Amanda Wheeler is another member of the prefect 80's family that lives at the end of a cul-de-sac. She has been handed everything on a silver platter, she was one of the most beautiful girls at Hawkins Middle, she is the one girl that seemed perfect in everyone's eyes. But no one knew that she used to be a D&D, comic book loving, geek that used to be a part of her twin brother, Mike's party.

Once she left the party, she became popular and made a reputation for herself. But everything changed after one of her ex-best friends Will Byers went missing. She knew that Mike wasn't allowed to leave the house, but she made a deal with her twin. She won't tell Mom that he broke the rules if he let her go with him and his friends. Mike agreed to Amanda's surprise. But as they looked for Will in the woods, they came across a girl and they decided to take her in, out of the storm.

That's when Amanda was dragged into a mystery that involves a D&D creature and a girl that was gifted with powers. Will Amanda finally be able to show her true colors or will she continue to choose her popularity over her best friends and that guy that she loves?
