"Can I come with you, Bill?"

Bill who was pulling on a coat turned to his younger brother, "it's probably best you stay here, Freddie."

"Please."

"Fine, but you do anything stupid I will whack you. This is about finding Cat, not a stupid jolly."

"Don't you think I know that?"

Bill, Remus, Arthur, Tonks and Fred left the house shortly after and the rest of the house remained there in case she came back. It was silent, other than Mrs Weasley making drinks for everyone to keep herself busy.

The adolescents sat around the table rather quiet. None of them elders particularly close to the girl, Harry was the closest of them all but even then they were as close as one goal post on a quidditch field and another the other side. Ron slurped his drink loudly which irritated Hermione who nudged his chest.

"I'm just glad Fred noticed when he did otherwise she'd be even further away." Said Ginny.

"Why was he even wanting her in the first place?" Questioned Ron, "it was the middle of the night."

Under his breath George said sardonically, "probably wanted to sleep with her." However, it didn't go unheard.

"What did you just say?" Demanded McGonagall with a sharp tongue and her back straightened.

"I-uh-"

"Fred and Cat? Sleeping together?" Questioned Hermione, "I would never have thought!"

Mrs Weasley was flabbergasted much like the rest of the household who were there. She stayed silent, her lips pursed. There was no way Catina could stay there if she was sleeping with her son. And as much as she yearned for a grandchild she did not want a son of hers becoming a teenage father. Her heart sunk because she was just coming to like Catina but now her view of her had altered so much.

The search went on and on for hours, they were using the trace and many, many aurors were on the prowl for Catina but it felt as if they were having no luck.

Tonks and Remus were off in a pair together and Fred stayed with Bill. Bill turned to his brother at one point and asked him something that had been in his mind for hours. "What did you want with her anyway? When you went to get her?"

"Just to talk," Fred muttered as he looked into a bush. "Cat!"

"There's more, isn't there?"

"Bill stop questioning my intentions and focus on finding her will you, yeah?"

The two Weasley's halted the subject and continued calling for Catina. Fred was not going to rest until she was safely back at the house or in his arms at least. He couldn't believe he had let this happen. He wondered what time she left, could she have gotten very far? What if they never find her? What if she gets hurt?

The had been out for at least an hour when they crossed paths with Remus and Tonks. The two liked equally as concerned as the night went on.

"When was the last time we saw her in the house?"

"Must have been dinner," said Bill, "but everyone was up between dinner and eleven, there was no way she could have got everything ready in that time and left before midnight and if she did, how did we not notice her leave?"

Fred himself pondered over how easily she slipped past them all. Then he remembered the night Catina went mad at Umbridge, she had used an invisibility spell, the spell she created. She promised him not to say anything but in this pressing matter, it seemed vital.

"Invisibility charm."

"What?"

"She must have used an invisibility charm."

Tonks shook her head, "there is no such thing hence invisibility cloaks are a thing."

"There is, she made it."

Remus stopped in his tracks and held everyone back. His eyebrows were arched and his his lips pursued in a sour matter. "Cat makes her own spells? She definitely creates them?"

"Definitely."

"Good grief, this will make it ten times harder. For all we know she could be hidden right beside us-"

"I would necessarily say hidden," Tonks pointed over to a play park where someone was sat rocking back and forth on the swings.

From the messy curls, Fred knew it was her. It had to be her. He broke off into a run, tripping off the curb and rolling in the middle of the road. Thankfully no traffic came along but it alerted Catina who got up and began to run. She headed for the main road just as a loud squeak of some tires skidded across the road.

"We need to get to her before she gets on the Knightbus," Said Bill who pulled his brother up by the hood of his coat and the pair darted off after the girl.

"Please just let me on, quickly," Catina begged the conductor, Stan Shunpike.

Shunpike tilted his head, he was a young man, around eighteen and certainly took a liking to Catina. "Of course, sweetheart, do you know where you're heading before I 'elp you on?"

"Uh, anywhere is fine-"

"She will not be needing your service, sorry for the inconvenience," Said Bill as Fred grabbed onto her by the waist.

"Ah, not to worry, we're just doin' our rounds, eh, Ern?" He turned to the driver who nodded. "See you around, sweetheart, remember: Stan's the name."

Fred stepped back still holding onto Catina tightly as the bus zipped away. She sighed, still holding onto Juno and didn't say a word.

"Let's get your back, eh?" Said Tonks, "back in the warm."

"I'm not going back there."

"Cat, please."

"I said no!"

Fred buried his head in her shoulder, "please, kitten," he whispered, "please don't leave me."

Juno hissed and he let go of Catina. Bill and Tonks shared a knowing look as Fred stared at his feet. Catina looked a mess. Remus has seen her in a bad way before when she came to him in confidence back in her fifth year at school but this was worse.

"Cat, what's going on?"

"How can I live somewhere where I'm not wanted? There's only a few people there who actually I've two tosses and don't get me started of George. He does nothing but be rude and horrible. I'm used to being unliked but when that person is constantly around you everywhere you go and is being unnecessarily horrid, I don't want to be there. I'd rather drown in a box full of blood than stay there for that."

Catina turned away and went to walk off but Fred clasped her spare wrist that wasn't holding Juno. Juno hissed again, feeling his owner squeeze him tighter to conceal everything she wanted to let go. Fred disregarded Juno to which the cat did not appreciate and swiped at him as Fred went to hold Catina's cheek.

"Come back, we will sort it out. I will make sure my idiotic twin brother doesn't do anything more. Please, you're freezing and I want you here. The care in that house outweighs the dislike, I promise you that."

Her eyes dropped to the ground and she nodded begrudgingly. She didn't want to lose Fred but she didn't want to go back but she feared that if she didn't then she would lose Fred. Fred grinned and Bill put his arm over Catina to keep her warm.

"You had us all super worried, darling," Bill teases her to lighten the mood which cracks a small smile but that's about it.

"Shall we apparate back?"

"Oh Godric yes! I can show off my skills, same for Cat!" Exclaimed Fred.

"I can't apparate, darling," she murmured, "just like I can't do a lot of things apparently."

Bill heard that and held onto her, apparating with her. They landed near the house and Fred and Tonks joined shortly after. Bill remained holding the girl as they entered the house only to be greeted with a not-so-nice welcome.
