Akira's Pov

Hi there!! I'm Akira Tabashai, I'm 18 years old and have the best friends in the whole world!!

Right now we're about to right against the 13 beings of darkness! I know we can beat them with the power of light, happiness and positivity!!! Let's go!!

Did you really believe that bs? About happiness and positivity? Sorry, that's not me. I'm not filled to the brim with happiness and positivity, unlike a certain spiky brunette boy I know...but I digress

Ok, let's start off with a real introduction of myself. My name is Akira Tabashai, I'm 18 years old,I have long white hair, and light purple eyes, alongside being a goth,and I am diagnosed with a certain syndrome... I'm just your everyday Keyblade Wielder/Master I suppose….but here's the thing..

I hate the Keyblade, with all my being and heart, but yet it decided to come to me, and be my weapon, and I'm stuck with it until the end of time.

I mean, sure, in the beginning,when I was 5, I was proud and happy I had a Keyblade, I could help my friends and family alongside my grandfather, and protect the world's with them as I could make them proud and happy of me….but then I saw my Grandfather and my big brother figure fight together with the Keyblades they both wielded, over my big brother figure I had, and saw my grandfather died in front of me, as I saw his so called 'friend' kill him in front of me and my big brother. 

He then destroyed our home, as Terra picked me up and flew off with me, as I watched in tears and horror as our home was destroyed. 

You might be wondering how I ended up with my grandfather...well, my mom gave me up to him to protect me from my 'father'. 

 You see my dad was a pro hero called Endeavor, as he was one of the most powerful and a popular hero back when I was a kid. 

Everyone thought he had the perfect family, me, my dad, mom and by older brothers and sisters.Enji...my 'father'...Lova...my mother…Fuyumi, my older sister...Toyua…my older brother, but I didn't really know him..he died before me and my twin were born...my other older brother Natsuo, and my other brother, Shoto...I wouldn't find out until I was older I had a twin. 

My dad forced our mother to marry him because she had an ice quirk and she could use the Keyblade. He used her to have a kid with a great quirk like an ice and fire quirk and a kid with a Keyblade. My mom had 6 kids until our 'father' got what he wanted. My brother Shoto had the quirk our 'father' wanted while I had the Keyblade and a powerful quirk as well.

Here, I'll explain. I could freeze things easily and make things wet with my magic.  I was 4 when my ice quirk appeared, as mom sensed I could use a Keyblade eventually. My dad was very happy as he started to 'train' me which meant working hard for 9 hours a day, which meant I couldn't play for a very long time, I couldn't be a kid with my brother Shoto as our dad pushed us so hard to the point of exhaustion. 

Sometimes, I remember when our mom took us away from that home and we would go to my grandfather's house and play there. Terra would pick both me and Shoto and put us on his shoulders so we would feel like the tallest person there, Aqua would make some sweets and cookies for us and make us giggle, and when Ven appeared, he would draw with us. He would draw the sky and flowers and sometimes people like Aqua and Terra, or a person we never saw before. I think there was a girl with black hair and wore black clothes, and a boy with silver hair and a red scarf. We never asked him about it, because it would hurt his head and cause him to get headaches and pass out in the beginning.

We had a lot of good memories when our mom took us away from home to the Land of Departure, sometimes we would spend the nights there and we would watch the stars together...I miss those times...

The last straw was when my grandfather Eraqus noticed a bruise on my arm and on Shoto's neck from 'training' and she just packed everything I had and left me at the doorstep, when it was snowing outside there. It was freezing as she told me that she would be right back and stay here.

And so I waited...and waited...but she never came back. I probably should've noticed. She was acting more sad towards me and wasn't as talkative as usual, as she told me to say goodbye to Shoto and my older sister and brother. 

I still remember that night….the snow was falling down onto the ground. Somehow the snowflakes only landed on my hair, but landed on all the boxes I had. I stayed there for hours as it slowly turned to night as it was sunset now as I still held my plushie cat.

Aqua opened the doors and saw me sitting down at the bottom of the stairs..

Flashback...3rd person POV..

A little girl sat on the steps of the Land of the Departure as it snowed, as she waited for her mom to come back for her, as she promised, as she heard the doors open and saw a blue haired woman open the doors looking surprised to see Akira in this weather. 

"Akira!" The woman ran to her, extremely worried, "What are you doing here? Where's your mother? She didn't tell us you were going to be here!"

" Mommy said to wait here...she said she would come back soon Aqua.." Akira told her, , holding her stuffed cat close, as Aqua noticed the boxes around Akira as the little girl looked up at her.

"O-okay. Let's wait inside though, okay sweetie?" She sweetly asked her, though she was scared to figure out why Akira's mother left her here without telling any of them. " But I promised Mommy to stay out here until she comes back..." She said, looking at her stuffed cat

"I know, dear but we can get a cold out here!" She said, taking off her coat and wrapping it around Akira. She sighed as she had a thick jacket underneath, "Trust me, okay?"

"...but you taught me to not break promises Aqua.." she said in a quiet voice. "..." She scratched her head and sighed in defeat, sitting by her after wiping the step from the snow as well as knocking the snow off Akira. "Okay, I'll wait out here with you until she comes back."

She smiled as they sat in silence for awhile, as Aqua checked the time as she saw a hour had passed and there was no sign of Akira's mom anywhere, as Akira was looking worried and sad as she looked down as she hugged Aqua, feeling sad. Aqua felt her sadness and picked her up, sitting her on her lap, "It's okay, Akira. She'll be back." She smiled, trying to keep Akira's head up like a parent would her child. She hugged her and saw the plushie, "Is that a new kitten plush? I don't think I've seen it."

" Mhmm....his name is Midnight..." She told her as she hugged the black kitten plushie as she smiled a little bit. 

"Oh! It's a he! Does he cuddle with you at night?" Aqua smiled, trying to help her stay happy.She nodded with a smile, " Yeah, he gives the best cuddles.." she said with a small giggle.

"Aw, that's adorable! Maybe if Grandpa Eraqus comes out you can show Midnight to him." Aqua smiled at her gently. She smiled as she giggled, " Do you think Grandpa would like him?" She asked her

"Of course he would." Aqua nodded happily. Terra came out with Ven, dressed up like they were ready to play in the snow. Ven blinked, "Aqua? Why's Akira here? And why are there boxes?" "Um... I don't really know." Aqua shrugged, unsure herself. Terra sighed, recognizing this scene.

" Hi Terra, hi Ven" Akira smiled a little at them, sitting up to look at them. Ven grinned and sat down by Aqua and Akira, "Well, how was your trip here? Oh, and a new kitten!" Ven pointed at Midnight. "Hold on, you two talk to each other while I go talk to Terra inside okay?" Aqua put Akira on Ven's lap. She held Terra's hand as she dragged him inside. Ven grimaced, "Belch! I bet you anything they're going to kiss!" He told Akira.

" Yuck!" She said, sticking her tongue out in disgust. "Hm, well..." Ven took some snow and formed into a ball. He gave it to Akira, smiling, "Check it out! Wanna see who throws the most far?"

" Sure!" She giggled, as she tried to throw it as far as she could, as it hit the ground in the middle of the platform.

Ven grinned and made more for them to throw.

Meanwhile...

Aqua pulled Terra as she looked at him as she said, in a quiet voice, knowing this scene too, due to seeing it happen to Terra, "...it's happening again... isn't it?" She asked softly. "...Why her though? She's so innocent." Terra sighed, crossing his arms. He seemed calm outside. "Lova would have never done this without a good reason... right? Should we go ask the Master about this?"

"..." She nodded as she said, " I found her almost 2 hours ago, she was just wearing a hoodie and leggings Terra...she said that Lova was planning to come back, and she looked like she had been out there for hours in the cold..." Aqua said sadly, " She said she promised Lova she would stay there, and wait for her there." She said, some anger showing on her face

Terra tsked and clenched his fists, not wanting to believe that something wrong was happening but he was angry too, "There has to be a logical explanation for this. It better be a damn good reason too."

" Let's hope it's for a good reason... because if it isn't, I'm going to have a word with her..." She growled darkly, biting the inside of her cheek to try and control her anger, as she couldn't believe how Lova could just leave her out there in the freezing cold.

Terra had a light shadow casted over his eyes, stressing a bit, "What if she abandoned her? No, she wouldn't... What if she died? Nonono, don't think that either! ...Man, what happened?" 

" First, Terra calm down.." she said, gently placing a hand on his shoulder as she said, " We can't jump to conclusions, we should talk to the Master first, and we might find out what's going on." She told him, trying to calm him down. Terra sighed and quietly nodded. She could tell he was hung up on the past, his past. "I just don't want that for her."

" I know Terra...I understand.." she said, hugging him, trying to make him feel better. He hugged her back and laid his head on top of hers, closing his eyes tightly. He sighed again, "..."

"..." She kept silent, as she hugged him, as she said then, softly, " It's going to be ok Terra.... I'm sure there's a good reason..." She tried to be a little bit positive about it."...I pray everything's okay." Terra gulped and looked down at her, trying not to fear the worst. He pecked her lips in an attempt to get his mind of his fear.

She blushed slightly as she smiled at him gently, kissing him quickly as well, trying to make him feel better. 

He had a small smile and leaned his forehead against hers, "I'm glad you're here with me Aqua." He put a hand in his pocket and clenching something in it. "...Hey Aqua?"

" Yes, Terra?" She asked him, looking at him with a small smile.

"I..." He gulped and blushed, letting go of whatever he was holding and pulled his hand out, cupping her cheek, "I love you so much, I hope you know that."

She smiled at him as she told him, " I love you too Terra." She said, smiling at him softly. He smiled and moved her bangs from her face, kissing her forehead, "...Thank you for cheering me up, baby."

She smiled at him brightly as she said, " I'm glad you feel better now Terra." She said, smiling at him softly. 

'....Wanna know how this ends huh?Guess you'll have to keep reading to find out.You'll find out why I despise the Keyblade so much...

So...shall we dive into this tale that was once filled with hope and light...that ended in utter darkness and despair? Well your in luck.... because it's going to slowly take the hope we once all had, and turn into utter horror and despair all for a old man's pleasure and curiosity...are you ready? I hope you are... because this is MY story to tell you all.'
