The next day...

Max sat in a chair, waiting for Jonathan to wake up, with Roxas. Saïx appeared next to them.

"Maximum..."

"What do you want?" She asked poisonously. He sighed.

"Xemnas wants you to collect more hearts." She growled at this and turned to him.

"Can't abandoned my friends!"

"Max, I got him!" Roxas said that and she to him.

"Can you watch him?" He nodded at this. She smiled and but then it disappeared. "You want hearts? You got it!" She storm off and walked into a dark corridor.

She walked through and walked around a werid looking world called Wonderland. She defeated heartless and RTC. She went Jon's room. Roxas wasn't there but Max assumed that Saïx put him on a mission. She checked up on him, to see if he had a fever or anything. Luckily he didn't. She sighed and looked at him. He looked familiar.

'Damn if everything was familiar.' Max thought to herself. The boy temporarily turned into another boy with brown hair. She blinked several times and shook her head. When she open her eyes again, he was in his regular blue hair. She held head, 'Ugh, I'm going crazy!'

She stood up and left. She ended up outside of her room and just as she was going to walk in, she heard Saïx and Xemnas speaking.

"Will he wake up?" Xemnas asked.

"Depends on the plan at Castle Oblivion." Saïx mumbled. "Since Jonathan is asleep, will have to Xion and maybe Maximum should collect hearts for us for now." He walked up to the door with Xemnas and when they open the door they saw Max she was leaning against the window frame with her arms crossed and emotionless look as she tapped her foot, waiting for an explanation.

"No. XIV, what are you doing here?" Xemnas asked and she growled at this.

"I'm finished with my mission. This is my room yet you ask me that question?" Max said with her teeth clenched. Xemnas walk past her. She moved her head and Roxas was sleeping on the bed "What's wrong with Roxas?" She asked concerned not even looking at Saïx's face.

"He's in a coma." Saïx muttered and Max's eyes widened as her arms return to our sides.

"What! How!?" she looked up at Saïx with a shocked look.

"I don't know," he answered and Max walked up to Roxas she sat in the chair next to him and placed her hand to his cheek.

"Leave now! Roxas and Jonathan are the only people that matters to me since Axel is gone! Get out of my sight." She growled and he left.

"Roxas, please wake up. Jonathan is asleep too you know." She placed her hand onto his other cheek and leaned closer. " Please... Axel's gone as well and I can't bare being without you guys. But more importantly, I love you. wake up sooner Roxy..." She kissed his forehead. She got into the bed next to him and stared at his sleeping face. She closed her green eyes and shivered; it was a bit cold. She snuggled next to the boy and sighed, 'I miss your smile, I miss your blue eyes, I miss your sweet voice, and the warmth from your hugs... but what I miss the most is you.'

Days went by and Roxas, as well as Jonathan, didn't wake up. All Maximum did let's go on missions, eating her room, and taking care of them as she ran in between the two rooms.

"Why don't you eat with us downstairs?" Saïx asked and she grinded her teeth. Max turn to him with a murderous glare.

"I think you know the answer and that's, sir, is no. You want to know why? It's my friends, I promised I'd be there for them," she growled and he clenched his fists you turned and walked off she turned her attention back to Roxas, "When will you guys wake up?"

Throughout the days she hasn't left their rooms. Demyx would always bring food to her. Apart from that she would always go out and collect hearts but it was getting worse; fighting with the darkness wasn't enough. Her started to increase as she gone on more and more missions and she was getting more tired.

Three weeks later...

As she was going to Jonathan's room, she heard groaning from inside. She gasped and ran inside. Before her, she saw Jonathan getting up and stretching. She tackled him into a hug.

"Oh my gosh! Jonathan you are awake! Thank goodness, you're okay!" she cried while hugging him. He mildly chuckled at this.

"Of course I'm okay! This is the mighty Jonathan you're talking about!" she rolled her eyes at this punching his shoulder, "Ow! What was that for?"

"You scared me half to death... or at least fading away." she crossed her arms and huffed, "You and Roxas just fell asleep for a couple of weeks."

He gasped, "Wait Roxas is asleep too?" That would explain why she looks stressed. "Let me guess, you took care of me and Roxas, which would explain why your hair is all messy..."

"Do you wanna see him?" He nodded. "It will have to be a short trip but come on." They walked down the hallways and into her room. He felt his forehead.

"At least he doesn't have a fever like you did." He smiled and she nodded. He saw the worried look in her eyes when she looked to Roxas, both concerned and a lot of love for him. He smiled. "Okay, I'll leave you two. Night, Maximum..."

"Night..." Watched him leave and got into her night dress. She laid flat on the bed next to Roxas who was still in a coma. She was covered from head to toe with bruises and gashes from a mission. She glanced at Roxas "Still asleep, huh?" she whispered and her eyes watered.

"Thank goodness Jonathan woke up but when will you wake up?" she barely whispered and blinked. She looked at the white ceiling and sighed, "Since you're sleeping, I might as well fall asleep too." she blinked and fell unconscious.

Roxas's blue eyes opened and he set up right. "My head feels heavy..." he croaked and places hand onto his head. Then the blonde haired boy turn to the girl next to him. His eyes widened and he gasped at the many injuries she had. "Max!" she opened her eyes slightly and weakly smiled.

"Roxas, you're awake!"  she sat up but hissed at the pain in her wounds and it felt like salt was being rubbed against them. Roxas setup and got the first aid kit from the bathroom. He returned to our side and took a few things but Max wasn't concentrating on that. She stared into Roxas' blue eyes and felt a tear fall down her cheek.

"You're finally awake." She mumbled and felt like pinching herself to make sure that she wasn't dreaming, but no, she wasn't. After a few minutes he was done with all her injuries and their eyes met. "I was so worried about you!" He pulled her into a hug and she sobbed on his shoulder.

"Max, are you okay now? And what about Jonathan? Is he okay?" He asked and she nodded. The red haired nobody pulled away only slightly and looked into his sapphire eyes, those blue eyes which she craved to stare into.

"Yes, everyone's okay! Especially me now that you're awake." Max mumbled sheepishly with red cheeks. He placed his hand onto her cheek and leaned closer.

"You okay?" He asked concerned and she nodded.

"I was really worried that you wouldn't wake up." She said and he shook his head.

"I promised that I would be by your side." She kissed his cheek and he kissed her forehead. "How have you been keeping? Have you eaten or slept?" He asked and she giggled at this.

"What are you, my brother?" She covered her mouth and realised what she said. Tears fell down Max's cheeks and her bottom lip quivered. Roxas wrapped his arms around her and kissed her cheek.

"Please don't cry. I can't be what he was but I'm always there for you." He mumbled and she nodded. The golden haired stood up and held out his hand for her, which she gladly took. She opened a portal that led to the lounge and went through it. Jonathan was there.

"Roxas! You're awake!" He smiled and he nodded. He saw Max and smirked. "You look hungry, Maximum. Let's go get something to eat!"

"Oh, but I just ate..." He grabbed her wrist.

"Aww, come on! I made cookies for you and Roxas. Come on!" Roxas frowned; didn't he just wake up? He did seem in a good mood, what's going on?

Just as they were about to walk into the kitchen, Max heard a voice, a voice which made her eyes widen and brim with tears.

"Hey Max! Did you miss me?" She turned around and gasped; Axel. She thought she was hallucinating and Axel smirked at this. "What? Aren't you happy to see your own brother?" He asked and then she knew that she wasn't hallucinating.

"Axel?" She whispered and in an instant, she ran as fast as she could to him and jumped onto him.

"Woah!" The red haired pyro was about to fall back. The girl wrapped her arms around his neck and buried her face into his chest. Saix, Xigbar, Demyx, and Xion watched in shock, but Jonathan and Roxas smiled at this. She started to cry like a little child and Axel couldn't help but return the hug.

"Axel! I missed you so much!" Max cried.

"Yeah, I can tell." Axel mumbled and she pulled away. She slapped the back of his head with a pout. "OUCH!"

"Here I was worried about you and all you can say is 'yeah I can tell'!" She said.

"Sis, I missed you too." He mumbled.

"I thought you were dead, we thought you were dead!" She exclaimed.

"Didn't I promise you that I wouldn't get hurt? And who told you that I was dead?" She turned to Saix with a loathing look. There was an awkward silence.

"Well, uh, Max, wanna go and get some ice cream? Okay, let's go!" Axel laughed nervously and pulled her away. But what she muttered next before leaving into a portal changed everything in Saix and Max's friendship.

"This doesn't change anything Saïx. I hate you."
