A/N: Nothing related to the original "Gone With The Wind" is involved.

There was a nice breeze in Dreamland today. Tiff enjoyed the breeze as her fluttered along with it. "Ah~ I really needed this breeze," Tiff said as the cool air cooled her head and forehead.

In fact, Tiff was not the only one who liked the breeze. Everyone in Cappy Town loved the breeze. 

"This is really nice day for a war cup of coffee," Samo said as he took a sip of Americano in Kawasaki's restaurant.

"I predict warm food will be popular today," Mabel said as she swallowed her warm cup of caramel macchiato.

"I hope today is gonna be good!" Kawasaki said as he gave so much hope for Mabel's prediction.

"Ah, this breeze is really nice!" Gus said as he wiped his sweat off his forehead after finishing his work on the Mayor's car.

"Thank you, Gus. It's a perfect breeze for a drive with my wife!" Mayor said as he hopped on his car. 

This perfect breeze also meant perfect weather for Meta Knight and Kirby to go out for a walk together in a forest. 

"Such a nice breeze, isn't it?" Meta Knight asked.

"Poyo!" Kirby said excitedly.

Only one person was not happy. "Everyone's having fun... but me!" Escargoon groaned irritably as he wiped the dirt in Dedede's throne room. "I wish I can have a day off again..." Escargoon looked outside as he watched the clear blue sky. 

"Wanna make that dream come true?" Susie asked through the monitor.

"Susie? What brings you here and how did you hear me?" Escargoon asked.

"I'm always here for my customer, and I have a device to detect a desperate voice that needs help," Susie explained. "I mostly hear his majesty's voice but I like to ignore almost 95% of it, since 5% is about tormenting Kirby."

"You'd let me have a day off for me?" Escargoon asked with his hands folded and eyes sparkling.

"Of course. I have a robot that can develop your appearance and functions," Susie said with a wink. "It can do chores and work other things for you."

"But that won't work. His majesty always wrecks it!" Escargoon said.

"Do you trust Nightmare Enterprises more? Or Haltmann Works Company?" Susie gave him two options. "I'll give you five seconds to answer."

"Haltmann Works Company, of course!" Escargoon answered in less than one second.

"All right, now I'll send it over to you," Susie said.

"How much should I pay you?" Escargoon asked. 

"You will have 15-days free trial," Susie said. "If you like it, feel free to purchase it after 15 days. If you do not, no hard feelings, just return it to me. If you break it, although it would happen less likely, then you must pay the original price, 759 D-bills. But I know when Kirby or Meta Knight breaks it, so if that happens, I'll let it go for free."

"Send it to me! Send it to me!" Escargoon said. 

She sent the robot through the transporter. It just looked like a cubic box. "It will scan you, turn into you, and have your potentials. Just press that pink button."

"Well let's see," Escargoon said as he pressed the button. A line of blue laser scanned Escargoon's whole body and brain and transformed into Escargoon. "Whoa! This is amazing!"

"I know right?" The robot replied. "And I don't even have the robotic voice. I'm sure his majesty will not realize."

"Wow..." Escargoon was amazed by the function of this robot.

"Well, sir Escargoon, enjoy the break. Ciao~" Susie disconnected. 

"All right, Escargoon robot, finish the rest of the chores?" Escargoon pleaded.

"Of course, Escargoon," the robot replied. "This thing will be a breeze!"

"Off I go to take a nice break!" Escargoon ran off the castle to take a fresh air. "Mm mm mm, nothing changed. Same old yet cozy Cappy Town. Where should I go first? Tuggle's store? Gengu's store? Have a drink at Samo's? Go to Mabel's just for fun? I'm going to try everything!"

"ESCARGOON! WHERE YOU HIDIN' AT?!" Dedede bellowed.

"Poor Escargoon, he has to hear this everyday..." The robot said to himself as he went to Dedede. "Coming, sire!"

"Go fetch meh some snackers!" Dedede demanded.

"Okay sire, what would you like to snack on?" The robot asked.

"Just get me something!" Dedede screamed.

"Right!" The robot said as he went to the kitchen to see what he can snack on. "I don't think he realized that I'm a robot. Well, because lady Susie is a goddess on building machines like me!"

After Escargoon got out of the castle, he seemed to be the one in Dreamland who was having the most fun. 

"Wow, this looks new! I guess kids play with these stuff nowadays," Escargoon said as he looked around in Gengu's store.

"This instant lunch is simple yet delicious!" Escargoon said as he chewed on his instant lunch in Tuggle's store.

"This drink is refreshing, Samo, did you make it yourself?" Escargoon asked as he swallowed a sip.

"New orange and peach cocktail. Pretty sweet, eh?" Samo asked as he continued to shake the cocktail bottle.

"I predict your tomorrow would be more enjoyable, and less and less enjoyable, until you have another break like this," Mabel said with her orb.

"I predicted that too," Escargoon said. "His majesty does give me a hard time, but I must do what I need to do, you know?"

"Hey, Kawasaki! One order of coffee!" Escargoon said. "And cookies and cream cheesecake too!"

"One order of coffee and cookies and cream cheesecake coming right up!" Kawasaki said. 

"Mmm... it's very relaxing..." Escargoon said as he took a sip of coffee and a poke of cheesecake. This still taste bad... but the atmosphere is good, so I'll let it go this time... He thought as he almost choked on the cheesecake. He did not want to complain about the taste of the food and ruin the mood.

Escargoon continued to stroll around Cappy Town as he hummed. He knew some of the cappies were talking about him, but he did not seem to care.

"I wonder how he got out of the castle?" Hana asked Buttercup and Mabel.

"Maybe the king gave him a day off?" Buttercup suggested.

"But I don't think his ego would let him twice a year," Hana replied.

"I predict he has a substitute," Mabel said.

"I wonder what makes Escargoon have time to take a break in Cappy Town today," Tuggle said to Gengu and Gus.

"He probably did an AWOL," Gengu replied.

"Wouldn't his majesty rage?" Gus asked.

"Should we be worried about Escargoon not being at the castle?" Chief Bookem asked.

"Nothing's happening right now so it should be good, right?" The Mayor said.

"Just hope that nothing chaotic happens later," Professor Curio said.

"You realize that Escargoon's taking a walk in this town?" Melman asked Yabui as his back was being treated by Yabui.

"I never knew that," Yabui said. "I have so much patients to take care of."

"As long as no one is talking bad things about me," Escargoon hummed as he continued to march through the town with a light footsteps.

"Hey, Escargoon!" Tiff greeted from the distance, which was also a large plain grass field right in front of Kirby's house. There were also Kirby, Meta Knight, Tuff, Fololo, Falala, Spikehead, Honey, and Iroo.

"Hey, Tiff!" Escargoon greeted back. Tiff and Escargoon may seem like enemies in the castle, but when they are both outside of the castle and Dedede is not involved, they are great friends.

"What are you doing out here?" Tiff asked. "Well I'm not surprised if you're ditching work or running away from the castle."

"I have a substitution today so there's nothing for me to worry about," Escargoon replied. "By the way, what are you playing?"

"Kirby, Tuff, Fololo, Falala, Spikehead, Honey, and Iroo are playing catch," Tiff said. "Do you want to join them?"

"Boy, I'd love to!" Escargoon said.

They were running, laughing, and tossing baseball at each other. Then Meta Knight sensed something dangerous and stood up. 

"Is something wrong, Meta Knight?" Tiff asked.

"I sense a danger coming..." Meta Knight said.

"What kind of danger? A monster?" Tiff asked.

"No... a natural disaster..." Meta Knight answered.

Surely, the breeze was blowing even stronger than earlier. "It will be dangerous out here. We must go back home!" Meta Knight warned... but he was too late.

Kirby was carried over by the strong wind. "Po-yooooooo!" Kirby flew along the direction of the wind.

"Kirby!" Tiff screamed as she saw Kirby being flown away.

"After him!" Tuff said as he started to chase after Kirby. Everyone else started to chase after Kirby, even Escargoon. Meta Knight flew towards Kirby. He tried to fly faster, but for some reason, the wind did not help him at all, even though he was flying along the direction where the wind was blowing.

"Almost... there..." Meta Knight reached for Kirby as he used more energy to reach him.

"Poyo!" Kirby also tried to reach Meta Knight.

After few moments of struggling, they finally able to grab each other's hands. Meta Knight quickly pulled Kirby towards him so that he can protect him.

"Are you okay, Kirby?" Meta Knight asked.

"Poyo," Kirby replied.

When they realized they were tightly embracing each other, they froze in awkwardness.

"Guys! Be careful!" Tiff screamed from the ground as she was still chasing after Kirby.

When Kirby and Meta Knight gathered their thoughts together, they were already too late. They both bumped into the wall of the highest point of the castle with full force. This created the loud thump that was still able to be heard despite the wind's furious roar.

"What was dat?!" Dedede asked with a surprised heart.

"Let's go see what it is, sire!" The robot disguised as Escargoon suggested.

They ran towards where the sound came from. Kirby and Meta Knight made a deep bent on the wall. 

"Oh-... oh--... oh-..." The robot started to react as it scanned Kirby and Meta Knight. He then transformed into fighting robot. 

"Say what?!" Dedede yelped as he saw the robot.

"Look at that!" Tiff even saw what was going on.

"Oh dear, I hope no one breaks that except Kirby or Meta Knight!!" Escargoon pleaded out loud. 

"Why is that?" Tiff asked.

"Oh! Nothing, nothing!" Escargoon said.

The robot started to attack Kirby and Meta Knight with small hurricane looking things. Before those things even hurt them, Meta Knight said, "Inhale that, Kirby!" as he dodged.

"Poyo!" Kirby answered as he started to inhale. He inhaled the attack and transformed into Tornado Kirby. 

"Yeah! Tornado Kirby!" Tuff said.

"Go get it, Kirby!" Escargoon said.

"Escargoon! What are ya doin' down dere?!" Dedede bellowed.

"Kabu! Send the Warp Star!" Tiff called.

"Warp Star!" Kabu sent the Warp Star to Kirby and he was able to counter the storm that was in his way.  

"This should be a breeze to Kirby," Meta Knight said as he floated along with the wind.

Surely, it was just a BREEZE to Kirby. Kirby used Rising Gust to confuse the robot. Then he used Tornado Dash to the robot to push him towards the wall and give him the loud thump that he and Meta Knight experienced earlier. While the robot could not function well, Kirby used Hyper Tornado, completely damaging the robot and smashing that robot into pieces.

"Kirby did it!" Tiff cheered.

"Hooray for Kirby!" Everyone else cheered.

"Nice shot, Kirby," Meta Knight complimented under his breath.

Escargoon took the pieces to Susie.

"All right, this is definitely Kirby's deed all right," Susie said as she finished examining the pieces. "I'll fix it. Thank you, sir Escargoon."

"Thank you, Susie, see you next time!" Escargoon was happy that he did not have to pay for anything.

"Thank you for participating my first 15-day trial," Susie said. "See you later." She disconnected as she let out a deep breath. The printer next to her finished the last page of her report so that she can send it to Haltmann.

Haltmann rapidly typed on his computer as if he was desperate about something. 

"President Haltmann?" Susie called as she knocked on the door. 

Haltmann shut off his monitor. "Come in."

"Here are all the sales and profit reports," Susie said as she came in and handed to him. "May I ask what you were doing in here?"

"It's uh... it's personal," Haltmann replied as he took the reports. "Thank you for the reports. Go ahead and call for a day."

"Yes, President Haltmann," Susie replied with much understanding. "Good night."

"Good night," Haltmann replied. Then he turned on his monitor again as Susie left his room and continued to type rapidly as if the keyboard was on fire. "Now... with this fact, controlling over this universe would be necessary, which will be helpful for this situation. Good thing I started this company."
