It was blazing hot in Planet Popstar, especially in Cappy Town. Everyone was too exhausted by the heat to do anything. The citizens of Cappy Town were all knocked out by the heat. So, every single citizen escaped to places where they were able to refresh.

"Ugh... so hot..." Mabel said as she came into Samo's juice bar. "I predict this will be the hottest weather in the history of Cappy Town."

"Yeah, come in here and rest," Samo said as he started to pour orange juice into one of the clean glasses. "I even turned on the air conditioner."

"I predict resting here will be nice," Mabel said as she sat down on received the glass. She took a gulp of her drink and gasped "Oh!" in amazement.

"Let's buy some ice cream at Tuggle's store!" Tuff suggested to Iroo, Spikehead, and Honey.

"Great idea!" Iroo said.

"Yeah, it's really hot out here!" Spikehead said.

"I need a drink too!" Honey said. 

As they all went inside Tuggle's store, cool air conditioner embraced them. "Ah~" They all breathed as they were refreshed by the cool air.

"Hey, kids!" Tuggle greeted them with a smile. "Here for the ice cream?"

"Yeah!" They all said at the same time, and Honey added in the end, "And something cool to drink!"

"You guys are in luck, I ordered a bunch of those to sell for this hot weather!" Tuggle said.

"Yayy!" They all cheered as they ran towards the refrigerators.

Tiff was in the library, reading a textbook about quantum physics with other textbooks piled next to her. She even had a bottle of ice water next to her. 

"I can peacefully read..." Tiff said in the most relaxed tone in all of the episodes.

"Don't you live in a castle?" Biblio asked. "I'm sure you can read with air conditioning there, and I'm sure it's much better than here at the public library."

"Actually, the air conditioning at the castle is broken," Tiff explained. "So Meta Knight, Sword Knight, and Blade Knight are fixing it. I'm sure Dedede will be all cranky because it's hot and humid, so I thought it'd be wise to come here and read peacefully. Plus, free water!"

"I'm glad you like it, stay as here as long as you want," Biblio said. "Since you and Professor Curio are the only ones who come here."

"That's quite understandable..." Tiff replied sympathetically as she flipped through the page.

"Who cares if there is no air conditioning in the castle?" Escargoon asked himself as he relaxed in the pool with a glass of iced tea. "As long as I have a refreshing pool with a refreshing iced tea. Ah~ no place like heaven!" He took a sip of his iced tea through the twirly straw. "Ah~" Escargoon sighed in relaxation as he leaned back on the pool deck. 

"ESCARGOON! WHERE YA HIDIN' AT??!!" Dedede's scream echoed from the balcony of his throne room. 

"As if he can find me!" Escargoon scoffed and turned his face away from the castle. "He can scream all he wants, I am NOT ruining my day for this nonsense! Snails need to stay hydrated for better performance." He decided to close his eyes and take a nap for a bit. 

Nothing stopped Dedede from running around the castle, looking for the only snail in the kingdom to abuse. "ES-CAR-GOOOOOON! WHERE YA HIDING AT, YA SLUG BUG?!" He bellowed until the heat made him feel exhausted. He plopped down to the floor on his face. He breathed hard as a stream of sweat ran down from his body, with his clothes absorbing at least half of the sweat. While he was panting on the floor, Sir Ebrum and Lady Like passed by him. Instead of their usual formal attire, they were dressed rather casually, perfect for the weather.

"What's wrong, your majesty?" Lady Like asked. 

"Looks like he exhausted himself out from calling his most 'trusted' servant," Sir Ebrum said as he air-quoted. "Let's leave him be." Before they walked away together, they noticed the puddle of sweat from Dedede. "Be careful there, dear," Sir Ebrum said as he held Lady Like's hand. "Don't step on that puddle. You don't know what it's made of..."

"Gross..." Lady Like said under her breath and slowly, and cautiously walked away from Dedede, trying to not step on the puddle of sweat. Dedede continued to groan on the ground.

Kirby did not care about the heat that much, as long as he had shaved ice. Meta Knight, who was supposed to be fixing the air conditioner in the castle, was sitting across from Kirby. Since he found out what was wrong with everything with the air conditioning, he had Sword Knight and Blade Knight took care of the rest of it. 

"Here's your shaved ice you ordered!" Kawasaki said as he brought the bowl of shaved ice topped with ice cream and sliced fruits. 

"Enjoy Kirby," Meta Knight said. "My treat."

"Poyo, poyo!" Kirby cheered as he got the shaved ice from Kawasaki. He started to dig in. While he was chewing, he asked Meta Knight if he wanted some, "Poyo?"

"I'm fine," Meta Knight said. "You can have them all."

"Poyo..." Kirby wanted him to also have some.

"Oh... all right..." Meta Knight agreed. He decided to have a few scoops. He turned away so that neither Kirby nor Kawasaki sees him put the spoon through his eye-opening part.

Dedede dragged himself down to the basement, where he thought it would be a lot cooler. "This ain't bettah!" Dedede complained as streams of sweat continued to run down from his body. "Ugh... huh?" As he was groaning, he saw something. It was Kirby's Robobot. "Hey~ that may have an air conditioner!" He hopped on the Robobot and activated it. Since Dedede weighted much more than Kirby, the Robobot Armor immediately detected that it was not Kirby nor Meta Knight who was sitting in the seat of the Robobot Armor, and it started to struggle physically and violently like a bull ride. "GAH! WHAT IS THIS!!?? HELP!!! HELP MEH!!!"

The Robobot Armor stormed out the basement, making a giant hole in the gate. While Dedede hung on to the Robobot Armor controller, the cloud of debris also covered his face. He violently coughed to get some of the dust and debris out of his throat. As Dedede flew from left to right, Robobot Armor also moved as Dedede moved the controller joystick. 

The Robobot Armor eventually stormed out of the castle. "GAH-AH-AH-AH-AH-AH-AY-AY-AY-AY-AY-AY-AY-AH!!!" Dedede yelped as he was jumping up and down by the impact of the jumping Robobot Armor.

All the cappies peeked outside, without going out nor opening the window, to see what was going on with the loud thumps. They did not dare to open the doors nor the windows, or else they'd let the heat in the air-conditioned room.

"That's King Dedede!" Samo said.

"I predict he is up to no good," Mabel said.

"He's causing trouble again," Tuff said in a tone where he is not surprised anymore as it became a usual thing."

"For sure," Iroo agreed.

"Let's just hope he does not break down anything in Cappy Town," Spikehead said.

Just then, Dedede broke down Kawasaki's restaurant.

"Well, there it is..." Honey said.

"Thankfully, it's somewhere no one cares about," Tuggle said. 

"Isn't that Dedede?!" Tiff asked as she looked outside the library window. "And... HE'S GOT KIRBY'S ROBOBOT ARMOR!" Tiff groaned as she ran towards the exit. "I'll be right back, Biblio!"

As Dedede burst into Kawasaki's restaurant, Robobot scanned Kirby's shave ice and turned into Ice Mode. Right when it transformed into Ice Mode, Dedede was thrown out and his face slammed against the wall, and the wall shattered into pieces. The cloud of debris and dust covered the destroyed wall and Dedede. He coughed violently once again in the cloud until it cleared out. He was covered with light-brown debris. and the only part Kawasaki, Meta Knight, and Kirby were able to see was his eyes.

"Sire, did you play with the Robobot Armor?" Meta Knight asked as he approached him. 

"I DUNNO!" Dedede bellowed. "Aren't ya supposed to be fixin' the air conditioning?!"

"I finished and noticed the Robobot went missing." Meta Knight was good at lying as he was good at sword combat. 

"Sire! My restaurant!" Kawasaki panicked.

"Who cares about yo' restaurant anyway?!" Dedede bellowed. "Yo' food still tastes bad only Kirby come to eat yo' trash ya call cookin'!"

"We need to get the Robobot Armor right away!" Tiff screamed as she arrived.

"Tiff? When did you get here?" Kawasaki asked.

"Poyo?" Kirby reacted.

"I followed the Robobot here! Looks like Dedede caused another mischief!" Tiff said.

"Don't make meh look like a troublemaker, girly!" Dedede angrily screamed.

"Come on, we don't have much time!" Tiff said. 

Just then, the Robobot was stomping around, freezing everything, and making everything colder than it is now. Everyone in Cappy Town started to shiver intensely that they had to immediately turn off their air-conditioning and turn on their heater. 

"Wh-why issss-itt c-c-c-cold all of-ff-a ss-s-s-udden?" Samo asked as he shivered. 

"I p-p-p-predict it's th-th-the robot that the K-k-k-king was p-p-p-playing around with," Mabel replied as she shivered. 

"N-n-n-need s-s-s-something wa-wa-wa-warm..." Tuff, Iroo, Spikehead, and Honey shivered as they asked Tuggle for warm thing, who was also shivering.

"I d-d-d-don't know if-f-f-f I have anything warm at-th-t-ht-th-the mo-mo-mo-moment," Tuggle shivered as he opened the storage. 

While everyone was shivering, Meta Knight and Kirby did not seem to shiver at all. Of course, they felt the cold but it was not bad enough to make them shiver intensely like the other cappies in town, even many of them were inside and started to turn on their heating. 

"It's f-f-f-fr-frfr-rf-fr-rf-reezing!"Dedede shivered.

"K-k-k-ka-abu! S-s-sh-end the Warp-p-p S-s-star!" Tiff shouted between her shivering.

"WAAAAARP STAAAAAAR!" Kabu replied, understanding Tiff even with her cold, intense shivering, and immediately sent the Warp Star to Kirby. 

Kirby quickly landed on it and followed Robobot Armor. The Robobot Armor has lost its control due to Dedede messing around with the joysticks. Kirby and Meta Knight flew towards the rampaging Robobot Armor, and in just the right timing, Kirby hopped out of the Warp Star and landed on the Robobot Armor. While it was rampaging, it did not notice its owner sitting in it. Kirby calmly pressed the emergency brake button that President Haltmann made in case he needed it, and Meta Knight advanced it so that it would be easier for Kirby to control it. 

As soon as Kirby pressed the emergency brake button, the Robobot Armor calmed down. "Poyo! Poyo!" Kirby squealed in happiness.

"Good job, Kirby," Meta Knight complimented. "However, we are not done yet."

"How are we going to unfreeze this whole town?" Tiff asked as she came in fully dressed in winter clothes, including gloves, ear mufflers, a knitted scarf, and a beanie. 

"I cannot say for sure yet," Meta Knight said. 

"Whachu mean?!" Dedede said as he was covered with multiple blankets because there is no coat that fits him anymore. "Why can't ya unfreeze dis whole town?!"

"You know, you have no right to criticize because you froze the whole town!" Tiff screamed in anger. "Now, we're gonna be stuck with this coldness forever, and it's getting colder by the minute!"

"Unless..." Meta Knight said as he looked at the Robobot Armor.

"Poyo?" Kirby asked as he thought that Meta Knight was looking at him.

Meta Knight took out a match, lit it, and said, "Kirby! Scan this!" 

"Poyo!" Kirby quickly scanned the lit match and transformed into Fire Mode Armor. 

"Good! Now heat up the town, but not too strong, okay Kirby?" Tiff said.

"Poyo!" Kirby said as he went around town, let out a light stream of fire, and started to melt the ice that the Robobot Armor created during Ice mode. In less than twenty minutes, Kirby was able to warm up the whole town and returned to the temperature before the whole Ice mode. 

"Whoo! It's hot!" Tiff said as she took off her winter clothes. "At least it's back to the way it is now. It's not that cold anymore I guess since the cold from earlier is still there."

"Yay! Kirby saves the day!" Tuff said as he walked from a distance with Iroo, Spikehead, and Honey. 

"I'm going back now!" Dedede said with an attitude. 

"Speaking of which, we should go back too," Tiff said. 

"I'm sure Sword Knight and Blade Knight fixed the air conditioner by now," Meta Knight said. '

"Yeah, let's go and play some video games!" Tuff said. 

When they all walked back to the castle, they noticed that the pool was frozen.

"Man, the pool is still frozen?" Tuff asked.

"Yeah, I guess it's not melting fast enough since Kirby wasn't there to heat it up," Tiff said, then she looked into the pool carefully. "Wait a minute... it seems like something is in there..." 

Everyone, except Dedede, walked towards the pool to see what it is. It looked very familiar. It had a giant, swirly, dark green shell, lavender skin, and three strands of beard. "Oh, no, ESCARGOON!"

Escargoon blinked in the frozen pool.

It took them a while to melt the pool to get Escargoon out of the pool, who shivered even after he got out of the ice. "I was... s-s-ssch-schwimming... and-d-d-d... th-th-the water... f-f-f-fe-froze..." Escargoon said as he shivered vigorously.

"Poyo?" Kirby said.

Everyone else, except Meta Knight, all laughed.
