It was early morning as King Kion was nervous about doing the morning announcement of his new born cubs. 

It has been a few years since Kion and Rani had become mates, and now he is a father to two cubs, even though it wasn't even possible for Rani. 

The birth experience was not easy, comparing that they longed to have children, but it wasn't any hope for them since Rani was not possible to give birth , due to be a late boomer. 

Makni was always by their side, as a good friend and advisor, she was able to look things in a new light for the royal couple. 

"This is it. Ready?" Makini asks them, as the royal couple nods at her, as to they were hoping that the animals at the Tree of Life would actually love the two lions.

All the animals in the Tree  of Life were excited of seeing the heirs for the first time, as Makini raises both cubs for all to see. 

It was a beautiful sight, as Kion feels his grandfather's presence, as he felt at ease of knowing that he would watch over his children, just like he had done with him so long ago. 

As the animals leave, Fuli and the Lion Guard appears to the royal family to congratulating the royal couple. 

"Awe, they look exactly like the both of you! " Anga said, as she was happy for them. 

Besthe nodded, "Poa. They sure do look like you. Did you guys already chosen a name for these little guys?"

Kion and Rani exchanged looks at each other as they both beamed with total pride of naming their children.

"We decided on the names . The boy is named Mufusa and the girl is Janna. " Rani explains as Fuli said, "Wow, the names sounds perfect for them. I can't wait for them to grow up here in the Tree of Life with us." 

Bunga said, chuckling, "It would awesome that Mufusa and I will be playmates! It'll feel like things haven't changed since we became members of the Lion Guard." 

The male lion chuckles at the honey-badger. He really does have a point, ever since that Kion gave up his position of being the leader of the Lion Guard, the things haven't been truly  digested for the King of The Tree of Life. 

"So, Kion, how about we deserve some privacy with our cubs?"

 The King nods as if that was a good idea. "Guys, as long I wanted to stay with you, I think I should be with-" 

Ono said, "Say no more, your majesty. We'll leave." 

"Ono, you can still call me , "Kion." We're still friends." Kion laughs, but the egret shook his head at him, "Wither you like it or not, you're still the King, Kion. " 

Nirmala chuckles, "Ono has a point, King Kion. You have a big responsibility weighing on your shoulders now." 

Kion seems to be totally embarrassed by this, as the royal couple lay inside the Tree to rest with their beloved children.
