Today is the day King Dedede FINALLY let Escargoon have a day off. Escargoon skipped happily through the Cappy Town as he sang a song about Dedede.

That demon Dedede

But it is really hard for Escargoon

Laughing off failed schemes

And blaming it on me

He's truly very selfish

But I love his majesty!♪

Cappies were confused by Escargoon's happiness, but more than of all, the fact that he was not in the castle, serving for Dedede.

"Escargoon?" Chief Bookem asked. "What are you doing outside the cadtle, not with the king?"

"His majesty finally gave me a day off!" Escargoon said excitedly. "I'm the happiest snail today!"

"I never knew he would do something that nice," Samo said as he heard Escargoon.

"How was he able to find a kindness in his heart?" Tuggle said.

"It took longer than how I found 235 of my architectures," Curio said.

"Well, I predict this kindness wouldn't last long," Mabel said.

"What do you think what made Dedede give Escargoon a day off?" Tuff asked Tiff as they were both walking around in the castle with Kirby.

"I'm not sure," Tiff said. "But I'm sure deep down in his heart, he has a room for kindness. Right, Kirby?"

"Poyo, poyo!" Kirby replied.

Although Escargoon was happy thay he got a day off, he didn't know what to do to spend the day off. There was really nothing to do. He saw little kids playing in the playground as he passed by. "If I was a little kid, I wouldn't have to worry about playing there without others looking at me as if I'm a weird guy. Oh what am I thinking?!"

Escargoon stopped in front of the sheep farm. They looked so fluffy and cuddly. Escargoon wanted to hold onto one of them. His instincts told him to walk towards them and cuddle one of them. "It won't hurt to try..." Escargoon said as he walked towards one of the sheep and cuddled it so passionately. The sheep being hugged by Escargoon was creeped out, and the other sheep looked at Escargoon as if he was crazy. "Ahh... So soft... feels like a puffy cloud..."

"Escargoon?" Mayor asked as he noticed Escargoon hugging one of his sheep. "What are you doing?"

"Just leave me in peace..." Escargoon said peacefully. "I've never had this much comfort in all my life. Just five more minutes..."

"If you like the wool so much," Mayor said. "I'll give you some when they need to be sheared. That wouldn't be so long."

"Oh, I would like that!" Escargoon said. "Allow me to be with your sheep for rest of the day."

"Umm, sure... I guess..." Mayor thought it was weird, but since Escargoon was not causing any mischiefs, he thought it was okay.

"Oh?! Free monster or robot you said?!" Dedede asked Susie.

"Yes, your majesty," Susie said. "Just this once, since I hate Kirby and Meta Knight so much at this moment, might as well just give you monster or robot for free. So you can be happy, I can be happy, Mr. President can be happy, and your servant can be happy. By the way, where is sir Escargoon?"

"He's got a day off!" Dedede said.

"Oh wow, you know how to do nice thing," Susie said.

"Hush up! I'll think of a monster to order so I'll get back to you then!" Dedede said.

"Yes, your majesty," She disconnected. "Well, I've never seen this side of King Dedede before."

"You sure we can give him anyone for free?" Haltmann asked.

"It's on the house, Mr. President," Susie said. "Feel free to cut that off my paycheck. Based on the damage that Kirby and Meta Knight gave to you, Galacta Knight, Dark Meta Knight, and Shadow Kirby, this is nothing. Sure, whatever the King orders may not eliminate them completely, but as long as we can torment them both, there's nothing I could ask for."

Haltmann was moved by her thought, but he didn't want to show it... plus she seemed to care more about Galacta Knight, Dark Meta Knight and Shadow Kirby, although he should understand why since they've been injured the most.

"Also, Mr. President," Susie said. "I examined Dark Meta Knight's injury, but it seems that he was attacked not only by Meta Knight's Galaxia, but also the metal from the Robobot Armor you created. It seems like Meta Knight and Kirby got their hands on it and turned it into a weapon against us. We must be very careful and alert about this."

"Those little bums... standing in my path of success..." Haltmann grunted.

"But we will get a chance to take them back, Mr. President," Susie said. "They will soon get what they deserve..."

"Yo! Waddle Dees! Get me some tea!" Dedede demanded as he looked through the catalog. Waddle Dees quickly yet cautiously brought the teapot and teacup.

"Sire," Waddle Doo walked up to King Dedede while he looked through his monsters and robots catalog.

"Whachu want?!" Dedede asked.

"Waddle Dees want a day off and so do I, like sir Escargoon!" Waddle Doo pleaded.

"Well I can't give everyone a day off at once!" Dedede said. "Come up with a plan and I'll deal with it later!"

"But sire," Waddle Doo said. "We already turned in so much plans for past few months. And I've never seen you reading them. Why can't you read our requests when you can read the monster catalogs?"

Dedede couldn't answer that question just now. He STILL doesn't know how to read; he just looks through the images to see which ones look stronger.

"Well, see you later sire," Waddle Doo gave up and walked away. He told what happened just now to Waddle Dees. Waddle Dees sadly walked away with Waddle Doo with their heads down.

"Hey~~~" Dedede said as he looked at the goat shaped robot. "This would be useful!" He hurried to his throne room to order it.

"Did you choose what you want to order, your majesty?" Susie asked.

"I want me this!" King Dedede said as he pointed at the goat shaped robot. Kirby wouldn't even have to use Robobot Armor for that.

"That...?" Susie asked. That was one of the weakest robots they had. "You're joking right?"

"Since there are a lot of sheep, it can fool that li'l pink pair of sack!" King Dedede said.

Pathetic... out of all robots... Susie thought. "Yes, your majesty. Your order will be sent over now."

She sent over the goat shaped robot immediately. "Treat him well."

"He-he-he! Thanks!" Dedede said.

"Arrivederci~" Susie quickly disconnected. "Even though I gave him a chance... Does he even know how to read? It clearly says that goat only cares about sheep and goat's safety, nothing else. It's the most useless robot for attacking Kirby. I knew I should've gotten rid of it in a first place if I knew Dedede was that dumb to order that out of all other robots. Goodness gracious..." She sighed and shook her head.

"Secretary Susie," President Haltmann said. "If your IQ was lower, you'd probably have an easier life."

"Mr. President, I've worked hard to get my master's degree," Susie said. "Please don't say anything like that again. I would like to get my doctor's degree and keep working here so that I can pay off my tuition."

"You're the employee of the month after all," President Haltmann said.

"I'm your only employee, Mr. President," Susie said.

"Well, it is nice to give you certain title to motivate you more," Haltmann said. "Plus, you're much better than previous secretaries."

"Thank you, Mr. President," Susie said. She let out a deep sigh once more and leaned on held her chin with her elbow on her desk.

The goat robot ran out the castle as it scented something, passing by Kirby, Tiff, and Tuff. "Hey what was that?" Tuff asked.

"I don't know," Tiff said.

"Poyo," Kirby said.

The goat robot even passed by Meta Knight, Sword Knight, and Blade Knight. "What a strange creature..." Meta Knight said.

"Should we go after it?" Sword Knight asked.

"It does not seem too dangerous. Kirby can handle it alone," Meta Knight said.

"Gurainus skoray," Blade Knight said.

"Kirby is a lot stronger than you think," Meta Knight said. "Yet, he still has a room to grow. I will help when he needs."

As Melman was peacefully walking through Cappy Town, the goat robot ran past him, and the force made him spin around so many times before he dropped on the ground. "Whoa-oah-oaaaaaaah, ugh," Melman said as he spun and dropped.

Escargoon was still cuddling the sheep, and the sheep was still creeped out by Escargoon. "So... fluffy..." Escargoon said as he caressed its wool. Then he heard loud robotic sprint sound coming near him. "Huh?" Escargoon looked at the direction where the sprinting footstep of a robotic feet came from. It hit Escargoon with full force, thinking that Escargoon was bothering that sheep he was cuddling. Although he wasn't bothering the sheep, it was still disturbed by Escargoon's unusual actions. "Hey! What's the big idea?!" Escargoon asked angrily as he looked at the goat robot. After it ensured the sheep's safety, he charged towards Escargoon once more. Escargoon thought for a moment and started to run away with a really loud scream. "Oh-hoho! Please spare me!" Escargoon begged as he ran away, but the goat robot had no mercy. It charged faster as it pointed its horn to Escargoon. When it hit Escargoon, he flew even further, leaving a wound on his body. "OOOOOOOHHHHHHHHHH!" Escargoon screamed as he flew away. He was hit so hard that he was fired straight to the castle. "Ow..." He groaned as he stood up.

"Escargoon?" Tiff asked. "How did you fly all the way over here?"

"The robotic goat..." Escargoon said very weakly.

"Robotic goat?" Tuff asked.

"Poyo?" Kirby asked.

"It's probably Dedede and Haltmann Works Company," Tiff said.

"I wouldn't be surprised..." Escargoon said as he slowly stood up. "Dedede and Susie has been getting along a lot better lately."

"Susie? You mean that nurse?" Tiff asked. so surprised.

"Oh yeah... she disguised as a..." Escargoon stopped. "Oops..."

"Did she deceive us?" Tiff asked.

"We..well..." Escargoon mumbled.

"Escargoon! You better tell us right now!" Tiff demanded.

"She-she wanted to get DNA sample from Kirby and Meta Knight!" Escargoon said. "I-I don't know what she did with it! I swear I don't!"

"Well, you better figure out fast!" Tiff exclaimed. "If Susie works for Haltmann Works Company, she's up to something terrible to Kirby!"

The goat robot entered the castle with herds of behind it and stopped aggressively. It growled as it saw Escargoon, cowering behind Tiff.

"Is that the robot you were talking about?" Tuff asked.

"Yes, and this is gonna be baaaaaaad," Escargoon said as he imitated sheep sound. Tiff glared at him, annoyed by his bad pun. "Sorry," Escargoon apologized as he sqeaked.

The goat robot started to charge towards Tiff, believing that she is on Escargoon's side. "Kirby! You know what to do!"

"Poyo!" Kirby said and started to inhale the robotic goat. Since sheep knew it was coming, they ran away immediately that only some of the sheep had to resist being inhaled. The robotic goat also resisted. But its horn was too weak to be attached, which Kirby eventually inhaled and transformed into needle Kirby.

"All right, needle Kirby!" Tuff cheered. As usual,  Kirby was able to defeat the robotic goat in no time by shooting explosive needles.

"That was pretty quick," Tiff said, amazed.

"Kirby has definitely grown a lot better," Meta Knight said as he appeared out of nowhere.

"OHHH-HOHOHO!" Escargoon exclaimed as he looked at his wound.

Meta Knight examined his would. "We better treat it before it leaves scar."

"Yeah, we only want scar in your name," Tuff said.

"What?" Tiff asked.

"Get It? E-scar-goon?" Tuff said as he snickered. But Tiff, Escargoon, Meta Knight, and Kirby had confused look on their faces. Tuff turned his head awkwardly.

"Oh Tuff..." Tiff said.

"This way, Escargoon," Meta Knight said as they both started to walk away.

"Poyo?" Kirby said.
