Kiss Two Kiss
After crying herself to sleep, Judy finally woke up to the annoying sound of what had to be...
"Beep.....Beep...Beep.."
But to her, it sounded more like a thousand chimpanzees screaming for a banana. Yeah...hectic..
"I'm up.." The bunny groaned, sitting up in her bed bed. The events of last night slowly replayed in her head.
She seemed to not even bat an eye at the thunder and rain stuff, but she nearly choked on her spit when she remembered she tricked Nick into believing that a good luck kiss was real. Now that he thinks about it....she definitely feels bad for tricking him and blowing up to him about it in the end. And she cried herself to sleep because she thinks she lost a good friend. Her only friend besides the stuffed fox.

Judy was ready for work but didn't bother warning Nick since he already knew. She stepped out into the hallway with Nick's neatly folded police uniform in her paw and used the other to knock on the door.
"Nick?" She said but heard nothing.
"Nicholas? We have work!" She raised her voice a little.
Still nothing..
"Nick!"
"C-carrots!" A choked and hoarse voice called from behind the door.
Judy open the door to reveal a rather sick and sweaty looking fox wrapped in a blanket.
"Oh, Nick." Judy cooed, approaching the fox.
Nick shivered and breathed in and out slowly.
Judy placed a paw on his head and gasped. "Nick, you're burning up.."
Nick flashed a small but short smile before turning back to his painful expression. He wasn't able to say anything and his vision was blurry, but he couldn't tell her that.
Nick pulled himself under the blankets as a tear of pain fell down his face.
"Nick, you can't cover up! That'll make it worse!" Judy said as she snatched the blanket from the fox. She saw the tear on his face and how helpless he looked and almost cried.
Nick whimpered softly as he curled into a ball on the bed and wrapped his tail around himself. As much as she wanted to, she couldn't give him back the blanket; even though he was shivering like a cat in winter
"Nick, do you need me to call the clinic?" Judy suggested.
Nick sneezed and slowly nodded.
Judy wasted no time on getting out her phone and quickly dialing the Near To Home Clinic.
She requested for a at home nurse and the lady on the phone gave Judy instructions on how to lower Nick's temperature. Nick, however, did not like that at all.
"Okay, Nick. All you have to do is sit up." Judy said, trying her best to sound encouraging.
Nick growled in response and refused to sit up. He decided to stay curled into a ball.
"Ugh! Niiick!!" Judy whined as she tried pulling the fox up. "You have to get up!"
Judy managed to pull the fox onto his side, which caused him to lay on Judy.
The fox laid his head in her neck, breathing slowly. Judy was shocked at how warm the fox was, yet he felt like he was freezing. She tried to push Nick off of her but he didn't move an inch. "Nick, you have to get up. I don't want your condition to get worse." Judy sighed, brushing his fur on his neck.
"I feel like I'm dead..." Nick said with a muffled groan.
"Well can you get up?" Judy asked him, annoyance rising in her voice.
"I'm gonna die from all this pain..."
"I know it hurts but the only way for you to get better is to let me help you." She cooed in his ear.
Nick flicked his tail and it hit her face. Judy quickly grabbed his tail and it went stiff. "I'll massage your tail if you get up~"
Judy giggled.
Nick slowly lifted himself off the bunny and sat on the edge of the door. "I can't see anything.." Nick said, waving his arms in the air.
"That's weird. Okay, don't leave, I'm going to go get a wet towel."
"Do I have anywhere else to go?"
Chuckling, Judy exited the room and went into the bathroom.
Nick felt strangely dizzy and fell off the bedside with a laugh.
Judy ran into the room when she heard something hit the floor. "Nick!" She screamed as she ran to the laughing fox.
"I-I'm alright, carrots." Nick said before he sneezed.
Judy rolled the fox onto his back and placed the cool towel on his forehead. "You have to be more careful! I don't want you getting hurt." Judy started to tear up.
Nick felt and drop of hot tear on his muzzle and slowly opened his eyes. His vision wasn't that good, but he could make out the crying bunny.
"Hey, hey, hey...." Nick's weak voice sang to her.
"You don't have to cry, you dumb bunny."
"Nick, fox's have weak immune systems. You could get very sick and.......a-and.."She lost it and cried while the fox's head laid on her lap.
Nick sat up and slowly turned to the bunny with a weak smile. "Judy...I'm already feeling better. All I need is you. Without you bugging me and telling me to get up, y-yeah I could've died. But I didn't; because of you, Judy."
He cuffed her cheeks in his paw, wiping a tear.
"Judes, as dumb and sappy as it sounds, you cured me. Only a smart bunny like you can do that. And....I owe you a thank you."
Nick leaned in and kissed her cheek. Judy's stomach grew butterflies and she felt her heart skip a beat. She didn't care if he was sick, she wanted him to kiss her again and this time....on the lips.
Nick pulled back to look at the face expression which was nothing but a full on dark red blush. "N-Nick.....you just..." He kissed her tenderly on the cheek again, and again before she started giggling. "Nick stop..." She playfully whined.
Judy fell back onto the floor and Nick hovered over her. He leaned in and was about to kiss her lips when a knock at the front door was heard.
Nick groaned and quickly slid off of Judy and back to the bed. Judy went to go see who was at the front door.
It turned out to be the nurse that they didn't need. Judy just told him that they were a handling fine now. Nick smiled when Judy came back into the room. "Judes, did you call in sick for work?" He asked. Judy nodded in reply and went to take his temperature. "Wow, your temperature actually lowered. I suggest a good breakfast will help your morning cold."
Even though they both were shocked when they were about to kiss, they did show it. They kept their walls boarded up so the other can't see through them.
Nick was surprised...He didn't even know what he was doing. Was it instinct? Oh, how he wished it continued. Nick's tail started wagging swiftly across the bed.
Judy's eyes caught it and she pounced on the bed, like a lion to it's prey. She clamped his tail in her arms and breathed through it. Nick chuckled and laid back, his tail wrapping around the waist of the beautiful bunny. Gosh, she was soo amazing. Perfect in every which way and the most adorable bunny Nick has ever laid his eyes on. He sighed and stared at the ceiling.
"Hey, Nick....are we still friends?" Judy asked out of nowhere.
Nick turned to the bunny and kissed her forehead. "The best of friends." Nick smiled at her. In reality, he wasn't sure. That kiss meant alot to him. So did she mean if they were still friends moving to the next level or if they were on good terms with each other. The fox guessed the one he was less satisfied with.
Judy melted under his smile and hid it in Nick's tail.
Nick sat up and laughed at the blushing bunny. "Okay...you're adorable, Judy. When can I get breakfast?"
XXXX
"Nick get in the bath!" Judy yelled at the fox.
"No!" Nick replied, crossing his arms.
"Why not!?"
"Because I don't wash up with carrot shampoo!"
"You didn't care about it last night!"
"Well I do now!"
Judy let out a irritated breath and rubbed her temples. "Please, Nick, it's 8:25pm. We have work tomorrow." Judy begged.
"I refuse to smell like carrots on my first day." He pouted.
Judy, who had already made the bubble bath before hand, was mad now. She took some bubbles from the bathtub and smacked Nick in the face with it. "Carrots, you did not just....." Nick laughed as Judy smacked him again.
"Fine, two can play at this game!" Nick playfully took some bubbles and rubbed it on her head.
"Not if there's only one controller you can't." She shot at him.
"What?" Nick questioned before being smacked with bubbles again.
Judy saw Nick wiping his face and took this as a chance to run. She ran into her bedroom, heading for the closet. Judy's breath intensifies as she hears the low growling of the fox slowly approaching. Her heart rate picked up and anticipation grew as she no longer heard the fox. Judy slowly stuck her head out to see she was tackled by an orange blur, who bared it's teeth as his claws dug into her stomach.
"Ow! Okay, Nick you win!" Judy laughed as the fox tickled her.
"Now you have to find me~" Nick teased before running away.
Judy sighed and wiped the bubbles off her face. "Okay, foxy.." Judy giggled as she went to the bathroom to get more bubbles.
She then as silently as possible, crept through the hallway. The first thing she noticed was that all the lights were off. Judy smirked as she entered the only room that had a closed door. Of course Nick would make it obvious.
Judy closed the door behind her and proceeded into the dark room.
She walked around for a bit until she hit her toe on something that felt like a nightstand.
Still walking, Judy felt the back of her knee go out and she fell on ground.
"Nick?! I'm gonna kill you when I find you!" She yelled, standing back up.
She had her ears erect just in case she could catch his sound. Judy shrieked when her ears was pulled and she turned around and waved her paws through the air. "Nick! I know you're in here."
Judy felt something pull her arm which lead her going face first into the wall. "Ow! Nick....this isn't funny anymore." She said, sniffling to make sure her nose wasn't bleeding.
With a tug of her tail, she was sent falling back and onto the carpeted floor. "Nick, stop. I'm done playing. You're hurting me."
Just then, she was pulled to her feet by her shirt. "Please stop. You're kinda scaring me." Judy admitted.
She hung head head and stood still, waiting for him to hit her when she felt a paw on the bottom of her chin.
Judy immediately grabbed the paw and held it. "Nick, stop it."
Her ears flicked when she felt his breath on it. "Turn around~"
"Nick why am I turning around when I can't see-" she turned and was met by the lips of Nick.
Her eyes widened as she realized this. Judy then felt his paws on her waist, bringing her closer to him. She felt herself go weak in her knees and threw her arms around his neck for balance. Little did she know she was deepening the kiss as Nick rubbed his paws up and down her back slowly.
Nick felt like exploding fireworks on the fourth of July. He was truly excited and lived for moments like this. His tail was wagging like a happy dog and he felt himself growing dizzy from this wonderful experience. Just as he was about to melt, Judy's grip on his neck loosened and he knees gave in, throwing all her weight on the already unbalanced fox. Nick fell back and surprisingly landed on the bed.
He smiled lovingly.
"When will I be able to tell you how much I love you.......?"
I love you......
