"Wow, that's a lot of adventure..." The duck girl said, completely glued to what Leon and Mai told her from the time Mai and Sora left the island to when Mette left with Noel, Sora, Donald, and Goofy.

"If you want what happened after they left, ask Sora, Donald, and Goofy... well, Noel too, if he's up to it." Leon said.

"If he's up to it? What do you mean?" Mai asked and the brunette man looked at her.

"He still blames himself for what happened, saying he couldn't protect you..." Leon said, looking away. Mai sighed looking down.

"We need to tell him it's not his fault!" Webby frowned a bit, "Mai just followed her heart and protected her friends!"

Mai looked at her and nodded, "Yeah! You're right!"

"We're here!" Sora's voice came and the trio to see Sora, Donald, and Goofy walking towards them.

"Hey guys! What took you so long?" The duck girl asked and Donald sighed.

"We talked a bit with Merlin, a-yhuck!" Goofy smiled and Sora nodded.

"What did you want to show us?" The spikey haired boy asked.

"Look at that!" Leon pointed out in the distance. The five turned there heads to see the half ruined castle and the heartless around it.

"What happened to it?" Sora asked.

"We don't know, but we want to restore Hollow Bastion to what it used to be. Who knows, maybe something better. There's still a lot to do, but I'm sure we can handle everything. Except for that..." Leon trailed off and they looked down further to see Dusks walking to the castle. Webby summoned her Warhammer.

"Now, they have to deal with us!" Webby said and Mai chuckled, summoning her Keyblade.

"Hold it, you two!" Donald said to them. "Don't be so reckless!"

Sora laughed at them and the two girls looked at each other, dismissing their weapons. Mai saw Sora laughing and huffed, crossing her arms.

Sora and Goofy staring telling Leon about Pete and the scariest thing happened. As soon as Goofy said, 'Organization XIII', the heard a deep voice.

"You called?" Everyone looked around for the source of the voice.

"Flower, hide your crown." Sora whispered to her and she put it in her pouch. Her and Sora ran down the stairs away from the others.

"You're doing well." The second voice was so familiar to Mai.

"Isa?" She asked/whispered.

"Who's there?" Sora asked.

"This calls for celebration." The first deep voice said and Dusks appeared further away from us. Donald and Goofy ran up to them but Mai, Sora, Webby turned to Leon. There were a few Dusks in front of him and he got out his gunblade. Together with them, Sora and the other three chased the Dusks away. Mai heard the gates slam shut. The four stood back to back and summoned their weapons. After they fight, the heard one of the deep voice.

"The keyblade... a truly marvellous weapon." The deep voice said. Sora and the two girls ran to the bit where they looked at the half ruined castle. "If only it be in more... capable hands." There was laughter after this.

"Da- I mean, dang it! What's so funny!?" Mai yelled, censoring her words for Webby.

"Show yourselves!" Sora shouted.

"Yeah! Stop making your stupid Dusks fight us! You guys are cowards and blowhards!" Mai growled, but it was more than her talking. One member appeared on top of the wall. As Yen Sid, the member had black a coat.

Nobody raised his hands in the air as if summoning something and there appeared more around him, seven in total. Donald, Goofy, and Leon ran in behind them and they glared up at them.

"Organization XIII!" Goofy stated.

"Good, we can settle this!" Sora said.

"What a shame...and here I thought we could be friends."

"Shut up, Saïx!" Mai suddenly outburst with fury, "We'll never be friends again! I hate you!"

Everyone looked at her and she realized that Max spoke for her. Sora looked at her curiously. They laughed at her and she pouted, glaring deeper at them.

"Disgrace..." It wasn't Saïx who said that but the one voice Max hated the most. After that, they left and Mai's fist's trembled with anger. Webby looked up at her.

"Mai?"

Mai put a hand on her heart, "They caused her so much pain... Her and her friends. They will pay."

"Huh?" The duck girl was confused.

"Move!" They heard Sora shout and turned to the other three. A member of the organization was stand in their way and Mai walked up to her boyfriend's side.

"Now, is that polite? Shutting me down like that?" The member said and Mai raised an eyebrow, thinking he was drunk-sounding.

"What's going on here?" The Princess asked glaring at him with a hand on her hip. He chuckled which made Mai a little more aggravated.

"Wow, you look like your mother when she gets mad. So adorable..." He said and Mai gasped, resummoning her Keyblade. "Heh, she even passed that power to you, right Red Curls?"

By that nickname, she growled, remembering who called her that. "Braig... I should have guessed I would see you again..." He scoffed smirking. "How do you know my mother?"

"Wouldn't you like to know..." He chuckled.

"Get out of the way!" Sora roared.

"As if, you can talk all you want, but that won't change a thing." Braig said, "Oh, and I'm Xigbar now-"

"Braig... Xigbar... Butt head, who cares! You're still a jerk!" Mai tightened her grip on her Keyblade.

"Oh? Whatever did I do?" There was a hint of sarcasm in that hit Mai's nerve in a way that ticked her off.

"You know what you did!" Sora, Donald, and Goofy held her back as Mai struggled against them, "You almost had Lea and Gemma killed! I oughta kill you right now!"

"Get out of the way or we'll let Mai go!" Webby told Xigbar and he chuckled, amused by this little girl.

"Aw, I love to... However, I'm no push over. I'm part of the organization; not an easy job for you keyblade wielders... Or little duckies or dogs." Goofy wasn't affected by this, but Webby and Donald were growling at him.

"Maybe we should let Mai go..." Donald said.

"Don't listen to him, guys, he's all bark and no bite, just like the rest of them!" Sora said.

"Oh dear, I think you got the wrong impression."

"Then what impression were you thinking about? Asinine? Tipsy?" Mai growled at him.

"Heh, diffently the wrong impressions..." Xigbar smirked underneath his hood.

"Oh, I'm sorry about my girlfriend!" Sora sarcastically said with a smirk but then said, "What, you going to cry?"

"Heh, sassy pants aren't you? You both are meant to be." He laughed at them in a mocking tone and Mai growled, trying to keep calm. "Anyway, why don't I remind you guys how tough the crowd you're dealing with really is?" The nobody asked and Mai rolled her eyes.

"Remind us?" Sora's eyebrow twitched and he glared at Xigbar who laughed.

"What a blast from the past! He used to give me the same look!" Xigbar said and Mai raised and eyebrow, looking at Sora. Then she noticed he had a familiar glare, blues eyes and everything. Mai shed a tear; that glare was Ven's.

"What?" Sora asked him.

"You take good care of that little girl, young man." He told Sora. He smirked and disappeared.

"Dang it! He got away!" Donald said and Webby huffed. She looked back up at Mai, sensing her hurt.

"Mai? Where is you mother? Is she missing like...?" She trailed off and Donald and Goofy look at her. The brunette cupped her cheek, which had a tear.

"My mother... was gone after I was born..." She closed her eyes.

"Gone?" Webby teared up too and Mai lost it, crying into Sora's shoulder.

"Her heart was broken and wasn't strong enough to have me! And she died because of my presence!" She whimpered and Sora stroked her hair.

"Mai, it's not your fault." Sora smiled sadly and Mai sniffed, pulling away and wiping her tears.

"Gwarsh, it was whoever broke your mother's heart!" Goofy pointed out and Webby hugged Mai's leg.

"Please don't cry." The duck girl said and Mai looked down at her. She smiled and wiped her face.

"Remember our promise?" Sora said, "You know, to always smile?"

"You guys are right..." She sniffed and she had a small smile. Sora pouted.

"Don't make me do the funny face special!"

Mai raised an eyebrow, "Funny face special?"

Sora sighed and looked down. Mai and Webby looked at him curiously. Donald and Goofy chortled quietly. He looked up and grinned, which Mai recognized.

"Oh yeah!" She laughed and Webby took a photo, laughing. He pouted, relaxing his face and making a pouty face.

"Webby..." The duck girl giggled but then she gasped.

"Oh! I want you, Sora, to meet Uncle Scrooge!" Webby giggled excitedly. Mai hummed in response.

"Sounds like a good idea! Come on, Sora! Pweeeeeaase!" Mai had a pouty lip and beady puppy eyes. He pouted and blushed, covering her face.

"Okay! Okay! Just stop trying to melt me with your cuteness!" He said and the girls cheered while Donald sighed.

"Here we go..."

Webby lead them to were her Donald's uncle was. With him was two other ducks, an old lady duck and a duck that looked like a pilot.

"Granny!" Webby ran up to the old lady duck and hugged her.

Granny smiled, hugging back, "How's my girl?"

"I'm going good, thanks to my new friends!" Webby looked at Mai and Sora, as they were talking with the pilot and Scrooge. "Actually... I was wondering something..."

"Hi little lady. I'm Launchpad. I can fly, drive, and pilot any vehicle before wrecking it! Can I get your name?" The pilot leaned against a building, trying to flirt. Sora growled and pulled Mai closer to him, but did it with a grin.

"I'm Sora and this is Mai!" He hugged her happily. The redhead obliviously laughed and hugged back.

"Yep! He's my boo and my pumpkin!" Mai kissed his forehead and Donald rolled his eyes.

"Oi..." The wizard moved on, "Launchpad! This is my old friend, Goofy!" Donald grinned as he introduced Goofy.

"Pleasure to meet ya, Goofy!" Launchpad waved and Goofy waved back.

After explaining everything that's happened to Granny and Uncle Scrooge, Webby smiled, "So may I please?"

"Hm..." Granny looked at Mai, Sora, Donald, and Goofy and crossed her arms.

"Let her go have her own adventure! I know Donald and Goofy won't let anything happen to her..." Scrooge chuckled, "I iminage those other two as well! They seem like nice people."

"They are! Mai is a Princess and she even has a nice Prince!" The little duck girl said and Granny sighed.

"Alright, you can go as long as you promise to behave." The old duck girl said and Webby fangirled.

"OH MY GOSH!! OH MY GOSH!! OH MY GOSH!!" she jumped up and down which got Mai, Sora, Donald, and Goofy's attention.

"What's up Webby?" Sora asked, still hugging Mai.

"I get to go on an adventure!!" Webby said and Granny chuckled.

"I was wondering if you four would like to take Webby with yo-" Mai fangirl screamed before Granny could finish and Webby excitedly giggled. They hugged each other and Sora nervously laughed.

"We wouldn't mind watching her." Sora smiled sweat dropping a bit as he saw the girls already chatting about what they were going to do- scary stories, video games, snacks, and much more.

"Yeah, Webby's a good kid, a-yhuck! And the Princess and her already seem to be planning!" Goofy said and Donald sighed.

"Fine... As long as Hewey, Dewey, and Louie don't find out about this..." Donald said, "I wanna NOT have a stroke today."

AN Shorter chapter but it was totally worth it, eh?
