It was raining cats and dogs in Cappy Town. "Citizens of Cappy Town!" Chief Bookem announced. "The rain today is pretty dangerous. Please stay inside as much as possible. In addition-" The thunder roared and the lightning flashed. "GAHHHH!" Chief Bookem freaked out by the lightning and stormed back inside very quickly. 

Every children in Cappy Town sadly looked out the window as the streams of rain water ran down the window, the trees were being forced to dance by the strong wind, and the castle remained standing tall and strong. 

Escargoon's face was really dark as he looked down from the balcony. His eyes were full of fear and and disgust. Tiff and Kirby were walking in the castle and saw Escargoon face all purple and dark. "Uggh..." Escargoon groaned as he looked down.

"Escargoon, is something wrong?" Tiff asked. "Oh, you hate the weather?"

"No, snails like me love this kind of weather," Escargoon said.

"Then why is your face all full of hate?" Tiff asked.

"I just hate seeing that ever since his majesty watched this movie called Singing in the Rain," Escargoon said.

"Oh! I love that movie!" Tiff said.

"Poyo!" Kirby agreed. 

"But would you look at that..." Escargoon said as he pointed. Tiff saw the direction where Escargoon pointed. 

Dedede was dancing around as he was singing off-key, "I'm singing in the rain, Just singing in the rain, What a glorious feelin', I'm happy again, I'm laughing at clouds~~" 

"Uggh..." Tiff groaned as she was grossed out by the sight. 

"Poyo, poyo!" Kirby was enjoying Dedede's horrendous performance. 

"I can't stand watching him sing and dance like that anymore!" Escargoon said. "It sickens me!" He started to run towards somewhere else where he wouldn't be able to see Dedede sing and dance atrociously.

"Do you think Escargoon is getting even more dramatic about himself?" Tiff asked.

"Poyo..." Kirby replied.

"By the way, why rain all of a sudden?" Tiff asked. "It never rained this hard before. And it was completely sunny and cloudless yesterday. It was even bright and cloudless at night too. This is so weird... what is happening?"

"I believe I can answer that," Meta Knight's voice came from behind. 

"Meta Knight? When did you get here?" Tiff asked as she turned back. Meta Knight was standing behind her and Kirby with Sword and Blade Knight standing next to him.

"This rain is part of the abnormality of the weather guardian of the galaxy," Meta Knight said.

"Weather guardian of the galaxy?" Tiff asked.

"Each planet has one and it controls every weather in the planets in this galaxy," Sword Knight said.

"Kuranimus soranimuyen," Blade Knight elaborated.

"But when it becomes abnormal, one planet's weather becomes irregular," Meta Knight explained.

"This usually happens every century," Sword Knight said.

"Toranus karimay," Blade Knight added.

"There is really no way to control the abnormality but waiting for a month," Meta Knight concluded the explanation.

"So we have to deal with this rain for the whole month?" Tiff asked.

"It won't just rain. it may snow tomorrow," Sword Knight said.

"Blaimen torus kaminer!" Blade Knight elaborated.

"Oh my..." Tiff said.

"Susie! Susie!" Escargoon called her name desperately.

"Yes, sir Escargoon?" Susie asked as she appeared on the screen.

"I need to stop this horrible weather change!" Escargoon begged.

"Oh yes, I heard that the weather guardian of the galaxy for your planet is experiencing some abnormalities," Susie said. 

"Weather guardians of a galaxy?" Escargoon asked. 

"Every planets have them," Susie explained. "It makes sure that every part of the planet has a stable weather. However, when it's experiencing some abnormality, it has no concentration to make sure that the weather on the island is safe. Instead, it may cause serious storms, random avalanches, harsh sunlight, and even too dry weather. You may have to experience this for about a month or so."

"So do I have to watch his majesty horribly dance in the rain?" Escargoon asked in a voice full of despair.

"Dance in the rain...?" Susie asked.

"Well," Escargoon started. "After he watched this one movie called Singing in the Rain, every time it rains, he-"

"Okay, that's enough," Susie stopped Escargoon before he was able to explain the whole thing. "I understand. I don't want to picture him doing any of that. So you just want me to make it stop raining in your planet, right?"

"YES!!" Escargoon answered brightly, just like the ray of sunlight. 

"Well, I might have something. Wait a minute," Susie said. She started to look around to find the machine she kept to control the weather. "Aha! Here it is!" She brought it to her seat and showed it to Escargoon. The machine looked like a hair-dryer, but just a little bigger, with various buttons with symbols of different weather. "Just shoot it at the sky and you'll change the weather," Susie simply explained the usage.

"Oh! What a simple thing to use! How much is it?" Escargoon asked. 

"400 D-bills," Susie said. "Cash as usual, right?"

"Yes, I can pay now," Escargoon said.

"All right, I'll send it over right now," Susie said.

They both exchanged the money and the product. 

"Make sure you read the warning, and make sure he doesn't dance again," Susie said as she winked. "It's horrible for anyone to even imagine that. It's for sake of everyone's eyes and mind."

"I will," Escargoon said as he winked and gave her a slight hands up.

"Arrivederci~~" Susie said as she disconnected. 

"All right! Time to stop that horrendous performance of his majesty!" Escargoon said with his voice full of determination. He skipped joyfully outside the throne room to try out the new weather controlling machine he just bought. "Hold on, she said something about warning. Let's see: Warning! Only aim it at the sky. If you aim it at an object, the laser will turn into a monster and start attacking you," Escargoon read. "Ah, that's nothing." He went where he was able to see Dedede.

"Dancin' in the rain, Dee-ah dee-ah dee-ah, Dee-ah dee-ah dee-ah, I'm happy again!, I'm singin' and dancin' in the rain!" Dedede's eardrum-attacking singing voice was still coming from the garden.

"Allow me to teach you a lesson, your majesty," Escargoon said as he clicked the wind button. Then he aimed at the sky and pulled the trigger. The ball of laser soared up into the sky and the clouds changed its shapes, and started to create a giant wind. 

"Eh... eh... BLAAACHOO!" Dedede sneezed as he felt so cold and wet. "Why did the weather change all of the sudden?! I'm going back in! Yo! Waddle Dees! Fill mah bathtub with warm water!"

Waddle Dees responded and few went to the bathroom to fill the bathtub with warm water, just like Dedede demanded.

Escargoon snickered as he saw Dedede sneezing his way to the bathroom.  "Take that, you lousy drama king!" Escargoon insulted under his snicker. 

"Why is it windy all of a sudden?" Tuff asked as he walked outside.

"Poyo," Kirby said as he followed after Tiff and Tuff.

"Is it because of the abnormality of the weather guardian of the galaxy?" Tiff asked as she held her hair as the wind forcibly pulled on her hair.

"It is weird..." Meta Knight said. 

"The weather doesn't change this quickly," Sword Knight said.

"Wilammas kuranamiray," Blade Knight said.

"You can say that again," Meta Knight and Sword Knight said.

"Wondering why the weather changed all of the sudden?" Escargoon asked as he approached to Kirby, Tiff, Tuff, Meta Knight, Sword Knight, and Blade Knight, who were all confused why the wind was blowing hard out of thin air. "Well here it is!" Escargoon said as he showed the weather controlling machine. 

"Where did you get that?" Tiff asked.

"None of your business!" Escargoon said.

"Well, sir Escargoon, excuse us," Meta Knight said. "Let's go," he said to Tiff, Tuff, Kirby, Sword Knight, and Blade Knight silently and went somewhere far where Dedede and Escargoon would not be able to hear. "I believe he ordered that machine from Susie."

"Do you think we need to destroy it then?" Tiff asked.

"Let's wait on it," Sword Knight said.

"Yunira sterimay," Blade Knight said.

"What if the machine starts to attack Kirby? That always happened," Tiff said.

"That's when we'll take actions," Meta Knight said.

As they were talking, the weather suddenly changed to harsh sunlight. "Is that Escargoon's deeds?" Tiff asked.

"It may be, it can also be because of the weather guardian," Sword Knight replied.

"Either way, this is bad," Meta Knight said.

"Wow, I didn't even use this and the weather is still changing in a very weird way," Escargoon said as he looked at the machine, and then the sky. "Ahh! I'm gonna be blind!" Escargoon exclaimed as the harsh sunlight almost blinded him.

"Hoo-wee! That feels so nice!" Dedede said as the boiling water warmed his body. However, that was only for a moment. Because the sunlight was pretty harsh, everything and everywhere became hotter and hotter by every second. In the bathroom, in addition to the hot steam and harsh sunlight, it was getting harder and harder to breathe in the bathroom. "Gahhh! Gahhhh!" Dedede screamed as he was desperate to open the door to let the hot steam out. He panted heavily as he opened the door, and started to become very desperate for cold water. He hurried and turned on the cold water to splash on his face. "What is going on with da weather?!" Dedede started to complain. 

"Let's not make it too hot here," Escargoon said as he pressed the snow button. The sunlight started to fade as the clouds started to gather around and the flurries of snowflakes started to gently fall down. "Ah~ That's much better~" Escargoon was satisfied with the sight of the snowflakes falling down. 

Dedede knew that it was going to be hot, so he went out of the bathroom with just his underwear on. However, it was snowing and it was getting extremely cold. Dedede started to shiver like earlier and went back in the bathroom and turned on hot, steamy water to warm him up once again. "Da weather is definitely DEFINITELY weird tuh-day!" Dedede said the warm water soaked up his body.

Escargoon whistled as he passed by the bathroom. 

"Hey! Quiet out there ya punk!" Dedede demanded as his voice echoed in the restroom and to the outside. 

Escargoon stopped whistling and walking, faced the bathroom, pulled the muscle under his right eye with his index finger, and stuck his tongue out.

"I can see that, ya slime-brain!" Dedede said as he slammed the door open.

"Ahhh! Help me!" Escargoon started to run away. 

"Get back here, ya shell buster!" Dedede said as he chased after Escargoon with the mallet over his head. 

As Escargoon was running away, he dropped the machine, and Dedede was too busy chasing after Escargoon.

Kirby was walking alone by himself, and he found the machine. When Kirby picked it up, nothing happened. When he pressed the button, the laser shot... but since Kirby was not aiming it towards the sky, it was shot at the floor. Also, since Kirby pressed the lightning button, the lightning monster showed up. "Poyooooo! Poooyooooooo!" Kirby screamed as he ran away as the lightning monster was shooting sparks. 

Tiff and Meta Knight immediately responded to Kirby's desperate scream and went where Kirby's scream came from. They noticed a lightning monster chasing after Kirby. "Kirby! Suck up the attack!" Tiff said.

"Poyo!" Kirby responded and inhaled the spark, transforming into Spark Kirby.

They both shot Lightning Strike against each other, but Kirby's was much stronger, thus damaging the monster hard and destroying it immediately.

"Wow, Kirby's defeating the monsters much faster now!" Tiff said, very proud and impressed.

"It is the sign that says Kirby is getting much stronger," Meta Knight said as his eyes turned blue. 

"Kirby! Destroy that machine too!" Tiff said, pointing at the weather controlling machine that Escargoon bought. Kirby used Spark Laser to shatter the machine into pieces. 

"Yay!" Tiff cheered.

"Oh-hoho no-hoho!" Escargoon said as he tripped and fell. 

"Take that! And that! And that! And that!" Dedede exclaimed as he whaked Escargoon's head several times. 

"Wait... no-hoho!" Escargoon said as he ran towards the shattered pieces of weather controlling machine. "No..." He said as his teardrops fell on the pieces. "All I wanted was changing weather..."

"But the monster came from that!" Tiff said.

"That's because someone shot somewhere not towards the sky!" Escargoon said. "Oh... no... I spent 400 D-bills on this..."

"Well, let the weather be until the abnormality calms down," Meta Knight suggested. "You cannot force to change mother nature."

"Poyo!" Kirby jumped as the weather changed back to normal... which later changed to snow storm in an hour later.
