Chapter 1: Dreams and Riku's New Haircut
AN Digital Prophecies didn't happen, I decided to skip it. So... Here we come with the Mark of Mastery exam for Sora and Riku.
~
My POV
I looked around for a way out of this dark abyss until I heard Aqua's voice.
"Sis!" I looked around frantically. I saw a light and ran towards it. It was until the light gathered around me, my heart was beating rapidly. I couldn't explain why, maybe it was just Aqua.
When it dimmed, I was in the keyblade graveyard, the one place I found both scary and interesting. The one place I found Terra's lingering will.
Sora walked to my side as well as Riku on my other. I looked at both of them then forward. The skies above us got dark and two darkness surrounded us. It separated me from them and I couldn't see. However, I did sensed trouble.
"Light!" I called out and orbs of light went to the center of it and flashed brightly. It cleared and I saw them facing away from me. I ran up to them, "Are you two-"
They turned around and were ready to strike me. I blocked both of their attacks and jumped back, in both scare and shock. Sora charged at me and tried to knock me off balance while Riku kept up the pressure. They knocked me through the air and into a stone wall. I dropped my keyblade and it disappeared. I fell to the ground on my stomach and my hands were surrounded by darkness. I looked up to see my so called friends to realize that they had those piercing yellow eyes- the same as his.
"We will now have the X-blade and take Kingdom Hearts for ourselves." They spoke and lifted me to the air. I groaned as my body still felt weak from the battle they bestowed on me.
"Sora, Riku, snap out of it! Please!" Tears slid down my cheeks as my heart stopped stirring.
"You cannot simply have them back," they said in perfect but completely creepy sync. "Unless you give us the X-blade."
There's only one person who I know is obsessed with the X-blade. I filled with fear and I started to struggle, despite hurting everywhere.
"Do not struggle..." Riku said. He used red and black lightning to shock me. I screamed out in pain as I felt my energy level draining dangerously low. Riku stopped shocking me after a while.
"You cannot resist the power inside..." Sora said. He healed me with a green, purple, and white magic, which I figured was Curaga and Esuna.
"It's not... That's not you... My friends..." I couldn't form a sentence. "I'll never..."
Riku shocked me again and it felt stronger. I felt as if I was going to die. That is until he stopped and Sora healed me again. They repeated this process over and over until another voice come.
"Good, you may leave now..." They nodded and let me go. I roughly fell to the ground and I felt my heart was about to explode due to too much gaining and losing my energy. I looked up to see them exit through a dark corridor.
"Sora! Riku!" I reached out for them but they disappeared. I turned to the other voice only to see Xehanort. I gasped and crawled away. He kicked my side and I fell to my back. Darkness held me to the ground and the real Kingdom Hearts appeared above us. I was too weak to struggle or do anything. He summoned his keyblade.
"It has been decided-" he was interupted.
"I don't think so!" A older version of Amara appeared and knocked him back with a keyblade. She engaged in battle with him.
She was about to hit him when he teleported and went behind her, grabbing her skull. She screamed as he held her tight, for she was struggling to get loose. I saw Xehanort aiming his keyblade to go through her back when...
"NOOOOOOOO!!!" I screamed and jolted up from my bed, alerting Riku. It was in the middle of the night. We were back on Destiny Islands and it has been two week since we've used our keyblades or seen any Dusk or Heartless.
"Ri, what's wrong?" I was heavily breathing and cold sweat dropped from my forehead.
"It's... It was just a dream..." I covered myself with the comforter and turned away from him. I felt him climb into bed with me and wrap an arm around my waist. I jolted from him and he gasped.
"Something's wrong..." He pointed out, "We haven't been snuggling like we used to since we got home. Do I... smell funny?"
I virgously shook my head and turned around, making sure I face him. My crystal blues locked onto his cyan greens. "It's not you, baby. I promise." I put my head underneath his chin and wrapped my arms around him. The warmness and strength of his arms were around me.
"Was it a dream?" He asked and I shakly sighed. "Come on, you can tell me."
"I had that same dream..." It was a little quiet after that but you know what they say, 'Sometimes quiet is violent.' and, indeed, it was. It was nerve-racking and tears fell from my eyes. "S-Silver?"
"It's okay, I promise it would never happen." Riku protectively hugged me and I felt safe. Then, I began thinking through the silence, which is also dangerous.
"I know you won't give in but..." I cut off myself from talking too much but he saw right through me.
"Hey, Sora's not one to give in so easily." Well, he did have a point but even so... I just had an awful feeling that he might. I shook of the thought.
"You know, your right. It was just a dream and it will never happen." I said, hopefully it was and not a vision. I snuggled closer to him and he lifted my chin, starring in my eyes. My cheeks got warmer. "Uh..."
"You have beautiful eyes." I blushed and kissed him. I rested my head on his chest.
"Y-yeah? Well, so do you..." I fell asleep to the heartbeat of him.

I woke up the next day. Riku wasn't in bed with me so I kinda figured he was up and at 'em already. I got up and put on my white Camisole and green hoodie. I got my denim shorts on and slid on my boots. I put on my necklace as well as my bracelets and cat earrings. I stood up straight and stretched my arms. I walked out of my room and almost instantly got tackled by one of children.
"Good morning mommy!" Amara exclaimed in excitement. I giggled and picked her up. She was getting big.
"Morning, Mara. You're up earlier than I thought you be." I gently booped her nose with my finger. "How's my little angel?"
"It started with a huge dream! I saw a chocolate waterfall and everything was eatable and I all tasted like candy and I got to explore all of it!" I giggled; she sounds to be a candy fan.
"Well, can you go tell your father I'm up?" I sat her down.
"Okay! Love you mama!" She ran off. "I'm gonna tell daddy you love him! Dadddddyy!"
I snickered, trying not to laugh. I went to the nursery to find Kiyoko sitting up in her crib. I gasped as I couldn't believe my eyes. "Kiyoko?"
She clapped her hands and giggled, 'Mommy's up! Mommy's up!' She used her telekinesis to give me Kawaii. I gave her my kitten plush 'cause I wanted her to enjoy it as much as I did.
"Good morning to you too." I giggled, "It's hard to believe you're almost a year old in four months. You're getting bug as while as your sister."
'Will I always be your little girl?' she looked at me with cyan eyes so wide. I giggled picked her up.
"Of course you will!" I kissed her forehead and she held my cheeks with her tiny hands. I started to feel light and I looked down. "AH!"
She giggled, 'Can we fly outside?'
"Uh, not today, sweetie. Maybe tomorrow..." She put me down and her tummy growled. "Are you hungry?"
'Yeah!'
"Alright..." I was getting used to being a mother. Riku's mom helped me out a lot and even before this, there was Serah and... GranGran... I sighed internally.
'Don't be sad mama!' she looked up at me.
"Can you read my mind or something?" I asked curiously.
'No, I can read your face.' she finished and burped, 'Excuses!'
I giggled and I heard a knock on the door. I fixed my shirt and turned around. "Morning, beautiful."
"Hey, Riku!" I said, putting Kiyoko in her crib. She yawned and lay down down.
"I was hoping you could help me with something..."
"Hm?"
"Can you help me cut my hair before we go?" He asked and I smiled. I nodded and he took me to the bathroom. First I brushed it to get all the knots out, which there was none. Just as I figured...
"Just leave all the beautician needs to me! So, just a cut?" He nodded. "Okay, let me grab my scissors and we'll head outside." I grabbed them as well as a spray bottle of water and a comb. "Can you get the chair?"
"Sure thing..." We went to the dining room and took a chair from the table before going out to the back yard. Riku's father put a fence up while we were gone away.
"Alright, I'm going to start on the bangs." I sat him down and I sat on his lap, combing forward his bangs. They completely covered his eyes. "Geez, you didn't need that blindfold, Silver..."
