Kite's POV
Right now (name) I were both running. Why? Because we were after a number, the number was rebellious though and it irritated me "Kite.... Let's split...up" said (name) during pants. I nodded as we ran separate ways, I turned a left from an alleyway I was in and saw the man we were after "STOP THERE!" I shout but he kept running "grrr~~ PHOTON TRANSFORMATION" my outfit changed into a white version of my darker clothes. The man stops and looks at me while laughing manically "YOU WILL NEVER STOP ME!!" He shouted taking out a duel disk. I smirk "then so be it" I mumbled, we both drawed out our hands of five. The man chuckled darkly as he looked at me "get ready to be defeated by me" he said with a sick smirk "that's what I should say" I glared back.

[TIME SKIP MY TABLES]

The man was thrown back as I has send Phonton Dragon to attack him directly "PHOTON HAND!" I shouted retrieving his number card. I turned around began walking away "now to find (name)" I sighed, finding (name) would be my hardest mission today. I begin to run looking for my partner "(NAME)!! (NAME)!!!!" Listening if there were any responses, unfortunately there weren't any meaning that I wasn't close to (name). I ran the other way where I had splitted up with (name) in the first place "(NAME)!!" I shouted as I stopped where we had slipt up while I pant "damn" I said taking out my D-gazer and called (name).

I call again hoping for an answer ".....hello?" The voice spoke "(name) where are you?" I asked while my anger starts to cease down some. I could here (name) panting..... Was it from running?? "Honestly Kite... Where are you?" I sweat drop and then an erk mark grew on my head ( 💢) "WHAT DO YOU MEAN WHERE AM I?!?!?!?!?" I shouted angrily "I mean what I say I mean...... Where are you?" (Name) asks again calmly. Oh how her voice made me calm. I cleared my throat "I'm where we splitted up in the first place" I stated frustratingly with a facepalm "just get here quickly" I say as I hanged up.

Grumbling aty partner's stupidity I decide to sit against the wall of a building as I waited. 30 minutes passed and (name) still wasn't here, I began to grow tired 'closing my eyes for a few minutes wouldn't hurt' I thought as I close my eyes letting the darkness swallow me whole.

No One's POV
When (name) heard that Kite hanged up her she sweat dropped "guess he's mad" then looking around (name) saw the side of the metallic buildings that towered above her "I better go find him" (name) aid as she ran off in the direction where she had came from in the first place.

As (name) continues to run she notices how the streets became more silent while the sky was turning into a beautiful mix of pink, red, yellow, blue, purple, and orange with the sun in the west as its rays shine through the colored clouds. (Name) looked at the sun set for a minute while she panted but remembered that Kite was waiting for her. Then she was off again to find her partner "why did we slip up in the first place?" (Name) groaned, she was getting a little fed up with how much she had to run to find Kite.

"NO! I'M SORRY! PLEASE FORGIVE ME!!"

(Name) stopped and followed the shouting as she was met with the sight of a young girl being abused by her father. (Name)'s blood boiled at the sight. No child deserved that kind of treatment.

"WHAT ARE YOU DOING!!??"

The man turn towards her "why would you want to know?!" The man shouted making (name) grimaced back a bit by how bad the man reeked of alcohol. Now (name) knew the story. Walking forward, (name) straightened up, proud and strong and ready for anything. She took a breath as she spoke sternly.

"No child. No child at all should suffer negative contact from the parent that made them"

The man seemed shocked but just looked at (name) confused and (name) could tell making her scoff. "See, you're so dumb that you don't even realize how bad you're hurting her" the man scoffed and spat at the ground and the young girl.

BAM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The man was on the ground unconscious with a bloody nose (that might be broken) and a bloody face. (Name) ran to the little girl and sat her up "are you alright?!" She asked in a panic but the little girl coughed harshly as blood escaped her mouth. (Name) stood up with the little girl in arm as she ran all the way to the hospital since she finally knew where she was. The girl coughed more while (name) brought up her pace "don't worry..... Hold on" (name) said in between pants. She ran till her legs were willing to give out..... And she still ran. Then, the large, familiar building came to view.

"Finally"

(Name) wheezed out as she forced her legs more and she could've swore her legs were about to explode!! The slide doors slid when (name) was close enough. She gave the nurses the girl and sat outside of the room while the doctors are in there. Crying, screaming, begging. All of that was heard in the room until.... Silence flooded the room which flooded the halls with an anticipating (name).

The door opened as a male doctor came out with a serious yet relieved face "she wants to see you" and without hesitation, (name) went into the room seeing the girl she saved. Both girls took the time to study one another's features.

Brown bangs with golden hair. Emerald eyes. Pale, bruised skin. Chapped lips.

(H/l) (h/c) hair (more than one is fine, I mean it's Yugioh we're talking about). (E/c) eyes. (Skin) skin. Plump lips.

Then a nurse came in "Ms. (Last), visiting hours are over" she said politely "o-oh.. Right" then (name) left. The sky was a dark blue as shining stars filled the sky along with some clouds as a breeze blew by. (Name) sighed and thought 'I wonder if Kite's ok' then life had punched her in the gut.

OH CRAP!!!!! I FORGOT ABOUT KITE!!!!

Then, in a hurry the teen ran to where her and Kite had splitter despite her still-aching legs. "Please be ok" she repeated to herself. As she reached the forked alley, looking around she saw familiar blonde hair.

When she went towards the figure she saw that it was Kite sleeping. A blush came to (name)'s face 'he's so cute when he's asleep' (name) slapped herself in the face. Now wasn't the time to be thinking about that!! (Name) placed her hand on Kite's shoulder noticing how cold it was 'he must've been here for hours' she thought as she placed one of Kite's arm over her shoulders as she took her hand and put it on Kite's right shoulder. Then she stood and surprisingly Kite's body cooperated as it was lifted.

(Name) made her way to Heart Tower but on the way Kite stirred as he opened his eyes. "(N-name)???" Kite rubbed his tired eyes with his right hand "oh hey there Kite... Feeling ok?" (Name) asked concerned and when Kite noticed how close (name)'s face was he shot up and walk by himself "I-I'm fine!!!!" Kite said almost bumping into a pole if it wasn't for (name).

"POLE!"

(Name) pulled Kite so he wouldn't hit it. Kite felt how smooth and warm (name)'s hands were as one thought ran through Kite's mind.
