The day had been just like any other day, the couple was in the kitchen making breakfast and dancing to music they had playing. Tatum had gotten demoted to fruit chopping after nearly setting the whole kitchen on fire, and Lucy gladly took over pancake making duty. Tatum's phone rang suddenly, so Tatum — knife in hand — answered it.

"Hey Ally,"

"I have amazing news, filming for season 3 of Euphoria is starting next week!"

"No, shut up! Actually?! You better not be fucking with me"

At this point Lucy looked in her fiancés direction to see her waving the knife around like a maniac. "You're gonna kill yourself if you keep doing that!" Lucy hadn't put much thought into what she'd said until the words left her mouth. She tried to avoid saying things like that in case it ever triggered Tatum.

But Tatum, without missing a beat says, "Tried that once and it didn't work! I'll be fine!"

"Well, on that note, I'm gonna leave you to it"

"Okay, bye Ally"

"Bye Tatum"

Tatum hung up with phone and squealed. "Euphoria is gonna start filming again!

"Holy shit that's fantastic!"

"I have to text the girls about this, think you can manage without me?"

"The kitchen is a much safer place without you in it" Says Lucy, wrapping her arms around her fiancés neck as Tatum grabbed Lucy's waist.

"I'm great in the kitchen"

"Honey, you can't even make a pancake" She points out, earning a glare from Tatum. "You almost burnt down our house, our kitchen is afraid of you"

"You're just a hater"

"Please never say that again"

"Fine, also your pancakes on fire"

Lucy quickly spun around and dumped a cup of water over the fire, immediately putting it out. Tatum couldn't help the laugh that escaped her lips as she watched everything go down.

"You distracted me" Stated Lucy in response to Tatum's laughter.

"I call that karma for shaming my cooking abilities"

Tatum left the kitchen and went into the living room to text the group chat that was already blowing up with messages about Euphoria.

A week later the girls were on the set of Euphoria talking about how much they missed filming scenes together. That day only Tatum and Hunter were supposed to be in the scene but some of the girls decided to tag along as well.

The two actors were getting their hair touched up a bit before the cameras started rolling, but the director pulled Tatum aside.

"Hey so I just wanted to check in and make sure you're okay with the drugs and alcohol"

"I'll be fine" She assured the director.

"Okay, get in place"

Tatum sat on the floor with Hunter, and as soon as she did the director yelled "action".

"What am I supposed to do, Kenn?"

"Just give her time," Says Tatum. "Rue was high for most of your guys' relationship. Maybe someday you'll get back together, or not. There's always that possibility"

Hunter let out a soft chuckle, "You suck"

"You suck too"

The two actors fell silent for a moment like the script had instructed them to.

"What are you gonna do about your Beatrice situation?" Hunter asked after a few short seconds of silence.

"I don't know. We kissed once and never spoke about it" It was then that Tatum realized she would have to talk to Lucy about Beatrice, her characters love interest on the show.

"She loves you, Kenn. So quit being a bitch and talk to her"

"Fine"

"Maybe you won't be single forever"

"And cut!" Yelled the director, dragging out the 'and'. "That was fantastic!"

It was only then that Tatum noticed Lucy standing amongst her friends, which surprised her considering Tatum hadn't invited her to the set of Euphoria. The actress then quickly rose to her feet and ran into Lucy's arms.

"You did amazing,"

Tatum pulled away from the embrace with a puzzled look on her face. "What are you doing here?"

"Your friends invited me" She answered, "I can't believe I almost missed your scene"

"Well I'm so glad you didn't" Tatum grabbed the neck of Lucy's sweatshirt to bring her in for a quick kiss. "We also kind of need to talk when we get home"

"If this is about your characters love interest, I don't care. It's apart of your job," Lucy didn't care if Tatum kissed someone for the cameras, because at the end of the day she knew Tatum loved her, and no one else. "Plus it'd kind of be hypocritical for me to be bothered by it considering I kiss my best friends on stage"

"You sure it's okay?" Tatum asked, which Lucy replied to with a simple head nod. "Okay. I also don't want to completely ignore my friends, so let's go"

The couple spent a few minutes with the other girls talking and laughing before the director wanted to reshoot the scene after making a last minute change to the script.
