Max's eyebrows furrowed together as Jonathan gripped onto his bed covers.

"Roxy, he's waking up!" Roxas and Xion's eyes widened.

"Jonathan!" he heard them and opened his eyes to see them next to him. The blackette in the room held his hands and he sat upright. He rubbed her eyes.

"W-where am I?" he asked softly and Roxas placed his hand onto her face.

"See, you're at the Castle in our room." he looked around and his eyes finally met with Xion.

"Where did you two go?" Roxas asked and Xion sighed.

"Saïx had a mission for us."

"So late at night!" Maximum growled.

"It was Xemnas' orders for us to go to Beast's Castle and find the imposter, but..." She lowered her gaze.

"What happened?" Roxas asked softly.

"The imposter, he was...too strong...he had a Keyblade as well...but I was too weak." Jonathan said.

"Whenever you feel or are weak, we'll be your strength. You'll become stronger, we know you can." Maximum looked up at him and smiled.

"Yeah! Friends til the end!" A tear falling down Jonathan's cheek.

"Thank you, all of you." he whispered and then Saïx knocked on the door.

"Jonathan and Xion, Lord Xemnas needs both of you on the double!" Xion decided to teleport while Jonathan walked.

"Explain yourself." Xemnas growled and they felt chills go down their spine.

"At Beast's Castle, I saved Jonathan from the imposter who was about to finish her off. I encountered and challenged him...and lost." Xion who wore her hood looked at the ground. "Please forgive me." his grey eyes widened and he shook her head.

'No, it's my fault. Xion shouldn't be apologising!' he thought.

"It doesn't matter..." Saïx stated nonchalantly. "After all, you were always a failure to begin with." Jonathan growled at this. How could Saïx say that?

'It's my fault, I should be getting told off not her!'

"Leave now." Xemnas ordered and Xion left. The hooded girl was about to walk past Jon but paused when she saw him. The blue haired boy stared at Xion with a blank look. He grabbed her wrist and walked into the room where Xemnas and Saïx were. The grey eyed nobody stopped in front of Xemnas and looked up at him with an emotionless face.

"You shouldn't be telling her off like this, it isn't her fault, it's mine." He stated.

"Why, no. XV, do you have a thing for her?" The hooded nobody gasped at this and looked at Jonathan.

"I don't really know... But my life is indebted to her. If it wasn't for Xion, I wouldn't be standing here. I deserve a punishment for the mission that I failed." Jon glared up at Xemnas who stared down at him. Saïx eagerly waited for wait Xemnas was about to say.

"Days and nights you will spend fighting the Heartless, for a week. Do not come back to this Castle for a week. Start from tomorrow onwards." Saïx and Xion's eyes widened at this, but his expression was still emotionless.

"Very well." he answered.

7 hours later...

"Here." Saïx handed him a piece of paper in the lounge. he read it and sighed.

1st day: Agrabah

2nd day: Beast's Castle

3rd day: Olympus Coliseum

4th day: Halloween Town

5th day: Wonderland

6th day: Neverland

7th day (Final): Twilight Town

The blue haired nobody stuffed the piece paper in his pocket and walked to their room. The thing that he worried about was how to tell Maximum and Roxas. He knocked on the door to their room.

"Who's there?" He entered the room and saw the blonde haired nobody lying down on the bed staring at the ceiling.

"Hey..." he mumbled quietly and walked up to the bed.

"Hey, what's happening?" He sat upright and smiled at him. He smiled sadly at him but averted his eyes to the ground. he stood next to him and he sighed with a frown. Roxas noticed this and his eyebrows furrowed together.

"What's wrong?"

"..." he looked at Roxas; his eyes were wide with concern.

"Yesterday that mission at Beast's Castle, my mission..." he trailed off.

"What about it?" Roxas asked curiously.

"I failed that mission and now, Xemnas has given me a punishment for it." He sighed and put his hands in his pockets. "I have to go on missions like in Agrabah for a week; meaning that I have to fight Heartless non-stop. I can't return to this Castle for seven days either."

"What?!" He shrugged.

"Don't have to get angry. I'll be fine. Unless you doubt me."

"No! It's not that! It's just not fair, this isn't right! I can't let you go alone. No, I won't let you go alone!" He cried and Jonathan shook his head.

"Geez, you're such a worrywart." he mumbled.

"But what if...?"

"You have to have faith and hope in me, Roxas." He sighed.

"I don't want you to get hurt, any of my friends. I have faith and hope in you. Just promise me one thing..." He said.

"What is it?" he asked.

"Promise me, that you'll come back to us." He smiled at this and nodded.

"Of course." he said, "So where's Maximum?"

"She's on a mission." He said and his mouth formed an 'o'.

"Can you tell her I'll be gone?" He nodded at this.

The next morning, Jon left for Agrabah. His punishment flew by in a blink of an eye. He realised that he got so much stronger with his Keyblade. Instead of being heavy, he felt like he could swing his weapon like a feather and was much quicker with it. A short summary of what happened throughout her punishment would be...

In Agrabah, Abu gave him a loaf of bread as a thank you when he saved him from the heartless (yes it was stolen). He saw Princess Jasmine and Aladdin together and couldn't help but think about his friends. Eri came as a 'Get home soon' and she started flirting with him. He'd just obliviously laugh, taking it as a joke.

In Beast's Castle, he learnt about the magical rose and the magic behind it; the magic of love. This made Eri sigh dreamily.

In Olympus Coliseum, Phil put him in the games. Eri seemed to have fun at the same time, well she'd watch him dreamily as he take out the heartless in the games.

Nothing much really happened in Halloween Town; well except Eri pulling pranks on three children just to get his attention.

Loads of weird stuff happened in Wonderland which freaked out him. he shrunk, followed a white rabbit, had tea with the mad hatter and talked to some roses and flowers. Eri got made at most of them for making fun of her wings.

In Neverland, he didn't just fight Heartless, he fought Pirates too. He became friends with Peter Pan and the Lost Boys. He was part of the Lost Boys for a while but had to go back and grow up. But he found a little fairy called Tinkerbell and Eri became friends with her. He even learnt how to fly. Let's just say that Eri was a bit jealous of Tinkerbell who was always on his other shoulder.

Jonathan finally finished her mission in Twilight Town. He sighed with relief and looked up at the Clock Tower with a smile. "I haven't been there for such a long time and...I bet Roxas and the others are up there!"

"Well go and see him!" she yelled and he nodded.

His slow walking turned into running. He pounced onto the steps as if a lion on his prey. She finally got to the top and panted for oxygen. He suddenly heard Roxas talking to Maximum. He silently listened and hid.

The red haired nobody was sitting next to him on his left side. "I'm so glad we get a little time to ourselves." She she fluttered her eyelashes.

"I told you I'd be back quick, silly! I missed you..." She sniffed and he furrowed his eyebrows; was she okay?

"Max, are you alright?" She shook her head and stared at the sunset. Roxas stared at her closely; the sunset would make her hair glow brighter like fire. Her eyes were already sparkly because of the tears, but they glistened because of the sun rays.

"I'm not alright, Roxas, there's something I need to tell you." Roxas blinked at this and Max looked away from him.

"Come on Maximum, you can do this!" Eri silently cheered on and the said nobody took a deep breath.

"Roxy, I'm in love with you and I realised that I really need you in my life."

She wiped her tears away and was afraid to look him in the eye. She was afraid that if she stared into those eyes and he would reject her, she would have an emotional breakdown. Maximum gulped, there was a calm silence growing between them.

"Roxas, I'm sorry..." Just as she was about to continue, she heard that lovely voice.

"Max..." She turned around and her eyes widened.

His soft divine lips were pressed against hers. She felt her cheeks go warm and red. Her eyes became heavier and she closed them. She remembered how Riku kissed, but this was much different and much better. She needed, no, wanted this kiss, his kiss. Max melted into the kiss like an ice cream in the sun. Roxas' lips tasted like sea salt ice cream, salty but sweet at the same time; just the way she liked it.

Roxas broke the kiss and she opened her eyes. "I need you as well, Max. I need you, in every moment in my life." She smiled at this with another tear falling down her cheek. He wiped it away and leaned closer to her. "I feel the same way for you, Max."

"You do?" She asked with a smile and he nodded. "Um..." Her cheeks went pink and Roxas tilted his head to the side. "Can I...have a bit of your ice cream?" She asked sheepishly and he laughed at this. The blonde haired nobody held the ice cream next to her mouth and she took a bite. Roxas watched her dreamily and sighed.

"Maximum," She looked up at him.

"Yes?"

"I love you." Maximum sighed at this and wrapped her arms around him.

"I love you too." She said and he returned the hug with a kiss on her head. Jonathan smiled and looked over at Eri. She was blushing.

"Come on, let's leave these two," he whispered and she nodded and they left the two. 'I knew it...'
