Chapter 22: Torn Pages and Snowy

Sora had his hands behind his head and his snores were very light. Then, there was Piri.

Other than the fact her hood was still semi up and her clothes were neat, she slept with her legs raised in the air, held by the head board. Her hair was a mess. She had drool coming from the side of her mouth and she was snoring loudly. She was WIPED OUT.

The ship violently shook and she woke up instantly, falling out of bed. Sora shot up.

"What's going on?" Piri said. She got up on her knees with her keyblade in hand.

"I don't know..." Sora got up and put on his extra clothes. They climb. Soon as they did Donald told them to buckle up because they were heading to Hallow Bastion for no apparent reason.

"I wonder what's up." Sora said. We got to Merlin's house and saw the door was wide open. Then, three Soldier Heartless ran out of the house and disappeared. "C'mon!"

We hurried into the house to see Merlin on the floor.

"Merlin! Are you alright?" I asked. He got up and dusted off his robe.

"Yes, I'm fine. Well, now... took your time, did you?" Merlin asked.

I placed a hand on my hip, "You summoned us? But... why?"

"Yes, yes... But I used too much power in doing so, and those infernal heartless..." Merlin grumbled.

I sweat dropped, "Merlin..."

"Well, I just happened to stumble across this in Zero District." Merlin said. He held up his hand and he used his magic to bring a book.

"So, let me get this straight..." I frowned, "You interrupted our journey for a book?"

Sora looked at the book, "Hey! He found Pooh's story book!"

"Hmm?" I blinked and picked up the book, looking at it. I smiled, "Your right!"

"I know that you and Sora are good friends of Winnie the Pooh, Piri- that's why I summoned you. And when I did, I was attacked by the heartless. Of course I fought back with some powerful magic, but then I feared the book may be damaged, so I... Now, just a moment. Leon and the others need to hear this too. I'd better go find them. Be back in a jiffy." Merlin said and disappeared. I looked at the book.

"I wonder if Pooh and the others are okay."

"Merlin did say the book might have been damaged..." Sora pointed and I looked at him.

"Wanna find out?" Donald asked.

"Yeah!" Sora and I exclaimed. Donald unclipped the book as Sora and I were transported inside.

We came to the map and headed for Pooh's house. There, from a distance, we saw him sitting on a log. We went up to him. He looked at us and let out a happy gasp.

"Hey, Pooh Bear! How you doing? Finding enough hunny lately?" Sora asked.

"Oh, yes. In fact, I was just about to do my stoutness exercise. Would you and Piri like to join me, Sora?"

"Sounds fun!" I said, gleefully.

"Yeah, we're game." Sora said.

Pooh hopped off the log, but suddenly, he froze in mid air. Sora went to touch him but a strong blast of wind hit us and blew us clear out of the book. We landed on a hard brick floor of Merlin's house. We both stared at the book as it closed itself.

"Sora! Piri! Hurry up!" Donald shouted.

"Donald?" I ran out with Sora and saw a bunch of heartless. Goofy turned to us.

"Did you guys bring the book?" Goofy asked.

No, we had left it back in Merlin's house. I turned around to get it, but saw three heartless coming out of the house. One of them held the book over its head.

"Oh, no you don't!" I performed strike raid and the heartless disappeared. The book went flying into the air. The other heartless tried to catch it but Sora shoved them out of the way, caught it, and ran.

"Piri! Catch!" He tossed me the book and resummoned his keyblade. Sora, Donald, and Goofy fought the rest of the heartless and soon they were gone. I sighed in relief until I looked at the book. It had tears in the cover.

I growled, "Damn, heartless..."

"Think it's okay?" Sora asked.

"Gwarsh, maybe ya both better go back and make sure Pooh's all right." Goofy told us.

"But what about Merlin?" Donald asked.

"Well, I guess we could explain..." Goofy said.

"Great!" Sora said.

I handed the book to Donald. He unlocked and opened it. Once we were back in Pooh's world we ran to his house, where he was thinking hard.

Piri sighed in relief, "Okay, that kinda had me in a panic attack."

Sora chuckled nervously, turning to the little bear, "Are you okay, Pooh?"

"And I'm glad you both came for a visit. But you see, I was just about to begin my stoutness exercises. Perhaps we could visit later... People-I-don't-know."

"Huh?" She put a hand on her hip, surprised.

"Um... How's Piglet doing?" Sora asked.

"I don't know anyone by that name. Now where was I? Oh yeah, my stoutness exercises."

"Pooh? Hey!" Sora tried to get his attention. Piri sighed, this time in dismay, and pulled Sora aside.

"The heartless tore up the book and some of the pages went  missing, right? Maybe that's affecting his memory."

Sora looked at Pooh, "I think your right..."

When they got back to Merlin's house, the wizard explained what happene. They had to find the pages again. That would restore the world inside the book and Pooh's memory.

Piri's POV

"We need to get more supplies." Goofy said.

"Yeah, I need more eithers..." I crossed my arms, "I haven't had one since I was in the realm of darkness."

"And you're using more magic than before!" Sora pointed out and I nodded.

"We'll get the items! Come on, Goofy, let's go!" Donald said.

"Meet us at my grandmother's." They nodded and went into the market place.

"You wanna see Kiyoko again, don't you?" I nodded at this.

"Of course, Sora. She's my child after all." I smiled, walking towards grandma's. As we walked, I was surprised to hear Sora so quiet. Surely, he was thinking... or had a question. "Okay, you're never this quiet!"

"Huh?" Sora looked at me and we stopped.

"What's wrong?"

"Nothing, but I do have a question." He grabbed my wrist, looking me straight in my eyes, "How do you use the darkness like you do? You never been one to use it."

"I'm not afraid of the darkness anymore. That and it reminds me of Riku. Having memories of my light helps me... a lot."

Sora smiled, "I'll do everything in my power to help you find him!"

I looked to the ground, walking forward. I knew he was alive and felt really guilty for not telling him. I mean, Riku would want me not to tell him. Should I...?

"Sora..."

"Yeah?"

"...Um, do you... uh, get some ice cream later?"

He grinned, "Yeah! That sounds like a good time!"

"After we go see grandma!"

"Right!"

We came to the house and something was different from the outside... though, it was inside. I couldn't tell if it was either really good or really bad. I knocked on the door.

"Who is it?" I gasped. Was that...?

"Amara?" I saw the door crack open, followed by a gasp and giggles. The door opened to reveal my heartless.

She smiled, "Hey, mama!"

"Wait, I thought you went back to Piri!" Sora's mouth was agape.

"I don't understand either..." She let us in, "Aunt Serah! Mema! Piri and Sora are here!"

I sat down on the couch and Amara sat on my lap, smiling. "I missed you!"

"I... missed you, too!" I was still trying to figure out what, how, and why Amara was here. I could feel my heart fully and had all my memories... So, WHAT THE HELL!?!

"Hey, Reese!" Serah come in with the sleeping baby. I smiled.

"She looks like you, sis!" Sora said.

"Shhhh!" Me and Serah shushed him and he covered his mouth. Serah handed Kiyoko to me and crossed her arms, looking at Sora. He scratched the back of his head.

"Thank goodness you guys came over because I have to get ready for my date tonight!" She told us, "Do you remember Snow, Piri?"

"Sure! He brought me ice cream for me when grandpa couldn't, even for Isa and Lea." I smiled as I remembered how kind he was to our family. "I hoped you two would get together."

The baby in my arms yawned and I looked down. Little cyan eyes stared at me.

'Mommy's home! Mommy's home! Mommy's home!' She clapped her hands and giggled.

"Hey, baby girl." I kissed her forehead gently as she held my cheeks. "You had any good dreams?"

'I dreamt I was flying in the sky with a fairy!'

I looked at Sora and he was smiling at her. "Do you wanna hold Kiyoko?"

"Uh, S-sure!" He nervously said. I told him to sit down. Before he could, there was this pink energy around Sora. He was then lifted from the ground. This shocked both me and Sora.

"Oh yeah, Kiyo learned how to used telekinesis!" Serah smiled.

"I can't move!" Sora said and he shifted into a different pose, thanks to Kiyoko. "Kiyoko, please put me down."

I smirked whispered in her ear, "Put him upside down!"

"What are you telling- AH! PIRI! KIYO- HEY!" Kiyoko turned him upside down and his shirt fell, showing his ribs.

"Amara, Serah, get him!" I grinned devilishly. They smirked and Sora blushed.

"No, please! Don't you dare!" Serah and Amara got him in the ribs and Sora bursted out with laughter.

"Show no mercy!" The bluette continue to smirk and the baby laughed, clapping her head.

"S- Hahaha! S-stop! Ah! H-hey! Hahaha!" He laughed with tears at the sides of his eyes. "I just wanted to hold the baby!"

"Alright, I've got the-" grandma came into the room. My face paled. Serah and Amara stopped automatically. She chuckled, "Kiyo, put your uncle down."

'Okay!' She put my heavy breathing friend. Tsk, he looked like he ran a marathon.

"Wha- what was... That for...?" He said in between breaths.

"Get used to it! Your a part of this family, young man!" Serah said and Sora gulped.

"I-I am?"

"Yeah!" Amara hugged him. "Your our uncle!"

"'Our'?" Sora asked.

"Um, Kiyo's uncle..." She looked down.

"Mar, do you wanna be my daughter?" She looked at me with curious eyes. "I wouldn't mind."

She squeled with excitement, "Really?!" I nodded and she squealed again. That's when I noticed her eyes were blue like Aqua's. I tilted my head, didn't she have yellow?

"My little Reese, I have something for you." She handed me a ball. "This is our family treasure. It's called a pokéball."

"Pokéball?" I looked at it. It was white on the bottom and green on the top. Leaves surrounded the button in the middle and two red, small were above it. I clicked it and the ball grew and opened. A light came from the inside and hit the floor. It started to form into something. As it dimmed, I saw fox-like creature. Its fur was white as snow and fluffy, just as the tuft of fur on it's head and its tail. The Fox had blue eyes like mine... Meh, I guess different. "Aww! It's so cute!"

"It's a type of Pokémon, one out of eight hundred." She smiled, "This one is called an Alolan Vulpix."

"Vul!" It walked up to me and nuzzled my leg. I put Kiyoko in Sora's arms and picked up the Vulpix. "Vulpix!"

"She likes to be headed." She smiled, "But Piri, Can you take care of her?"

"Vul!" She snuggled closer to me and I smiled.

"Of course!"

Soon, Donald and Goofy came, Grandma gave us food for her, and we left. They  seemed to like her and she liked them. Well, until Donald accidentally got ketup (We were having to-go hamburgers from Grandma) on her fur. She was ticked so much, a beam of ice shot from her mouth. Donald was frozen and I had to melt the ice. She jumped in Sora's lap and did a little 'vul!' huff, turning it's head from Donald. After I got him out and cleaned Snowy- that's the name I decided to give her- Goofy said that whatever she did might come and handy for battles with heartless and nobodies. I returned her to the pokéball and smiled.

"Welcome to the family, Snowy!"

AN I hope this is a good chapter! Poor Sora and Donald XD Vote, comment, and I'll see ya real soon, ha-ha!
