They're more annoying than Grell," I say. "Grell is at the top of the list in annoying too. They're not as bad by themselves, but all together drives me insane! Anyway, did you get your work done?"
"Of course."
"Good."
We take our seats and relax while we can before the twerps show up.
"I wish I could get this case over with and go back home in London, but no, I have to graduate," Ciel complains.
"I've already graduated school, 60 times, and I have to go through it another time. I don't know why you're complaining you only have to do it once," I say.
"Zandra?!" a young voice yells and tackles me in a hug.
"Luka? What are you doing here?"
Just because I hate his brother doesn't mean I hate him. I mean how could you hate this kid? He's as precious as Honey supposedly is.
"I was looking for my big brother. Do you know where he is?" Luka asks.
"He should be here in any minute," I say. "Anyway, I haven't seen you in forever. How old are you now?"
"10!"
"Wow, you're getting old. I feel old," I joke.
"That's because you are old," Ciel mutters. "Exactly 45 minutes and 17 seconds old."
"Shut up," I mutter.
"Luka?" Alois questions, walking in the room with the triplets in tow. "What are you doing here? Shouldn't you be in class?"
"I have lunch right now, so I was allowed to come here. Anyway, guess what?"
"What?"
"I got a 100 on my spelling test!"
"That's awesome, Luka!" Alois says and hugs him. "Good job! I'm so proud of you!"
All the girls in the room aww.
"Oh brother," Ciel says and rolls his eyes.
"Such a sweet boy, but has you as his brother," I say.
"Hey!" Alois fusses.
"I love him either way! He's getting better at being nice because of me and the host club," Luka says, proudly.
"That's good! You teach him!" I cheer. "Alois, why can't you be more like your precious, sweet little brother?"
"I used to be so sweet and innocent, until that day happened," Alois says. "That day I became Alois Trancy."
"Because your real name is Jim Macken," I say.
"Don't say that name! That was the old me! I am reincarnated!" Alois says.
"In the same body..." I sigh. "Anyway, Luka, I think you should go before you get into trouble."
"Yes! Big brother I will come to your club today instead of going home with Claude," Luka says.
"Sounds good to me," Alois says, taking his seat behind me.
They give each other one last hug before Luka runs out the room. The twins and Haruhi enter right after.
"Did you guys see that kid?" the twins ask. "He kinda looked like us."
"That was Luka," I say.
"My little brother," Alois says.
"You have a little brother?!" the twins yell.
"That was him," Alois says.
"He looks nothing like you," Haruhi says.
"He doesn't act like him either. They're like polar opposites," I say. "Alois is a bitch and Luka is a big sweetheart like Honey supposedly is."
"Hey!" Alois complains.
"Wow, is he really that sweet?" Haruhi asks.
"He's precious and I wish I could take him away from this troll," I say and point to Alois.
"Bitch," Alois says.
"Prude."
"Damn demon tart."
"Shitty spoiled brat," I retort.
"Man, you two really don't like each other, huh?" Hikaru asks.
"Why?" Kaoru asks.
"Hate doesn't even begin to describe how much I don't like him. Despise is a better word," I say.
"Like I said my butler, her, and her father have some history together," Alois says.
"Which is?" the twins ask.
"My butler ki-"
"-ssed my mother by force," I say and shoot Alois a glare.
"Really? That's why you hate him so much?" they ask.
"He does also kidnap Ciel a lot," I say. It's not a complete lie.
"We do that a lot to Haruhi," they say. "To go to the mall or something."
"If only my kidnapping was as ridiculous as that," Ciel mutters in English.
~~~

The bell for the end of the day has just rung and Ciel and I are on our way towards the car to go to the murder that happened last night.

"Zandra! Ciel!"

We turn around at the sound of the voice to see Tamaki running towards us.

"What do you want?" Ciel asks.

"We heard from Alois that you were going to do your job and we wanted to come along!" Tamaki says happily while the rest of the host club walk up behind him.

Alois smirks.

"Can you handle the sight of death?" I ask.

"Why would we need to handle that?" Haruhi asks, oblivious.

"No, you can't come," Ciel says. "You'll cause a big scene, bigger than Prince Soma... We don't need distractions and unwanted idiots."

"Prince Soma?" Tamaki questions.

"Soma Asman Kadar, the prince of Bengal and one of the 26 children to the Raja of Bengal," Kyoya says.

"Yeah, that's him..." I say. (I just realized that he sounds exactly like my father... He kinda acts like him too, smug and evil. How does he get that information anyway? He gets info like a demon.)

"You know a prince?!" Honey and Alois exclaim.

"Jealous," I ask, taunting Alois.

Alois huffs. "Whatever."

"Anyway, don't follow us or I will know and come find you," I threaten.

"How would you know?" the twins ask.

"Miss Zandra always knows. I once dropped a plate and she came from the other end of the house to fuss with me!" Finny says.

"That's impressive, but it depends on how big the house is," Haruhi says. "In my house I would've been able to hear it."

"We live in a manor that's a little bigger than the land for the school," Ciel says. "I'm not a pathetic commoner."

"Whoa!" they all exclaim, except Mori, Kyoya, Alois, and the triplets. "That's like impossible."

"Anyway, you're making us late," I fuss and pick up Ciel. "We must be going."

"Put me down!" Ciel yells.

"Sorry," I say and run away from the host club.

"Whoa, Zandra is really fast and strong!" Honey exclaims.

I make my way towards the car past the curious onlookers.

"Would you put me down now? We're far away from them now and people are starting to look," Ciel complains, face flushed.

"Is my young master embarrassed?" I tease, setting him down by the car that my father brought in the middle of the day. I take the key for it out from underneath the hood.

"Alois is going to make fun of me all day tomorrow!" Ciel complains.

"Oh, it's not like he's never been carried like that," I say, rolling my eyes. I open the passenger side door and strap Ciel in. Then I get into the driver's seat.

"Can you even drive?"

"If I couldn't drive a simple car what kinda maid would I be?"

"A worthless one," he says. "Then let's be off."

I pull out of the parking lot and immediately I know we're being followed.

"Hold on tight because we're being followed, of course," I say and quickly turn right and they follow. "Shit, I bet it's one of the triplets driving. If so I can't lose them, they're probably following my demon aura."

"Well, turn it off!" Ciel complains.

"The only way I can do that is if I turn into a cat, but if I do that I won't be able to reach the petals."

"Great," Ciel scoffs.

I quickly drive around and block them off by speeding up for a yellow light, making them stop at the red light.

"I got rid of them for now," I say and drive towards the murder scene.

"Good, now, let's hurry and get there. I'm starting to get a headache," Ciel whines and rubs his temples.

"On the way to the murder scene now."

We continue for about 10 minutes before we reach the murder scene. I take Pluto, in human form, out of the trunk and put him on his leash. I open the door for Ciel and we walk up to the large crowd and make our way through.

"Get back, kids, this isn't the place for spoiled rich kids," a policeman says, looking at our uniforms.

Ciel holds up a paper, which has the prime minister's seal on it saying to allow us through.

"I'm Ciel Phantomhive and these are my servants. We have permission by the prime minister to be helping out with the random murders case," Ciel says.

"What's the prime minister thinking, letting children investigate a murder scene," the policeman grumbles and lets us enter.

"Ciel?!" a voice calls out surprised.

"Abberline?" Ciel says in disbelief.

"What are you doing here?" Abberline asks.

"Trying to solve this random murders case, now I understand why I haven't seen you around London. Anyway, it looks like you were taking too long to solve this case so the prime minister asked the queen for more help and she sent us," Ciel smirks.

Abberline sighs. "This way."

He leads us to the victim's body. The stomach is slashed open and the backs of both legs are cut open from heel to it's butt. Then to finish it off a bullet through the head, straight between the eyes.

"Any clues?" Ciel asks.

"Only that every victim is cut and shot the same way. No traces left behind. They appear to be killed in a pattern 3 males are shot then 1 woman then 3 men then 1 woman and repeat," Abberline says. "30 dead."

"Strange," Ciel says. "What relations do they have between each other?"

"Nothing," Abberline says. "Never worked together, went to school together, or lived together. The victims never even knew each other existed."

"What about job rank, like are they all managers or big company owners?" I ask.

"This man was the owner of a nearby big store," he says. "The killer started with a homeless man. It seems as if he's going through from a lowly commoner up towards higher ups."

"Anything missing from the bodies?" Ciel asks.

"No, just a lot of blood."

"Could you leave us to investigate?" Ciel asks.

"Yes, I have to go ask witnesses anyway," he says and leaves.

"Pluto, sniff out who killed this person," I command, taking him off his leash.

He immediately gets on the ground and begins sniffing.

"Do you smell anything?" Ciel asks me.

"There's a faint scent of reaper and a male human along with the officers," I say and turn into a navy blue cat. I begin sniffing around.

"Bark!" Pluto barks and begins running away.

"Follow him!" I say and chase after Pluto.

Pluto runs out the way we came so we run through the crowd. They all look at us weird. I mean a man running on all fours with a blue cat and a kid running after would look kinda weird.

We run by a limo where I sense the three triplets and the rest of the host club.

I decide to jump on to the windshield to freak them out and continue chasing after Pluto.

...
Alois' POV... 😈😝

Zandra picks up Ciel and runs off.

"Whoa, Zandra is really fast and strong!" Honey exclaims.

"Come on, let's go after them," I say and begin walking off towards the limo.

"I don't think we should do that!" Finny fusses. "She'll know!"

"Well, I'm supposed to be doing the same thing Ciel is so I can go. You guys can all be my guests!" I say.

"I don't have a good feeling about this!" Finny whines.

"Just stick with me!" I say and sling my arm around Finny. "We're friends now, right?"

"No, not really," Finny grumbles. "You're still a bad person."

"Even though we're in the same club now?" I ask, putting on my puppy dog face.

"Big brother! There you are!" Luka yells and runs up to me. "You weren't in the club room so I got worried!"

"Big brother?" Tamaki questions and looks from Luka to me. "You look nothing alike. If anything he looks like the twins more."

"Hi, I'm Luka Trancy! Alois is my big brother! It's nice to meet you!" Luka says and shakes Tamaki's hand.

Everyone introduces themselves to my little brother.

"Come on! We're going to lose Ciel and Zandra if we don't hurry!" I fuss. "Timber, you drive!"

We all begin racing out the school and we all pile into my limo. We watch Zandra strap Ciel in the car and walk over to the driver's side.

"Zandra can drive? I thought she wasn't old enough if she's only 15," Haruhi questions. "As well as Timber."

"Zandra and Timber are much older than what you all think," I murmur. "Timber follow them."

We pull out right after Zandra and it seems as if she figures out we're following her rather quickly because she begins to try to lose us. Timber quickly turns.

"Some warning next time would be appreciated!" Haruhi yells from Tamaki's lap, she quickly sits up leaving Tamaki with a flushed face.

"Sorry, hold on to something or someone!" I shout out.

"It's a little late for that," the twins say, hugging each other.

She eventually loses us at a stop light.

"Damn neko," I mutter. "Why didn't you go faster!" I yell at Timber.

He bows his head in apology.

"He would've ran a red light then and we would've gotten a ticket," Kyoya explains.

"You know where she's going?" I ask, ignoring Kyoya, he acts like Claude, smartass.

Once the light changes, we begin making our way towards where Ciel and Zandra are. We continue in silence until we arrive where a lot of people are crowded at.

"Wonder what's happening?" Honey questions.

"It's a crime scene of one of the random murders that have been going around," Kyoya says. "My private police force has been working with people from London to solve the case." It looks as if a lightbulb just appeared over Kyoya's head. "Is that why–"

I giggle to interrupt him. "So you figured it out?"

"Is this why she asked if we could handle the sight of death?" Kyoya whispers to me.

"That should be obvious now, shouldn't it?" I question. "Now let's watch what happens."

Not a second later Pluto, a blue cat, and Ciel come rushing out the building. The cat jumps onto the car.

Finny starts sweating nervously.

"What in the world?" everyone, besides the usual, says.

"Who was the white haired weirdo?" the twins ask.

"That was Plu–" I begin to say but Finny smacks his hand over my mouth, causing me to hit my head on the back of the limo. "Owww!"

"Sorry."

"Plu?" Tamaki questions.

"Pluplu, another one of Ciel's servants. He's a good smeller and acts much like a dog," Finny explains.

"You have some weird servants," the twins confirm.

"You don't know the beginning of weird," I say. "Until you can see for yourself."

"What do you mean?" the twins ask.

I ignore his question. "Triplets let's go investigate. Luka, stay here," I say, exit the limo, and walk up towards the crowd.

...
Zandra's POV...😡🐈

I continue to chase after Pluto. He takes us to a dumpy hotel.

"Is this where the criminal is?" I ask Pluto.

He nods and looks toward me, his eyes go wide. "Woof!" He lunges towards me.

I quickly claw his face, he recoils. "Bad dog!" I hiss. "Give me the scent so I can smell it out."

He leads me over towards the biggest area with the scent.

"Is this the place?" Ciel asks.

"This scent smells like the one on the victim. I'll go in to find the room. Stay with Pluto, he'll protect you and he better listen," I say shooting Pluto a glare. "Please open the door a crack to let me in."

"Zandra," Ciel says. I turn to look at him. "If he's the one, kill him."

"Yes, my lord."

Ciel opens the door and I meander in, following the scent of the criminal.

A person sneezes to my left and they look at me.

"Hey, how did a cat get in here?!" a worker yells and begins to come towards me. "I'm allergic to cats! Get out of here!"

"Meroow!" I hiss and run away, following the scent. I jump onto a suitcase that someone is pulling. I wave a paw at the worker with a smirk.

"Get the cat!"

The people don't seem to hear and continue toward their room. I hop off once they go in a different direction from the scent and continue. I eventually find the room and scratch at the door hoping the man will open it up.

"What the hell?!" the man yells from the other side of the door and stomps to the door. The door swings open and I make my way inside. He looks down the hallway left and right, to discover no one. "Damn idiots." He shuts the door and sits back in the chair to watch tv, smoking a cigarette.

(Disgusting. What a horrible habit.)

The man has a gruffly beard and is kinda chubby, but enough strength to hold someone down and restrain them.

I begin looking around the hotel room for any bloody clothes or a knife or something obvious.

The man gets up and I quickly hide. He takes a beer out the fridge and pops the top off taking a swig then sits back onto the chair.

I begin searching again, sniffing, and making my way towards where I smell blood. The smell leads me towards the bathroom to the bathtub. I look inside to see some washed out, bloody, soaking wet, clothes bundled in a wad. The blood smells just like the blood from the victim. I found the killer. I walk back out into the room and turn into my human form.

"Mooow!" I meow.

The man jumps and aims his gun at me, which has a silencer on it. "What the hell are you doing in my room?! Who are you?! How'd you get in here?!"

"I'm in here to see if you're the man who's been causing the random murders around here. I'm one hell of a maid. I got in here when you opened the door a little while ago."

He laughs evilly. "Yes, I am who you're looking for, but you won't get out of here to tell anyone!" He shoots the gun and the bullet lands right in the middle of my forehead.

Blood begins to fall from my head.

"Well, look at that," I say, reaching my hand to my head, touching my blood. I bring my hand down to look at it while rubbing it between my fingers.

"W-what the hell are you?!" the man tells, dropping his gun.

"Didn't I tell you? I'm merely one hell of a maid," I say. "Meaning I'm a demon and I'm about to eat your soul." I silence the man and kill him, eating his soul. "Thanks for the meal, but you weren't exactly good."

I wash the blood off my head, remove the bullet, and put it in my pocket. I check if any of my blood got on the ground, luckily it didn't so I make my way to the window and jump out.

"Was he the man?" Ciel asks once I'm close enough to him.

"Yes, and I killed him as you told me to," I say.

"Good, now, let's go report to Abberline and leave to the manor," Ciel says.

We walk back to the murder scene. I put Pluto back on his child leash and walk up to the limo while Ciel goes to Abberline.

I throw open the limo doors.

Everyone shrieks.

"What did I tell you about following us?!" I growl, my eyes flash pink.

"I tried to warn them, I did!" Finny pleads.

"I know, just take hold of this leash," I growl and shove the leash in his hands.

Finny does as told and begins to play with Pluto. "Pluplu!"

"I specifically said not to follow us!"

"Alois said that he was supposed to come here anyway and told us that we can be his guests!" the twins and Honey say.

I scoff. "Ridiculous. He wasn't allowed to bring you here. Damn spider and those damn triplet snakes..." {I made it up, that they were snake demons.}

"Snakes?" Kyoya questions.

"Yes, that's what they are," I say.

"And you're a kitty kitty!" the twins cheer. "Neko."

"You London people are strange," Haruhi mutters.

"Are Ciel and Alois by any chance the special help sent by the queen that the prime minister needed for these murders?" Kyoya asks.

"So you figured it out, huh?" I admit, putting my hands on my hips with a sigh.

"Is this what you were hiding from us?" the twins ask.

"We'll say that," I shrug.

"How could you have already solved it?" Alois complains while he, Ciel, and the triplets walk towards us.

"Because I have better pawns than you do," Ciel says, trying to push Alois off him. "Zandra!"

I pull Alois off Ciel and throw him to the triplets.

"Alois! Other people weren't supposed to know about this!" I yell. "It was only for us to know!"

"Well, we aren't telling them everything," Alois says in English. "About what, you, Claude, Sebastian, Pluto, and the triplets are, have we?"

"No, but I won't be surprised if you spill the beans," I growl. "They already know about the murders and how we relate to it. We don't need them finding out about anything else."

"You mean they don't know about Claude and the triplets?" Luka asks.

"No, and they shouldn't," I say.

"Friends shouldn't keep secrets from each other so speak in Japanese so we can understand!" the twins whine.

"We aren't friends with any of you," Ciel states and huffs. "Zandra take me home."

"Yes, my lord. Finnian, you too, bring Pluto with you," I say and walk behind Ciel.

"Pluto?" Hikaru questions. "I thought that was the name of your dog?"

"Yeah, we call him a dog since he acts so much like one," Finny says and quickly runs up to us.

"Baka," I tell Finny. "Get in the back with Pluto. You'll be cleaning up his waste for your punishment."

"What?! But I didn't do anything!" Finny whines.

"You didn't convince them to not go well enough," I state, hooking in Ciel. I shut his door and make my way to the driver's seat. "I'd get in before I leave you."

He quickly scrambles into the back with Pluto in tow. "Yes, ma'am!"

I get into driver's seat and drive home to the manor.

"Honestly," I sigh and pull out.

...
Alois' POV... 😝💠💠

"Did anyone else see Zandra's eyes flash pink, or was that just me?" the twins ask.

"I saw it too," Kyoya says.

"You saw her eyes flash?" I ask, excitedly.

"Have you seen them do that?" Haruhi asks.

"She does it all the time to me," I say. "It's usually when she's pissed off."

"She was definitely pissed," Haruhi says.

"Is it a medical condition?" Kyoya asks.

"I guess you can say that. She was born that way," I say. "Her father can do it too."

"Really?" Kyoya asks.

"I guess you can say it's common in London. The triplets and my butler, Claude, can do it too," I say. "Pluto can too."

"What?!" everyone yells.

"Show us!" Tamaki says, excitedly.

"They can't do it unless they're angry or about to kick someone's ass," I say.

"That's lame," the twins say and shrug.

"Can we go home now? I have to do my homework," Haruhi says.

"Yes, let's go," I say and get in the car. "Timber, take us back to the school then we'll drop Haruhi off at her house before we go home."

...
Sebastian's POV... 😼

"Have you finished writing your letter to the prime minister?" I ask, walking in the study.

"Yes, can you deliver it?" Ciel asks, holding the letter up between his fingers.

"Certainly," I say and take the letter from his fingers, tucking it in my jacket.

"Sebastian."

"Yes?"

"Tell me more about your wife," Ciel says.

"What do you want to know?" I ask, pouring tea into a teacup. "Earl Grey."

"Like, what was her name?"

"Zara Knight." I place the tea in front of him.

"That's a nice name," he says, taking the teacup in his hands. "Did you love her?"

"To hell and back, times infinity," I say.

"That's good. What'd she look like?"

"Exactly like Zandra, but with purple eyes and a little older, obviously."

"Huh," he says and takes a sip of tea. He sets the teacup back down. "Why did Claude kill her?"

"Because he loved her too," I reply.

"Really? That's a ridiculous reason! If you really love someone you should be happy as long as they're happy," Ciel grumbles. "That's why you hate him so much?"

"Mostly," I respond.

"What else is there to it?"

"Well, he's a spider and I hate spiders. They don't taste good in a crow's mouth."

Ciel sweatdrops. He finishes his tea and wipes his mouth. "I'm ready to retire."

"Yes, my lord."

We exit the study and walk to his room.

"Where's Zandra?"

"She was shot in the head when she found the criminal, so she's taking a cat nap," I say.

"She never told me she was shot."

"Because you didn't ask," I respond. "If you don't ask you won't know."

Ciel clicks his tongue.

I get his bath started then begin to undress him. He steps into the bath once I tell him it's ready and I begin to clean him.

"Did you cry?"

"Excuse me?"

"Did you cry when your wife died?" he asks.

I'm silent for a moment, trying to bring up those memories. I pause. "That was a very long time ago."

"When someone you love gets killed right in front of you, you don't forget it," he states.

I sigh. "Yes, I was devastated and almost couldn't take care of Zandra, but I made an effort to."

"How many years before you recovered?"

"Probably a few decades, which only seemed like a year or two," I say.

"Huh," he huffs.

I finish cleaning him in silence. He dries himself off and I put him into his sleepwear.

"Goodnight, young master," I say, pulling up the covers.

"Deliver the letter tonight," Ciel says.

"Yes, my lord." I wait until he falls asleep before I depart to the prime minister's office to drop off the letter.
