Jayden's P.O.V
Emma and I enter the people filled carnival, there are thousands of bright lights and attractions. There's a Ferris wheel, a kissing booth and mini games. Emma's first reaction is the for the Ferris wheel, she loves them.
"You, me and that." She points to us then towards the giant wheel.
"I knew you'd want to go on that first." I roll my eyes then smile as she grabs my hand and runs towards the ride.

*time jump*

"That was the best thing ever!" She exclaims after we exit the, extremely boring ride.
"Yeah! Definitely..." I reply in happiest voice I could do.
"I know you hate them but you know I love them so put up with it!" She punches my shoulder. We walk around aimlessly, talking about school, school and school. It's all we ever really talk about but that's what we like to talk about anyway.
"We should totally do the kissing booth!" She jumps like an excited toddler. We walk over and read the rules. It says,

Tickets are $1.00 each
Write your name on the piece of paper that are placed next to the tickets and tape to your shirt.
Wait in the back for us to bring you on the stage.
You will be blindfolded and will not know who you are smooching.
Permitted:
TALKING!
MAKING OUT!

'Ew. Smooching? That's such a gross word.' I think to myself cringing slightly.

"If you're not doing it, I'm still doing it!" She says, placing one dollar on the small, wooden-craft cart.
"No, no, no! I'll do it! I'm not a wimp..."
'I hate this so much!? WHY AM I DOING THIS!?'
I reluctantly put my gold coin on the cart and write my name down on the small piece of paper, placing a piece of tape on it then taping it to my camo green T-Shirt. They give us a blindfold and guide us to the back.
*3 minute time jump*
"Hey...Jayden. It's your turn so put,your blindfold on." The unfamiliar voice comes from behind and makes me jump. The stranger leads me to the red curtains and pushes me quickly to the open stage. I can sense a person in front of me and she searches for my cheek. She pats her hands up my chest and giggles slightly.
'That giggle sounds very familiar?' I ignore my loud thought.
She reaches my face and pulls me in, stepping closer. I do the same. I awkwardly wrap my arms around her waist and slouch down slightly, kissing the unknown person in front of me. She wraps both her arms around my neck and kissed back. This is so weird but, for some reason, I feel comfortable.
'Why do I feel like I know this person?' This small kissing session goes for at least a minute. I sneakily take my blindfold off to see who I was kissing...she does the same.

Oh god.
