kun jumped out of his car immediately after speeding into the parking spot (poorly, since they were all empty, anyway) and sighed when he spotted his girlfriend.

her head was resting against one of the chains holding the swing seat up, legs gently pushing her back and forth. her eyes were shut and her lips were pulled down into a slight frown.

slowly approaching the girl, kun sat in the open seat next to soojin and softly tipped his head forward to catch her gaze.

he succeeded, his loving smile melting at the sight of his girlfriend's tear-streaked cheeks. "oh, baby..." the boy breathed, standing from his own swing to drop down in front of hers and carefully take her puffy face between his hands.

when soojin met his eyes, her brows instantly creased, chin trembling. "kyu had a pregnancy scare today. and i'm so happy that she's happy and i should be there for her, but i'm so... i have this sick jealous feeling in my stomach... or, i guess it could also be alcohol," she confessed sluggishly. "i'll never feel that fear. we will never need to buy pregnancy tests or worry about birth control or whatever and i just..." and kun laid his head on her lap, covering her hands with kisses.

"i wish i could take this pain away, my love. i wish i could help you. i'm so sorry." he whispered, voice growing more and more closed off as tears brimmed in his eyes.

shaking her head, soojin slid off of the swing and down to her knees, wrapping her arms around her boyfriend's shoulders as she buried her face into the collar of his shirt and cried.
