It's been a good few hours since Ben and Kino took their nap, unknown to either of them that something big was about to pass through. They only realized when the ground started shaking "Ben, Kino" Hermès said as they woke up, the girl fell onto the ground while Ben landed next to her. "What is that? An earthquake?" Kino asked, "no it's getting stronger and stronger" Ben replied.

"Ben's right, the shaking is light but it's getting steadily stronger. Meaning that something is slowly moving our way" the motorcycle explained. "Really? What's that big?" She asked, "besides Way Big of course" Ben commented.

"look there!" Hermès called out, the two looked to where he was yelling and saw a large metal dome of sorts. "Well, that answers that" Kino said astonished, "that looks big enough to be a country" Hermès said, "that's what I was thinking. You two don't suppose that could... you know?" Ben asked.

He and Kino looked at each other, and then to the dome, then nodded, before long the two were driving alongside it with Kino driving Hermès and Ben riding behind her as to not scare the people onboard. "Amazing, I've never seen anything like this" she said staring at it, "neither have I" Hermès added before the girl looked at her traveling companion. He shot her a look "Hey don't look me, I may be from another universe with advanced technology but not even I've seen anything like this" he said.

"So what? Are you gonna stick out your thumb or something or?" The bike asked, "yeah, might as well try and see what happens right?" Kino asked. "Aren't either of you a little bit worried that they'll just shoot you?" Hermès asked them. "We know it's a gamble Herm, but since they haven't shot us yet that means they might let us on" Ben said "plus I can't think of a better idea so" The two humans then stuck their thumbs out to catch the moving city's attention.

Remarkably it somehow worked, the place slowed down and a voice spoke out from an intercom, "greetings travelers, are you two seeking entry into our country?" The voice asked. "We are!" Kino called out in reply, "yup! We saw you passing by and were interested" Ben added, the now labeled country then stopped and a small pillar extended down from the bottom and opened to reveal a car.

It drove out at the same time the trio drove into the depression the dome made, a man then exited the car and introduced himself. "Good afternoon traveler, I serve as the head immigration officer here, I am also the guide, soul policeman, diplomat and a few other things" he said in the same voice as the intercom. "Our country is unique in a few ways and officials take on a variety of duties here" he explained further. "Nice to meet you" Ben said hopping off Hermès, "yes very, So is this place really a country? With real citizens and all?" Kino asked him, "yes of course" the diplomat replied.

Ben whistled, "So where are you heading?" He asked, "just those plains beyond that valley, so are you two hoping to sight see or maybe a possible immigrant?" The man asked them. Kino answered first "Uh sight seeing and recreation is all" she said, "travelers are always welcomed in this country, how long do you anticipate your visit with us to last?" The diplomat asked again.

"About five to ten days, if that's okay" Ben answered this time, then smirked at Kino, the man nodded and the three got into the car, with the Motorrad getting put into the bed of the truck/car. "While we're here would you like to see how this place works?" The man asked, "yes that'd be nice" the girl said, "sorry Hermès, I hope you're not uncomfortable. We don't normally bring up motorcycles" he apologized. The motorcycle seemed to just shrug "No worries" he replied, "don't worry Hermès, old Lodestar will magnetize you back" Ben joked turning his arm into a gold and black claw "oh joy" the bike groaned.

The guide then showed them a large reactor "this is our main reactor, it generates vast amounts of steam which is piped to various generators. Some goes to the general populace while the rest is used to keep us moving, it's all fully automated we just oversee it. The difficult part would be replacing the drive shafts and caterpillar tracks" he explained.

Again Ben whistled, Hermès then asked if they stop moving when they find good land to settle on. However the guide had explained that the reason why they keep moving is because their generator produces massive amounts of energy that the populace can't possibly consume so the excess is used to keep them moving. The second reason is something Kino did understand, "we enjoy this nomadic lifestyle, we enjoy seeing beautiful landscapes come and go, why would we stop in one place? We can see the world and take our homes with us." He further said.

Kino Smiles "yeah I can relate, quite a lot actually" she said, Ben then spoke "it's being in a giant version of the rust bucket, with all the gadgets and gizmos included" he said marveling at the sunset on a nearby monitor. "Rust bucket?" The guide asked "my grandfather's recreational vehicle or RV, that allows people to travel far distances while also have a place to stay" Ben explained.

Late on Kino, Ben and Hermès arrived at their lodgings for their stay, and Kino had just finished taking a shower. "Gotta day, I've never seen a country with this much hot Watertown spare" she said walking into the bed, "since my time here in this world I can relate" Ben, who had finished his shower earlier, replied, "they recycle that water, you'll probably be drinking it at lunch tomorrow" Hermès said. "I've had to drink muddy river water filtered through rags before, so why should I get squeamish over that?" Kino asked.

"And I've had to put up with dung beetle soup, live meal worms, and other possibly dangerous cooking from my grandfather for two summer vacations. Like recycled water's gonna make me throw up" Ben remarked, then saw Kino fiddling with something that was in her suitcase "working on the old sniper again?" He asked as she nodded, "so where'd you two get those pajama's?" Hermès asked as Ben and Kino were in white sleepwear.

"The sign said they were for guests" Kino said as the place started to rumbled, "are we going over rocks or something?" The bike asked, "you're guess is as good as mine" Ben replied. Just as fast as it began the shaking stopped "Huh, guess they grounded them down" Hermès said.

"To think something this big can move, it's amazing" She said closing the box, then they lied down in their beds, "this is too... nice..." Kino said drifting into sleep, "you said it..." Ben added before falling into slumber. The next day Ben woke up to a funny sight, Hermès was trying to warn Kino about something last night and he found out what. She didn't properly dry her hair after she showered and it got all wild during the night. Not that he had any right to laugh as his hair was almost as disheveled.

The guide then took them to the highest level of the country which was an open roof area where citizens can take in direct sunlight. "Cool" Ben said looking at the scenery bellow, "hope no one living up here is afraid of heights" Hermès said before Ben and Kino saw something fast fly by. "A bird?" She asked, "nope" He added seeing another fly by "looks like a machine".

"That's one of our country's cameras, we like to keep a video feed of our surroundings on display" the guide explained, "hey mind if we stop here?" Ben asked, the car stopped as he got out. "Finally I can get some sick air" he said stretching, "sick air?" Hermès asked before getting his answer in a flash of green light. Ben had transformed again, this transformation Ben's arms grew petagia like wings on his arms and his fingers fused to become three clawed hands. His face changed to grow yellow lips and a two forked facial crest with bright green eyes and he had red skin with a lizard like tail.

"Jet Ray!" Ben called out before shooting into the sky "oh my, never expected to see someone like him" the man said. "Yeah, Ben's one for surprises" Kino giggled, "a show off more like" Hermès muttered only to be met with a neuroshock blast to the headlights "Ow?! Hey!!" He yelled, the Aerophibian chuckled to himself before flying alongside the dome. He saw the tracks left behind and the diplomat admitted that it pains us to leave such a blemish, but they pray that new vegetation's grows in its way, he swooped around again And saw a group of kids wearing hard hats painting something on the dome wall on cranes, "hey what's going on over here?" He asked hovering over to the kids who were both startled and awestruck by him.

"Oh are you one of the new travelers we've heard about?" A female voice asked him, he saw a woman above the students wearing a hard hat like them. "Yeah, my friend is taking a tour the the guide, what's all this anyway?" He asked, "it's a tradition for our oldest grade schoolers, at the end of their year they paint a mural to commemorate their graduation" the guide said as he and Kino observed the kids.

"The students have many discussions, one of which was to pick one special sight to capture in a mural" the teacher explained. They then heard the kids asking Ben what he was, he just told them he had the power to become an alien, thankfully they believed him well enough.

"Okay students, the travelers will be watching us while we paint the mural. So let's do a good job and stay safe, are we ready to impress our guest?" She asked them. They all called out in excitement showing they they agreed.

"I can't quite see what their painting though" Hermès said, Ben flew up to see what the teacher was showing them. "Here, it's from a land we passed by more 1200 days ago, it was a truly lovely place" the teacher explained. "I don't suppose you'll let it stay there forever" Kino asked, "no but we'll take a picture and give it a protective coating. Then it'll stay there until the next class graduates and paint a new mural on the wall" the woman explained again.

"Now that there's a nice tradition" Jet Ray said, then decided to joke around by flying by and doing several heroic poses. Which earned an amused smile from Kino and several laughs the students.

A few days later the guide was about to take the two to see the country's farm lands, that was until an alarm rang out. "What's with all the commotion?" Kino asked, "fire?" Hermès added "robbery? Crime?" Ben asked, "no, that alarm means we have found another country in our path. As the sole diplomat it's my duty to report to the command center. Would you like to come?" he asked them.

The group was now inside the central area of the country, a woman sitting in a chair at the top level of the room then greeted the two, "greetings travelers" she said, "I serve as the president of this fine country, please sit back and enjoy the proceedings" she said. "This is just... wow" the diplomat uttered, as the screens in the room showed the country ahead of them had constructed a giant wall. "I know, quite troubling" an old female voice said, then more images appeared showing soldiers and large guns. "And they don't seem friendly" he added again, "sheesh, these guys can put the Great Wall of China to shame" Ben muttered seeing the wall. "Bet trump'd be jealous if he saw this" he added slightly rubbing salt in the wound of his old world's leader.

The Diplomat attempted to open discussions and tried to negotiate with the general of the other country in order to pass. Unfortunately the man had denied them entry through their land, "saw that coming" Hermès said as the shapeshifter nodded. "Turn back before we're forced to preempt your aggression with our own" the general threatened, the President and the diplomat have each other a look of agreement "activate the dome" he said before long another alarm rang as a large dome like structure appeared on the top of the country and formed a giant shield on it.

"Definitely like a turtle" Ben said as Kino nodded in agreement, the enemy country then began to fire at them, lucky the dome held against their firepower. Only to get hit more and more "people can be so bothersome... hmm?" The guide then made a part of the screen zoom in "madam presidents I see some fields behind over there behind the wall, we may crush fewer houses through there" he said.

Ben then intervened, "I may have a better solution in mind. If it's okay to speak" he said, the two looked towards him "if you think it'll help us avoid crushing anyone. We're all ears" the president said, back outside the general was getting angrier seeing that none of their attacks could penetrate the moving country's shield.

"Fire again!" He yelled only to see a bright green light bellow the moving country, then suddenly the large structure began to move up, in a moment a massive almost Titan like figure was standing beneath the city holding it up. It's body was primarily white with small parts of red on the shoulders, arms and feet, fins on its head and elbows and a familiar symbol on its chest. "WAY BIG!!!!"

The alien yelled

Ben was now in his To'kustar form carrying the entire country, "Okay things are about to get rocky" he warned before walking forwards. Inside the command center everyone was hanging on for fear life as the shapeshifter moved. "Are we sure this is the best idea?" The president asked, "don't worry, if I know Ben, he'll most likely start sprinting it towards the wall. And once he's at a close distance Way Big will jump clear over it and he'll switch to Upgrade to get your country over the other fast enough" Kino said.

Just at the exact time when Way Big turned into said Galvanic Mechamorph and merged with the entire country, causing it to take on a more spheroid shape and started hovering into the air. "Okay so far we're only able to hover high enough to avoid crushing anyone. Though we aren't able to avoid the wall" Ben said before something popped out of the front of the dome. "Oh wait you guy's got a laser in this?! Awesome" he added before firing the laser in a perfect half round shape on the top of the wall. Just enough to pass over it safely, "how the hell..." the general uttered bewildered by what had transpired.

As Ben de merged with the country unlike the other times he merged with machines it retained the upgrades it had. "There, now with this modification you're home will be able to travel anywhere and leave the lands you've traveled to unscathed" he said to the awestruck diplomat and guide.

They thanked him for giving their country an upgrade, a few days later the giant nation was still moving across the walled country. One of the men in the commander center then spoke up, "they're shooting missiles at us again" he said. "We can take it" The Diplomat replied "we can but sir they seem to be aiming for the mural, so the educational board is asking us to do something about it" The man spoke again. "The painting those kids were making?" Ben asked before they looked at the footage seeing the soldiers chasing the moving country in jeeps launching missiles at them. "Well that's a spiteful thing to do the children will be devastated" he said.

The screens then displayed the guidance tool for the missiles "is it possible to destroy only those?" The president asked. "I'm afraid not, due to the laser's strength it'll end up hitting the soldiers as well" the guide said sadly. "A sniper can probably hit them" Kino said, "well maybe, but no one here is that good of a shot" the man said again. Ben smirked "well Kino here's a crack shot when it comes to guns, let her at those cars and those missiles are as good as stationary" he said making her a bit flushed from the compliment.

The two obliged as Kino crawled out to the outside of the currently sealed off open air area with Ben following her. She took aim with a sniper rifle, must've been what was inside the suitcase she had on Hermès and what she was working on. Once she had the device in her crosshairs she shot and destroyed it, "nice she got one!" Ben said, she then proceeded to shoot the others, but on the last shot the missiles fired off by accident. Now it was Ben's turn, he used XLR8's legs and tail and sped off the dome, then in the air he grew a jet pack like structure on his back with wings similar to a cross between a Pteranodon and a glider and turned his arms into something similar. "Time to Whip it real good!" Ben joked before deploying an energy whip from one of his arms and lashed it at the incoming missile, then flew in front of the other and released an energy ring from his jet pack that exploded the rocket.

Once he landed he sped to the jeeps and blew their tires with Petrosapien shards, and after used Upchuck's tongues and mouth to eat the remaining rocket launchers. Afterward he ran back to the mobile country and next to Kino, unbeknownst to them everyone in the moving nation cheered for them.

Once out of danger Kino and Ben left, "that went well" Hermès said, "that country was very interesting, and bothersome" he added. "Which?" Ben asked driving while Kino was sitting behind him, "erm... both I guess, the country that got bulldozed only walled off those plains in order to extort whoever needed to get through them. They kind deserved what the got" Hermès said, "in my opinion it was pretty high" Ben commented, "the border wall or the toll?" The bike asked, "both, had they asked for something other than Kino's Woodsman or my Omnitrix we could've worked to pay it off" he said.

"Where do you think that country will go next?" Kino asked, "don't know" Ben replied "but I do know one thing. A few hundred days from now they'll have a mural of you two with Kino's rifle and your alien powers on their wall" Hermès teased. "Oh that's a little weird to think about.. and kinda embarrassing?" She replied, "which? The fact that it's a flattering way to thank us or the fact that they'll get to see how heroic you are almost everyday of the week?" Ben asked making her blush further.

"I... uh... I have the right not to answer that" she said, "does that upset you?" Hermès asked her. "No it's fine" she said as they drove on.
