Electromagnetic Shockwave: Arc swing his arms to fire an electric shockwave at his target. In addition to pushing back enemies, it can also reflect projectiles like bullets, grenades and rockets.

Megawatt Hammer: Arc can focus his energy into a single mass, and launch it at his enemies, creating an explosion on impact.

Freeze Launch: Arc rapidly creates a large ice spike below his feet that launches him into the air, allowing him to make jumps of greater height and distance.

Gigawatt Blades: Arc was able to wrap a certain amount of energy around his arms, transforming them into deadly melee weapons.

Polarity Wall: Arc can create a small electromagnetic field that blocks magnetic materials (mainly bullets). He can also convert bullets into kinetic energy.

Thunder Drop: Arc can drain the energy around yourself while in the air, and send a powerful shockwave on impact with the ground.

Kinetic Pulse: Arc can use his electromagnetic powers to levitate objects such as cars, piles of wood, crates etc. and throw them at will.

Ionic Freeze: This Ionic power creates a field of ice spikes from the ground that can freeze multiple enemies in one shot.

Lightning Tether: Arc can create an electric tether that allows him to pull himself to other objects (mainly building).

Lightning Hook: A weaker version of the Lightning Tether, Arc can throw it at enemies and some mobile targets, and pull them closer to him.

Frost Shield: It is a wall or field of super cold air and water vapor that can stop projectiles such as bullets, nearly similar to the electromagnetic Polarity Wall. 

Bolts: Arc can produce many different types of bolts.

Alpha Bolt: The Alpha Bolt is the basic bolt power. It has no specific bonuses, with a low damage, low range, high rate of fire and a good accuracy.

Pincer Bolt: The Pincer Bolt is a cunning bolt power. It fires a trio of bolts that arc through the air before converging onto a single target. Each individual bolt has as much power as an Alpha Bolt, and has a very low rate of fire, but it also has a weak homing ability and good accuracy.

Artillery Bolt: The Artillery Bolt is a bolt power designed for long range. It fires a larger bolt that is affected by gravity and travels at a slower speed. It also has a slightly lower rate of fire, but does slightly more damage and has up to three times the range of the Alpha Bolt.

Magnum Bolt: It launches a condensed blast of lightning that does triple the damage and traveling speed of the Alpha Bolt, but it also has the slowest rate of fire.

Skull Bolt: The Skull Bolt is a powerful variation of the Alpha Bolt. It has improved homing ability, and headshots automatically trigger an electric explosion that deals twice the damage of normal headshots.

Bolt Stream: The Bolt Stream fires homing bolts that are weaker than the standard Alpha Bolt, but at double, the rate of fire and energy consumption.

Scythe Bolt: The Scythe Bolt fires a wide spread of five interlinked bolts, with a greater range and accuracy than the Alpha Bolt, but with a lower rate of fire and level of damage.

Grenades: Arc can use a variety of different Electromagnetic Grenades.

Alpha Grenade: The Alpha Grenade consists of an explosive, kinetic charge, held together by Electromagnetism.

Electrocution Grenade: The Electrocution Grenade is an unstable grenade that electrocutes nearby targets before exploding.

Shock Grenades: Sky can focus your energy into a single mass and throw it at a target, creating an explosion after a few seconds. Grenades will stick to an enemy if they touch them directly.

Double Grenade: It is a large grenade that releases a small explosion on impact, making it bounce up and explode a second time for more damage.

Stalker Grenade: It is a heavy grenade that travels a shorter distance than other grenades, but will hop in one place for a period of time before exploding. It will also hop towards any nearby enemies, detonating when it gets close enough to deliver damage.

Cluster Grenade: A more powerful version of the Sticky Grenade, this weapon fragments into eight smaller grenades almost immediately after being thrown.

Ice Grenade: This ball of ice and cold air is thrown like a grenade, causing an explosion on contact and freezing weakened enemies and leaving behind a small block of ice that can temporally use as cover. 

Blasts: Arc can produce a variety of different Electromagnetic Blasts.

Alpha Blast: The Alpha Blast has a decent area of affect and medium strength.

Sniper Blast: The Sniper Blast is a blast with a very long range, but a very narrow area of effect.

Detonation Blast: The Detonation Blast sends a caged orb of electromagnetic energy that sticks to enemies and objects.

Graviton Blast: The Graviton Blast sends a blast that makes targets float in the air. It is very useful for stunning enemies.

Shatter Blast: Arc spawns small shards of ice and blasts at an enemy, similar to a shotgun round.

Rockets: Arc can produce a variety of different Electromagntic Rockets.

Alpha Rocket: The Alpha Rocket consists of a huge payload of explosive kinetic energy, and explodes on contact with anything.

Tripwire Rocket: When sent off, it splits into two rockets, with a wire of electricity between them. If an enemy is caught in the wire, the Rockets will smash together and explode, causing twice the damage.

Sticky Rocket: A powerful rocket that splits into three smaller rockets once it is within close proximity of an enemy. Each mini-rocket will home in on its target and stick to it until it explodes.

Freeze Rocket: It is a compact sphere of sub-zero gas shot off like a rocket that can instantly freeze most human-sized enemies on impact. 

Ionic Storm: He can use an Ionic Charge to summon multiple lightning strikes.

Ionic Vortex: Arc focus an Ionic Charge in his hands and throw an electrically charged tornado, instantly defeating small enemies and tossing any objects nearby in random directions.

Phantasm: A power that Arc uses to create doppelgangers of himself. These doppelgangers can conduct electricity through their surroundings, blind enemies by causing their vision to whiten, and inflict mental damage on contact.

Flash Step: Arc is able to move at insanely fast speeds, being able to completely vanish from sight and instantly move from one rooftop to another through sheer speed, appearing as if he had teleported. He's quick enough to easily dodge bullets and bolts of lightning.

Biography: A boy from a futuristic world, Arcturus is the fastest wielder alive. Under recruitment of an agency of time travelers, Arc travels to different worlds and different times to protect realities against those who harm it. He never relies heavily on one form of combat and always changes his tactics. Arc usually tries to keep his power under control, but when he cuts loose, it becomes a danger to everyone around him. His ultimate flaw is trying to do everything on his own.
