Unknown Dimension, Unknown Location

Nepgear: Neptune... Neptune... Please wake up...!

Neptune: ...Mmm...

Neptune then started to half wake up, but Nepgear continues to speak to her and said.

Nepgear: Neptune! Please!

Neptune: Oh, c'mon, Nep Jr., gimmie ten more minutes...

Nepgear: Neptune! This isn't the time to be sleeping! Look! Look around you!

Neptune finally wakes up fully and said.

Neptune: Urgh, you're so noisy... Wait. Did Histy find out we're slacking off to fix that console? Has she finally morphed into a blood-thirsty demon?!

Neptune: ...............Huh?

Neptune then look around at a shattered glass buildings, big crack sky's , and other places that somehow ended up being destroyed. 

Neptune: Oh, riiight, right, right, this is all just a dream. Okay, well the, 'night Nepgear, turn the lights off on your way out, 'kay?

Nepgear: It's not a dream at all, Neptune! Everything that you just saw is real. Now get up!!

She then got up and said in a worry expression.

Neptune: No... No, no, no, this can't be possible. I mean, we were just in our room right? So why would we suddenly be in a place like this?

Nepgear: I don't know... When I came to, we were just... here. What happened...?

Neptune: well, I don't really know what this place is, but I don't think it can be helped.

Neptune: The city's collapsed, there are weird cracks in the sky, and there's also some weird shooting stars things falling from the sky. 

She said as Neptune pointed at some dark purple hearts that were falling from the sky.  

Neptune: But, ya know, this is totally normal occurrence in games.

Nepgear: Um, Neptune, even if it happens often in games, this should not be happening here, in reality...

Neptune: Yeah, yeah, but let's not sweat the small stuff, alright? Hey, there might be some NPCs out and about... so let's go for a walk! 

Neptune: I'm sure that'll be ten times better than moping around in a place like this.

Nepgear: Yeah, you're right. It's better than just waiting around for an event to appear.

Neptune: That's the spirit! Let's go!

And with that, Neptune and Nepgear were walking through the city while hoping to find some NPCs.

After five minutes have passed, Neptune and Nepgear didn't find a single NPC as they were hoping for which Nepgear then said.

Nepgear: No one's around...

Neptune: Hmmm... That's pretty weird. You'd think there'd at least be a cat, a hologram or something...

Neptune then tried to talk louder just so people can get her attention and said.

Neptune: Heeeeeey! Anyone heeeeere?!

Nepgear: There's something really eerie about this place, Neptune.

Nepgear: Those cracks running through the streets and buildings don't seem like regular cracks.

Neptune: You're right. They're all green and pretty. I feel like if I stared at them long enough, they'd suck me right in.

Nepgear: There are similar cracks in the sky, too... Except for the weird shooting star things that you mention from earlier. It's almost as if the fabric of space and time itself has cracks in it...

Nepgear: And these buildings... they feel familiar... Kind of like some of the ones we have back in Planeptune... N-no, it couldn't be...

Neptune: Hmmm... Would Planeptune look like this if we were enter an apocalypse?

Nepgear: D-Don't say things like that! That's bad! 

Nepgear: But when I look more closely, I don't recognize any of these areas, so I don't think it's Planeptune...

Neptune: Doy! Come on, little Nep, that city's my backyard, I'd recognize it if I was walking around it blindfolded.

Neptune: Well, it does us no good to keep brooding around here. Forward, march!

Nepgear (sweatdrop): Where does her confidence come from at times like this, I wonder...?

Neptune: My confidence, you ask...? It's obviously 'cause I'm the main character! 

Neptune: No matter what happens, we'll make it through with my protag ruleset!

Nepgear: I sure hope so...

Just then, as they were ready to proceed forward. A random Monster just showed up out of nowhere and roars at them.

Monster: rrrrrRRRRRRRROOOOOAR!!

Neptune then was shocked by that Monster and said.

Neptune: Eek!

Neptune: Ahem, that was just k-kinda loud, is all. It's just a run of the mill first battle baddie.

Neptune: See Nep Jr.? My protag ruleset has found local person number 1!

Nepgear: No, Neptune!! No matter how you look, I don't think we can converse with it! It's full of murderous intent!!

Neptune: Uhhh... I guess so, huh?

The Monster then continues to roar at them.

Monster: rrrrrRRRRRRRROOOOOAR!!

Neptune: And here I thought we'd finally run into someone else besides us...

(BGM: Voltage - Mega Dimension Neptunia VII)

Neptune: But if the enemy's rarin' to go, we've no choice! Nepgear let's transform and stomp it!

Nepgear: Right!

Neptune: Behold my power!

Nepgear: Processer Unit, set!!

(BGM Stops)

...

...

...

...

And Nothing happened when Neptune said.

Neptune: ......Um....

Nepgear: .........Huh...?

Neptune: But, nothing happened...?

Monster: rrrrrRRRRRRRROOOOOAR!!

The Monster then tries to slash at the Nep sisters. But luckily, they avoided the attack by the Monster and Neptune then said. 

(BGM Resumes)

Neptune: Gah?! Hey that's dangerous! Oh, I see, you don't it's against the rules to attack during a transformation sequence!

Nepgear: I don't think a monster would understand it. Even if you tell them that...

Neptune: I don't know why we can't go to HDD, but we have to take care of the enemy in front of us first! Let's go for it!

Nepgear: Okay!

(BGM Ended)

(BGM: Fate - Mega Dimension Neptunia VII)

Neptune then charges forward to the monster and attacks him. Follow by Nepgear using her skill move called Mirage Dance which allows her to slash the monster five times dealing a lot of damage.

Soon the monster then disappear knowing that their first battle is over.

(BGM Ended)

Neptune: Whew... Easy peasy! We didn't even need HDD.

Nepgear: But why couldn't we transform...? 

Nepgear then realize that something was wrong.

Nepgear: ...Oh!

Neptune: What's up Nep Jr.?

Nepgear: Neptune, it's our shares! I thought something was weird, I can't feel our shares at all! 

Neptune: Yeah right. I trounce a certain Noire in a character ranking contest. That popularity is like the source of our shares, so to be missing... 

Neptune tries to feel the shares that Nepgear was feeling and said.

Neptune: That's... ridiculous...

She then felt nothing from their shares and started to freak out.

Neptune: Hmmm!? It's gone!!!

Neptune: Whaaaaaaaaat !?!? Why?! Shares are the faith of people have in CPUs! It's impossible for them to be at zero!

Neptune: And for us to be unable to transform in a post-apocalyptic horror world like this... We're going to be STERILIZED!!

Nepgear: P-Please calm down, Neptune...!

Nepgear: Also, that monster we just fought... Have you ever seen anything like it before? 

Neptune: That super gross mutant bug thing? Nope! And I kinda wish I never had. But, what about you? 

Nepgear: It was my first time, too.

 Nepgear: Unfamiliar monsters in an unfamiliar land... Where in the goodness are we...? Can we actually get out of here alive...? 

Nepgear: I've tried contacting Histoire, but the N-Gear keeps dropping out of range, so I can't connect to the phone or the internet...

Neptune: I-It'll be just fine! You worry to much. Just leave everything to your big sis! 

Neptune: And, let's be real here, roaming around strange new lands beating up monsters is way better than working at a boring desk!

Nepgear: Neptune, I think you only feel that way because you hate working...  

Neptune: Psh, the only thing I hate is not having fun! Come on, let's make the most of this, little sis.

Nepgear: Neptune... 

Nepgear then smiled at her big sis and said

Nepgear: ...I don't know if I can have fun, but I'm sure we'll be fine if we're together.

Neptune: There we go, you look way cuter when you smile. Let's keep moving!

Nepgear: Okay!

Neptune and Nepgear are now continuing onward while dealing with a few Pixelvaders enemies along the way as they keep moving forward.

We then get to see a collapsed building that they stop walking and Neptune said. 

Neptune: Ooh, check this out. I wonder what happened here... Hey! Nep Jr.! Let's try climbing to the top, maybe we can figure out where we are!

Nepgear: O-oh, okay... Wait for me, Neptune!

As Neptune and Nepgear finally made it to the top, Nepgear then said.

Nepgear: .........This can't be...

(BGM: Shock! DX - Mario & Luigi Bowser's inside story + Boswer Jr.'s Journey)

Neptune: Wh, wh, wha... WHAT IS THIIIIIIIIIS!?

We then get to see a good view full of buildings that were collapsed everywhere. While the tower on the other hand was cut in half.

Nepgear: No way... just where... is this...?

As they were watching the veiw in horror. Neptune then spotted something and said

Neptune: Hmmm... Ah ha!

Neptune: Look over there! I see somebody!

Nepgear: Hm... Oh, wow, you're right... I think it's a girl...?

Nepgear: Oh, no, she's surrounded by a bunch of scary monsters!

Neptune: There's no way a local could fight against this many! Let's go, Nepgear!

Nepgear: Yeah, let's go help her...!!

And so, Neptune and Nepgear were now heading to where the girl is at, hoping to help her beating up some monsters. Little did they know that their first adventure in an unknown land begins.
