Sonic's POV

We were getting ice cream on the way to the first store. I had finally managed to convince Kianna to go to a certain store, and Kianna had seen an ice cream stand outside. I gave the person five dollars, which was the cost for one ice cream.

"What flavor?" The person asked. Kianna scanned over all the flavors.

"Hm... The green one please!"

"Mint Chocolate Chip?" Kianna nodded eagerly. "Great choice." She scooped the icecream and gave it to Kianna.

"Thank you!" Then we saw a bunch of road cones on the ground. "What are those?" Kianna asked.

"Cones." I told her. Kianna went over to the cones and put her icecream cone next to them. "What did you do?!"

"Now the cone is with his friends!" Kianna said happily. I chuckled.

"No, Kianna. You eat it."

"Oh. My bad." The person gave Kianna another cone. Kianna smiled. I then turned to the person.

"Thank you."

"This her first time?"

"Yep. She's never been shopping like this before."

"You should take her to the park down the street. It isn't very good in shape, but it might remind her of her freedom."

"Freedom?" I asked.

"She's on Camelot, now. Not Avalon. She can't truly be herself or she'll be an outcast. And if she doesn't then she's an outcast." I suddenly heard beeping and turned around to see Kianna blindfolded, walking across the road.

"KIANNA!" I yelled. She came over to me and took off the blindfold. A teenager sighed and took twenty dollars out of their pocket and gave it to her. She smirked and took it. Then she went up to the person at the counter.

"Two mint chocolate chip icecreams please." I gave a small chuckle and the person at the counter just smiled. She gave Kianna the two icecreams and she gave me one. Then we waved goodbye and started to leave. We were walking and then Kianna suddenly turned into an alleyway.

"Kianna?" I asked. There was a little kid. Kianna gave him an icecream.

"I hope you enjoy it!" The little kid hugged her.

"Thank you!" Kianna smiled.

Later...

We arrived at a mall. Kianna gasped and looked up at it.

"It's giant!" She yelled. I smiled and nodded. Then I took her hand and brought her in. She gasped. There was a lot of people, going throughout the mall, bags in hand. Their shoes, heels, and boots clicking against the diorite floor, making it sound like there was music. Kianna looked at me and smirked. I smirked back, knowing what she was thinking.

"May I have this dance?" I asked, putting out my hand. Kianna nodded and hesitantly grabbed it. I brought her to the middle of the floor. I then started to dance. Kianna watched, hesitant. Everybody was watching, and some people were cheering. I went over to Kianna and told her to join me.

"I-I don't.... I don't think..." I gave her a small smile.

"Come on, Kianna. Give it a shot. You're the one who wanted to dance in the first place."

"I wanted YOU to dance. Not me! I don't wanna embarrass myself!"

"Kianna, everybody is watching. Come on, it'll be fun." She sighed.

"Fine." She said, grabbing my hand. Then we started to dance. Other people soon joined in. Kianna laughed and we were all enjoying ourselves. Eventually, we ran out of gas. We sat on a bench, laughing. "Aww, man. That was amazing!" Kianna exclaimed, laughing.

"I know, right?" I haven't seen her laugh like this in a long time. It was nice.

"How about we go get some food?" Kianna suggested. I grinned.

"You're the boss!" We went to a place called Keith's Diner. We both got a medium poutine each and a can of Cream Soda.

"Mmm. This is good. We needs to come here more often." Kianna said and I nodded in agreement.

"Mommy! Mommy! Mommy! It's a real life unicorn! See? I told you they were real!" A little hedgehog girl exclaimed, dragging a wolf over.

"No, sweetheart. Unicorns aren't-" She then saw me and her jaw dropped. Kianna gave a small wave.

"Hi...." She said nervously.

"Can I get a picture? Can I? Can I?" The little girl asked eagerly. The wolf looked at me again, terrified.

"I don't think-"

"It's fine. Really. I don't mind." Kianna interrupted. Kianna got off her chair and turned into a full fledged unicorn. I gasped. Kianna did a bowing sort of thing. "Wanna get on?" The girl squealed happily and got on. Then the wolf, still terrified, took pictures. The girl then got off.

"Thank you!" Kianna smiled.

"No problem! Anytime!" Kianna then turned back into her regular self. I was shocked.

"How did you do that?!" I asked.

Kianna's POV

I was gonna answer, but then I stopped. "I-I don't know...."

"What do you mean by you don't know?" Sonic asked, giving me a confused look.

"I don't know. I was born with it, I guess."

"Just like you were born with every other power in the universe!" Sonic exclaimed. I smiled and gave a small laugh. I took a sip of my Cream Soda.

"Not EVERY power." Sonic gave me an 'are you sure' look. I smiled at him. "I'm sure." Sonic nodded.

"Sure. Sure you are." He crossed his arms.

"Aww, is somebody jealous?" I teased. He smirked at me.

"We should go shopping at a store. We still have a lot to do." I smiled and nodded.

"OK." Then we headed off to a store.

Later...

We went into a giant store. It was full of all kinds of stuff. I grabbed a cart, and so did Sonic. I smirked at him.

"Wanna race? Whoever can get their cart full of stuff they want first wins. Loser has to pay." Sonic smirked, and then his face fell.

"Wait. You don't have any money, do you?"

"No, but I don't need any money. I know I'm gonna win." Sonic smirked.

"It's on."

"OK. Three.... GO!!!!" I yelled, starting to run.

"Hey! That's no fair! You cheated!"

"Did not!" I yelled. Sonic then started to run. I ran around the store, picking out a lot of stuff. Blankets, pillows, and other stuff. I filled the cart and then I went and got another cart. Sonic wasn't done yet. I ran off and started to fill the cart with journals, pencils, pens, erasers, stuff like that. All writing supplies. I saw an aisle with books, and I slowly walked down the aisle, my arm outstretched so it knocked down the books, making them fall into my cart. Then I put the cart with the others.

I then took another cart and went into the toys aisle. I put a bunch of toys like stuffed animals, board games, card games, and other kinds of toys, in. Then, I stopped. I saw a small purple toy with a purple bow in the distance. I screamed happily. "PURPLE BUNNY! THE PURPLE BUNNY!!!!" I laughed happily. "I FINALLY FOUND IT!!!!" I ran over to it, and then stopped. It was a bear. I sighed, a bit disappointed, and then I put it in the cart. I headed back to the other carts, where Sonic was waiting.

"Ha! I-" I put my cart with my other carts. "Oh. You-you beat me. Several times." Sonic then noticed I was upset. "You ok?"

"I thought I saw the bunny." I told him. He sighed.

"O-oh. I-I'm sorry." I gave him a small smile.

"It's ok. Now, you gotta pay for all this!" Sonic sighed.

"Fine. You win." And then he went to pay.
