While Kirby was asleep, Meta Knight removed the ice pack from Kirby's back and applied some ointment for bruises and bumps. Surely, this was one of Kirby's greatest injury. Normally, he never use his special ointment to anyone since they are extremely rare. Even when Sword Knight or Blade Knight gets hurt, he would never use ointment on them. In fact, they don't know the existence of Meta Knight's special ointment. He never let anyone use it... but...

...

... but... it was Kirby. He needed to use it on him.

After taking care of Kirby, he decided to prepare himself to combat with Galacta Knight again. He needed some form of plan and upgrade. How was he able to defeat him back then? He reached for his treasure chest that only he was able to open since they key was Galaxia. He opened his treasure chest and dug through. "It's time I use this." Meta Knight took out the wings from his treasure chest. He used to fly like a bat until he came to Dreamland and served for King Dedede. He tried the wing on while Kirby was still resting. He went to the hallway, jumped, opened his wings, and flew threw the air. Even though he didn't fly for almost 39,990 years, his flying was still fluent. 

When he came back from his flight, Kirby was waking up. "Po... yo..."

"Let's get you some lunch," Meta Knight said.

"Poyo!" Kirby was wide awake after hearing the word: 'lunch'.

"Do you want me to cook? Or do you want to go to Kawasaki's?" Meta Knight asked

"Poyo, poyo!" Kirby answered.

Meta Knight took out a pot to cook for Kirby. It was army food, again. It looked like Kawasaki's curry, it's just that it was not at all spicy, and it was supposed to taste worse than Kawasaki's curry. But Kirby seemed to enjoy it. He didn't even take a break while eating; he never put his spoon down. Although Meta Knight doesn't show it, he was so happy that Kirby was enjoying his food. He's the first one ever, and he would be the only one.

"Kirby, allow me to check you back," Meta Knight said.

"Poyo," He agreed. Meta Knight saw the bruise and bump by the impact of the force that Galacta Knight applied on him. 

His bruises and bumps were already soothing away, but it was only because it was the ointment he used. Meta Knight wanted to encourage Kirby by saying something to him, but he couldn't say anything. Something got stuck on his vocal chord that didn't let him say anything. However, he was still making him feel better by rubbing his injured spot. "I put ice on there, so it should be fine the next day."

"Poyo," he replied.

"Lady Susie, did you call me?" Galacta Knight asked.

"I have a feeling that they are preparing hard for this," Susie said. "You may have to be more than prepared for the next combat."

"Ma'am?" Galacta Knight asked.

"I'm saying that you shouldn't underestimate them," Susie said. "I may have hinted it, but Kirby and Meta Knight cannot back down that easily, especially after you have fought with them once, and it ended up as a tie."

"I understand, ma'am," Galacta Knight said.

"This is going to turn into a bloodbath," Susie said. "It is going to be extremely filthy. I am hoping for the best for you, Galacta Knight. There may be more choice than life and death, but I cannot guarantee that you will not end up in a death part."

"Yes, madam," Galacta Knight replied. "And also, please do not send any army along me, madam."

"Why?" Susie asked. "That's an unusual request."

"Just because," he said. "I would like to do this by myself."

"Hmm... all right," Susie agreed.

After the week has passed by, Meta Knight started to train Kirby. Instead of training his power, Meta Knight trained his speed. He did so by training him to react fast enough that Kirby can dodge, block, and/or counter it. Of course, he was the one attacking Kirby to train. Even his sword ability was not quick enough to react, so training was necessary. 

Longer the training went, more flexible Kirby became with his arms slashing, striking, blocking, and countering. "Kirby, you sure are a fast learner," Meta Knight complimented. 

"Poyo!" Kirby cheered.

"Hey Kirby! Hey Meta Knight!" Tiff called from a distance. "Are you training?"

"Poyo! Poyo!" Kirby jumped to greet Tiff.

"Oh, you're sword Kirby right now!" Tiff said, then she noticed something. She went behind Kirby and noticed a huge bruise and bump. "Oh my goodness!" She gasped. "Kirby! What happened?! This is the biggest injury you've ever gotten! And I'm pretty sure this didn't happen during training!"

"Galacta Knight," Meta Knight said.

"Galacta Knight?" Tiff asked.

"Galaxy's most wanted criminal..." Meta Knight said. "Now he's working under Haltmann Works Company, so no one can touch him."

"Oh my goodness! He must be that strong and big to give Kirby this kind of injury," Tiff said.

"He may not be really big," he said. "But he is a very strong opponent. He caught us off guard. But the good thing is that he is injured so much that he won't come back for another week or so."

"I guess that's a relief to hear," Tiff said.

"And Kirby's learning so fast," Meta Knight said. "However, we should still not relax. We don't know how he will prepare for the next battle. This would probably be the cruelest battle that Kirby has ever experienced."

"I hope it all resolves well," Tiff said, becoming even more concern. 

"Tiff, I also have a request," Meta Knight said. "I need you to be in out battle field, but I want you to hide. You're the only one who has the access to Warp Star."

"Got it," Tiff agreed.

The training went on. When they weren't training Meta Knight was either cooking for him, or took him out to eat. Kirby was becoming even more fluent and flexible in the sword skills. He wasn't sure if Kirby was fully ready yet, but with this skill and new technique that Meta Knight came up with, they were just as ready as they can be.

Another week has gone by. Although Galacta Knight was not fully recovered, he was still able to brutally train and fight. "I'm off, Lady Susie."

"Good luck," Susie said. "If you do survive but are injured badly, please come to me. We will make sure you're fine. You're also our hope for Haltmann's future along with our final project."

"Yes," Galacta Knight answered quietly.

"Tiff, Kirby, are you ready?" Meta Knight asked.

"Yes, I am," Tiff replied confidently.

"Poyo," Kirby also replied confidently.

"Let's go," Meta Knight said.

Meta Knight, Kirby, and Tiff went to the hill that Meta Knight and Kirby first fought with Galacta Knight.

"We meet again," Meta Knight said, sensing him near.

"Yes," Galacta Knight replied, without showing his appearance. "This may be our final battle, sir. I won't take any chances."

"Bring it on," Meta Knight said as he drew his Galaxia and gave the sword so that he can turn into sword Kirby. 

Suddenly, Galacta Knight glided towards Meta Knight and attempted to strike him, but Meta Knight dodged it and Kirby slashed him. 

"Kabu! Send the Warp Star!" Tiff said.

"Warp Star!" Kabu said as he sent over the Warp Star.

Kirby landed on the Warp Star and started to fly, and Meta Knight started to flap his wings. Galacta Knight gathered his thoughts and looked at both Kirby and Meta Knight. "Never expected that you both would be able to fly," Galacta Knight said. "Although I did expect it from you, sir Meta Knight. Didn't know that pink good for nothing would..."

After hearing the words 'good for nothing', Meta Knight became furious that he glided towards Galacta Knight. Galacta Knight was ready to block his sword, but Meta Knight head-butted him instead. Galacta Knight grunted as he fell on to the ground. "Ugh... just because I said that..."

"Behold," Meta Knight started to charge his Galaxia. While he was charging, Kirby had to protect Meta Knight so that he can concentrate. Galacta Knight doesn't know what Meta Knight was up to, but he knew he had to stop Meta Knight from whatever he was planning to do. But he had to deal with Kirby in order to stop what Meta Knight was going to do. But Kirby was very fluent with the sword. Just like Meta Knight trained him, he was able to block, dodge, and counter Galacta Knight's attack. When Galacta Knight struck down, Kirby swung up. As Galacta Knight swung from his left, Kirby blocked as he swing from his right to left. When he swung from down to up, Kirby moved to his side and swung, and Galacta Knight blocked it.

"You are sure powerful for a baby," Galacta Knight kept taunting Kirby. Although the taunt and provocation didn't bother Kirby, it did bother Meta Knight. He couldn't wait until Galaxia was charged to its full power. 

Kirby was enduring well. He did get few hits, but he was able to get him back. As Kirby was hit, he flew away few inches and Galacta Knight glided towards him to slash him, but Kirby moved to his side. As Galacta Knight struck the air, Kirby hit his mask that he flew away. To avoid counterattack, he waited until Galacta Knight to get back together. Kling! Kling! Klang! Klang! The sound of swords colliding against each other echoed throughout the sky. Some strikes were so powerful that pushed both Kirby and Galacta Knight away from each other.

"Poyo, poyo!" Kirby said as he performed multiple Sword Beams.

"You cannot get me with that pathetic attack!" Galacta Knight was quick enough do dodge all the Sword Beams.

"Poyo!" Kirby glided to him.

"Bring it on," Galacta Knight said he glided also.

As they both glided towards each other, Kirby secretly charged his sword for Sword Beam. As they stuck each other's swords and tried to push against each other, Kirby inflicted Sword Beam. That made Galacta Knight drop to the ground again. 

"Ugh! How can this be?" Galacta Knight grunted as he tried to get up. "I trained for 20,000 years for this, and I don't have a chance to defeat the newborn Star Warrior." Galacta Knight stuck his sword to the ground and raged. It glided towards Kirby so quickly. Although Kirby dodged it, it hit Meta Knight.

"Oh!" Meta Knight yelped by the sudden impact. Thankfully, Galaxia only lost some of its powers. Meta Knight concentrated and started to recharge again. Kirby thought for a moment about the headbutt and tried it on Galacta Knight. It didn't go the way he planned, but since it was unexpected, Galacta Knight flinched.

Meta Knight had enough time to let Galaxia charge again. By the time, Galacta Knight was distracted by Kirby with his swords and attempt for other physical moves. "Kirby! Get away from him!" Meta Knight warned.

"Poyo!" Kirby agreed and flew off fast.

"What are you up to?" Galacta Knight asked.

"Behold its power..." Meta Knight vanished. 

"What?" Galacta Knight questioned as Meta Knight disappeared right in front of his sight. "Show yourself!" Galacta Knight screamed as he looked around.

The sudden, powerful, intense, forceful, extreme slash crashed into Galacta Knight. He felt as if the world was physically crashing down on him. It was that painful. "Behold... the power of Galaxia Darkness..."

Galaxia Darkness. Almost impossible to dodge. One special move that requires a lot of strength and concentration within Galaxia and its user. When Galaxia is fully charged, it allows its user to vanish from his or her foe's sight, and then let out a full force, even if the swing is weak as a small scratch. That is how Galacta Knight was first defeated. There was not a single person who overran this attack... since Galacta Knight was the only victim.

"I... can't... believe..." Galacta Knight said weakly before he lost his conscious. He wasn't dead. Meta Knight walked towards him and took him to Kabu so that he can be sent back to space.

Susie let out a long, frustrating sigh as she organized her papers and catalog. She was so furious that she did not want to forgive Kirby and Meta Knight for messing up with Galacta Knight like that.

"So..." Haltmann said. "It was unsuccessful, wasn't it?"

"Yes sir," Susie said. "But we were able to find him, and he's in treatment right now. However, it will take such a long time for him to heal."

"How long do you anticipate?" Haltmann asked.

"About a year and a half or so," Susie said. "The injury that Meta Knight inflicted sure had a huge impact on his nerve cells."

"Is he really that strong?" Haltmann asked.

"More than strong," Susie said. "Indescribably strong. The most powerful move that any Star Warrior can perform. Galaxia Darkness... That force hasn't been unleashed for 40,000 years. I can't believe it's that strong still."

"Heal him as soon as possible," Haltmann said. "He must strike back."

"Yes sir," Susie said. "Meta Knight... Kirby..." She gritted her teeth and crumpled up her paper that was in her hand. "I won't forgive you... you will be crushed like a pair of balloons."

"Why didn't you finish him overall?" Tiff asked.

"He still has Galaxy Soldier blood flowing through him," Meta Knight said. "There may be a hope that the blood would change his instincts. I cannot say for sure, but there is a slim chance of hope, and I believe in it. But I'm also preparing for huge disappointment. 

"I see," Tiff said. "I really wish that he returned to normal state. That would be nice for you and Kirby. If he joined forces with you, you all would be the most powerful force in the galaxy, wouldn't you?"

"Yes," Meta Knight sighed.

"Poyo," Kirby said as he looked at the sky.

"Thank you for everything, Kirby," Meta Knight thanked Kirby.

"You sure became much stronger!" Tiff complimented.

"Poyo!" Kirby said.

A/N: I will be making some edits to make the sword fight scene so interesting. It'll sound intense as I edit even more ^3^

Also, I ~may~ have to take back... what I said about the... uhh... amount of... uhh, ummmmm... hmm... the... Kirby x Meta Knight moments... I can't help it I ship them so hard ^^;
