After a day of rest and reflection, the fated day has arrived. Most people were prepared for battle and the place where they would settle things here and now is the fated land, the Keyblade Graveyard.

Some wizards from Earthland went with Sora's group while the others stayed behind due to needing more time and equipment for the battle. 

The wizards that went with them were the wizards from Sora's group, the wizards from the training team, Levy, and the Thunder Legion.

Everyone had a serious and tense look on their faces.

Mickey: It's time. The Keyblade Graveyard is up ahead.

Everyone nodded but then Sora took notice of something.

Sora: Someone's coming. 

Drake: Yeah, I can feel a presence.

They all look ahead, and see a man walking towards them. It was Xehanort, in his original form. A few of them were shocked, but still held their ground. 

Erza: Is that him?

Aqua: Yes, that's Master Xehanort.

Laxus: So why's the old man appearing before us now first, rather than his other cohorts?

Modeus: I don't know...

He stops a few feet away from them and gives a sly grin.

Xehanort: Legend has it that darkness once covered the world. We know so little about the Keyblade War—only that it was just the beginning. I'd ruin brings about creation, what, then, would another Keyblade War bring? When the darkness falls, will we be found worthy of the precious light the legend speaks of?

Then Ansem, Xehanort's Heartless, appeared on Xehanort's right side.

Ansem: Or will all of creation be instead return to the shadows? Today, we will recreate the legend and see.

Sora grunts he and Riku both look at Ansem, the man they have fought before. Then Xemnas, Xehanort's Nobody, appeared next to Xehanort on the left side of him.

Xemnas: But first... Your light shines far too brightly. It must be extinguished in order for the truth to be seen.

Lucy tightened her grip angrily, but didn't say anything. Suddenly, both Young Xehanort and Vanitas appeared in front of Master Xehanort.

Vanitas: Only when your hopes have been broken by battle upon battle can the key be claimed to Kingdom Hearts.

Young Xehanort: And break you is what we shall do. It has been etched.

The group stood there silently.

Xehanort: Before we continue... Does he belong to you? (snapped his fingers) 

A figure suddenly appeared in front of Xehanort. It was Mest, who was completely covered in blood. 

Fairy Tail Wizards: Mest!

Kairi: You've been here this whole time?!

Young Xehanort: It seems he's been wandering around here for a while. We didn't notice at first, but then we noticed that some of our members have been acting strangely.

Vanitas: They've been attacking each other for no reason. But it didn't take us that long to find out the source of their problem.

Ansem: They claimed that they had a strong desire to kill each other. Then we realized it was memory manipulation.

Xemnas: Thanks to the research we studied on Namine, we found the source of the manipulation.

Lucy: (shocked) Mest... You changed the Organization members' memories in order for them to kill each other?!

Lea: You left training for that?!

Mest: (weakly) I did it to end the war... We've already suffered from the war against Alvarez.

Young Xehanort then stomped on Mest's left arm, causing him to yell in pain. Someone then left the group and ran up to Xehanort, it was Wendy.

Sora: Wendy?!

Carla: (flew towards her) Wendy!

Wendy: Mest!

Mest: Stay away!

But when she got close, Vanitas charged towards her and kicked her in the stomach. She then crashed onto the ground.

Everyone: Wendy!

Carla: (angered) How could you strike a defenseless girl?!

Vanitas: This is a war. (picked up Mest by the colar) Why don't you take your pathetic friend back.

He then threw Mest towards Wendy, who was clutching her stomach.

Sherria: (went up to them) Don't worry, I'll fix you two.

She put her hands on them and activated her healing magic. Natsu then ran towards Xehanort while igniting his fist.

Natsu: You bastard!

But before he could get close to them, a portal of darkness appeared beneath them. It then started to spread throughout the area. Everyone then became tense.

Lucy: What's happening?

Erza: Everyone get ready!

Once the area was completely covered in darkness, Heartless, Nobodies, and Unversed started to rain down on them.

Sora: Look at how many there are!

Everyone then became worried except for Drake. 

Drake: Heh, this is nothing! Looks like this party is getting crazy! Come on, guys let's rock!

Mickey: (summons his Keyblade) He's right, guys! It's now or Never! Get ready!

They were all completely surrounded by monsters.

Natsu: Fire Dragon Roar!

Large numbers of enemies were defeated and a pathway towards a cave is open.

Natsu: We'll take care of this!

Lucy: (changed into her Leo Mode) Go after Xehanort!

Riku: But what about you guys?

Erza: You are looking at strong wizards from Earthland. Now go!

Mickey: She's right. We need to end this.

Sherria: (to Wendy and Mest) Can you two stand?

Wendy and Mest were both completely healed as both of them nodded.

Gray: Go! End this!

The Guardians stood there surprised.

Drake: Let's go, they can handle this!

They all nodded and ran towards a cave.

Natsu: Let's finish these guys off and then we'll kick Xehanort's ass!

Wizards: Yeah!

All the wizards charged towards the monsters.

*with the Guardians* 

While the mages were fighting off against the monsters, the rest went on ahead traveling through a cave. Eventually, they saw a light and made it outside, which was a large open area with broken Keyblades surrounding the area.

Mickey: Alright, we're out. Is everybody okay?

Everyone nodded.

Sora: C'mon, let's go.

Ventus then noticed something in the area. He then saw a figure in the dusty air. When the dust cleared, the figure was a young man.

The young man had rather messy dark brown hair that reaches the base of his neck in the back with vertical spikes and two bangs, blue eyes, tanned skin, wearing a skintight grey and black high-collared shirt, tan pants that has an obi like belt and a dark grey hakama, black bands on both wrists, and two straps over his chest that look like crisscrossed suspenders, a gold badge on his obi, and his left arm has armor.

This man was Terra, Ventus's and Aqua's close friend, though he was staring at the ground blankly.

Drake's mind: Something doesn't feel right. 

Ventus: Terra! 

Ventus was immediately happy and ran over to him while Aqua tries to stop him. 

Aqua: Ven! 

As Ventus reached to Terra, he grabbed his wrist while calling to him. 

Ventus: (smiles) Terra! We've found you!

Terra didn't respond. He just looked at him with a blank face. 

Aqua: (hurries over to them) Terra, please say you're in there. 

He didn't respond to that either as Terra looked at Aqua with the same blank expression. Aqua immediately could tell something was wrong.

His eyes looked dull and lifeless, and Aqua's expression turned into a glare as she grabbed Ventus by the shoulder and pushed him. Everyone then ran up to them. 

Ventus: What gives, Aqua? 

Aqua: (to Terra?) I know you're not him. 

Ventus: (surprised) Huh?!

Aqua: Now, let our friend go! 

He finally smirks and close his eyes. Suddenly, his brown hair turned silver-white, and when they were piercing gold. 

Ventus was shocked and heartbroken while the others were cautious. 

Mickey: He is their thirteen. 

Terranort: (smirk while a dark aura appears around his body) Today is the day you lose. 

Aqua: What?!

Terranort: Before you even face the thirteen, every last one of you will be torn apart heart from body. But fear not. (summons Gazing Eye) The X-Blade will still be forged. 

Sora: (serious) We're not gonna lose to you. 

Drake: Face it, Xehanort. There's ten of us and one of you, three of them are Keyblade Masters. You're outnumbered. 

Terranort: (smirk) Do you take me for a fool? I hold no illusion that I could best the Son of Sparda and Seven Guardians of Light by myself. 

???: That's why he brought us!  

Drake and the Guardians then saw Iblis, Mammon, Satan, Leviatha, Asmodeua, Belphegor, and Beelzebub appearing in front of Terra-Xehanort. 

Mammon: Yo! 

Iblis: Greetings, you must the Guardians the Organization told us about. 

Lea: Who are these guys? 

Riku: (sees their guild emblems) Those emblems, you're from Devil Hand!

Mammon: No shit buddy. Like our Pentagram symbols aren't a give-away.  

Iblis: I am Iblis, leader of the Seven Sins of Devil Hand. (gestures to her comrades) These are Mammon, Asmodeua, Belphegor, Satan, Leviatha, and Beelzebub. 

Beelzebub: Their light, the beast inside is craving for them. 

Asmodeua: (lustful smirk) My, two girls are really beautiful women. All but perfect for my collection. 

Belphegor: These guys are the ones? Well this will be no fun. 

Satan: (punched his hand into his palm) So, who's ready to get hurt? (cracks his knuckles) 

Iblis: Xehanort, deal with Drake. We'll take care of the Guardians. 

Terranort smirked again and disappears, surprising everyone. Everyone looked around, but there was no trance of him. 

Suddenly, he appeared in front of Drake who quickly summoned his Keyblade and blocked his attack. 

Aqua: Drake!

Aqua summoned her Keyblade was about to help him, when Mammon went in front of her. 

Mammon: Hey there beautiful. You're hot looking, why don't you and I have some fun together~?

Aqua: (tch) Get out of the way! 

Aqua jump and was about to do a downward slash, but Mammon a took a stance which is similar to Gray's; his right fist on his left palm and pulled them back as a yellow energy glowed in both his hands.

Mammon: Gold-Make: Sword!

In a flash of golden light, a sword made of gold appeared in his hand as he used it to block the attack, much to Aqua's surprise. 

Aqua: A golden sword? 

Mammon: This my magic, Gold-Make. Similar to Ice-Make magic, but gold is harder than ice. 

The Gold-Make wizard gave Aqua a kick at the gut, causing her to cough as she got pushed back while holding her gut. 

Ventus: Aqua! (went after her) 

Beelzebub: (walks in front of him) I wouldn't worry about her if I were you. 

Ventus: A kid?! They even got a kid in their guild?!

Beelzebub: Don't act surprised. Wendy, Sherria, and Romeo are wizards around my age too. I'm asking you this once, leave and I won't kill you.

Ventus: Look, I don't want to fight a kid like you. I'm sorry, but I can't leave.

Beelzebub: You really should have left. I can't keep the hunger contained... he's hungry... and he wants out. 

He closed his eyes and opened them to reveal they were pale black. A cold whirlwind circled Beelzebub. The temperature had dropped almost completely as a black and grey magic circle appeared under his feet and his body began to glow pale white.

Beelzebub: Take Over: Wendigo Soul!

There was a bright flash of light; forcing the Guardians to cover their eyes. When the flash subsided, they could only look in horror at what stood in the boy's place.

The creature was at least twelve feet tall. His entire body appeared to be completely covered in black leaves and bushels with grey ribs along the outside of his chest and long black sticks dangling off his back. He had long black slender arms that appeared to be simply furry skin and bone with razor sharp claws. His most unsettling feature was his face; which appeared to be a white goat skull with long curving horns.

Mammon: Yeah, you guys should have left when you had the chance.

The monster known as the Wendigo roared and lunged at Ventus with razor sharp teeth as he quickly dodged it. 

Soon, Sora was facing Leviatha while Riku was facing Iblis, Kairi and Lea were facing Asmodeua and Satan while Mickey, Donald, and Goofy were facing Belphegor. 

Donald casts Fire at multiple oncoming enemies; which were revealed to be armored individuals resembling black knights with dark blue energy underneath the armor as opposed to flesh. 

A group of them ran towards Donald with swords in hand, only for Goofy to block them with his shield before he bashes with it. Donald was about to cast magic when he yelped in pain as he felt something graze his shoulder. 

Mickey: Donald!

He looked behind onto a set of rocks to see a trio of the same sort of black knighted beings wielding bows and arrows as they shot a volley of arrows at Donald, which he ran toward the side to avoid them. 

Mickey delivers a leaping slash with Star Seeker which broke the knights to pieces. The broken shards of the armor fell upon the ground to reveal not flesh but flowing energy that dissipated.

Before another of them could even catch their breath, Goofy spotted a flicker of light out of the corner of her his and had turned around just in time to block a sword strike from another black knight.

Goofy: They just keep spawning! 

Donald: Where did these guys come from?!

Belphegor simply sat on his hovering throne observing the scuffle with a bored expression permanently attached to his face.

Kairi and Lea jumped out of the way to avoid a punch from Satan that caused a tremor in the ground. 

Lea charges at the Satan, leaving a trail of flames behind. He twirls his chakrams in his hands and throws them at the Satan. His chakrams ignite in flames as they strike at Satan and send him reeling back through a series of rocks.

Lea: Hot enough for ya?! 

Kairi: Don't get confidant, they're strong. 

Before Kairi and Lea could do anything they looked down in surprise to see a series of spiders crawling up their legs.

Lea: What the-?!

Kairi: Spiders?!

Asmodeua: (lustful smirk) Let's see you escape this. Web Net!

The spiders exploded around Kairi and Lea as they found themselves completely encased in webbing, which tightened around their bodies to prevent them from moving.

Kairi: I-I can't move! 

Lea: What the hell is this web made of?!

Satan: Hold him still!

Satan rushed at Lea at a speed that would seem impossible for one as big as him. He pulled back a fist, as it appeared coated in some sort of red fire.

Satan: Bloody Flame Strike!

He shot his fist in his face, resulting in a red explosion that sent Lea flying back and skidding across the ground before smashing into a large boulder, which almost shattered upon impact.

Satan: I ain't done yet! (jumped over Lea) Bloody Rain!

With a swipe from his hand he sent a hail of red rain-drop-like projectiles directly at him, which exploded upon impact. Satan landed on the ground outside the dust cloud and with a maniacal smile, lunged directly into it with another reeling fist only for it to be blocked. 

The dust cleared to reveal Lea who blocked it with his Keyblade had been battered a bit, but he was far from beaten.

Kairi fire a blast of magical energy called "Flower Shoot" at Satan which sent him skidding back slightly, though he retained his footing. 

Suddenly though, before Kairi could press on, she felt something hit her from behind, it was Asmodeua. Her nails began to glow with a green energy as she lunged at Kairi.

Asmodeua: Spider's Venom!

She slashed at Kairi's side with her claws, causing her to yell as Asmodeua moved at a quick and unseen pace around the Princess of Heart while slashing her repeatedly with her green claws. 

Lea: Kairi! 

Lea changed his Keyblade to his chakrams then slams them into the ground, sending arches of fire erupting from the ground underneath Asmodeua and Satan. The two Deadly Sins groaned a bit as they stood back up and Lea and Kairi. 

Satan: These two newbies are tougher than I thought! (wiped the blood from his mouth before he smirks) I hadn't had a real fight in ages!

His body began to glow with a red aura as his muscles started to become larger, much to Kairi's and Lea's surprise. 

Kairi: His muscles expand?

Satan: Don't stop Guardians! Fight me! Hurt me! Everything you do will only make me stronger!

Lea: Geez, what's with this guy? 

Asmodeua: (to Kairi) My, its hard for me to take my eyes off you. Your appearance is so much more... Alluring. (licked her lips) 

Kairi didn't know why, but now she felt very uncomfortable with the way the dark wizard was looking at her.

Sora did triple slashes with Kingdom Key followed by a leaping slash at Leviatha, but she dodges them with ease. Sora tried to do horizontal slash at Leviatha, but her fist was coat in dark green flames. 

Leviatha: Fire Dragon Iron Fist!

Her fist collided with Sora's Keyblade which knocked him back a little. 

Sora: Wha- but that's Natsu's magic! How did-

Leviatha: I was near Natsu and a few other wizards and copied their magic without them knowing my presences, that's why.

Sora: I don't get it! Why are you doing this?! Why join a dark guid and made friends with the Organization?! 

Leviatha: None of your damn business! You should worry about yourself!

A dark magic circle appeared underneath her feet.

Leviatha: Take Over: Satan Soul!

A brief dark purple flashed engulfed Levitatha before she took up a new form. She looked nearly identical to Mira's Satan Soul transformation with notable differences. 

Instead of dark purple, her body was green with pale white skin and black-clawed hands and feet with black wings. Her hair was brown instead of white with green emotionless eyes. She was smaller than Mirajane, but that didn't mean she was less dangerous.

Sora was completely stunned. He heard that Leviatha could copy another person's magic and had done with Gray's Ice-Make magic, Carla's Aera magic, and even Wendy's Sky Dragon Slayer Magic. 

But to actually see it, to see someone copy not only Natsu's Fire Dragon Slayer magic, but also Mirajane's Take Over ability like it was originally hers to begin with, that was something else entirely.

Sora was so stunned that he was unable to react to Leviatha soring directly at him and landing an uppercut to send Sora soaring up to the sky with Leviatha following right after him. Mickey fires pearls at another set of black knights as he saw the position Sora was in.

Mickey: Sora! 

Mickey went to help Sora, but five dark blue magic circles surrounded him before a black knight materialized in each one with a sword in hand; forcing him to use his Keyblade to block their sword strike. Riku unleashes a barrage of dark energy at Iblis, but she jumped up in the air.

Iblis: Morning Star: Black wings! 

Iblis then created a pair of angelic wings, ironically made of dark magic, coming from her back. 

Iblis Morning Star: Black Comet!

She shot multiple large black energy projectiles at Riku who blocked them, but he was getting pushed back. Riku jumped up at Iblis and did a Riku diagonal slash, but she covered herself in a veil of black magic, causing her to disappear right as Riku swung through the dark fog. 

Riku: What?! 

Iblis: (appears behind Riku) Morning Star: Chaos Blades!

Iblis' hands grabbed solid black magic, which took the form of two long swords, one in each hand as she slashed Riku in the back, causing him to crash back on the ground. 

Iblis: Is that all you've got? And you called yourself a Keyblade Master. 

Riku's mind: Her magic... It's like darkness, but it's also light as well. Does she wield both at once? How is that possible? 

Aqua then launch an ice blast at Mammon from her Keyblade. 

Mammon: Gold-Make: Shield!

In a flash of golden light, a large knight's shield made entirely out of gold appeared in front of Mammon as the attacks hit and broke apart, leaving the shield barley scratched which made Aqua shocked. 

Mammon: (smirk) I told you before, gold is much harder than ice. Gold-Make: Shuriken!

Mammon had then launched a hail of massive shuriken made completely out of gold with razor sharp edges. 

Aqua casted a barrier to block the attack, but as the golden shuriken hit it, the shield quickly began to crack before it broke apart as several more shuriken slashed past Aqua, cutting her over her body.

Donald casts Gravity to hold a black knight while Goofy bashes with his shield, but it felt like every time they were done with one, two more came in its place. 

Mickey slashed another with his Keyblade before shooting and blasting magic through that black knight and destroying another group.

Donald: This is getting annoying! 

Goofy: Where are they keep coming from?!

Mickey gazed upward towards Belphegor siting idly on his throne just watching. That's when it came to him.

Mickey: You! You're summoning them! They're little puppets, aren't they?!

Belphegor: (raised eyebrow) You just figured that out? Yeah, I summoned them. I use Legion Magic, it lets me summon a bunch of drones to fight. Why should I fight when others can do it for me?

???: How about I get you off that chair and make you! 

Kairi was behind Belphegor and points her Keyblade at him when Asmodeua suddenly appeared in front of her.

Asmodeua: Arachnid's Web!

She shot both her hands out and had shot out long strands of spider-web, which ensnared Kairi's Keyblade, which she de-summons it.

Meanwhile there were sounds of clashes as Drake and Terranort locked blades at each other. Terranort aims his Dark Keyblade at Drake and launches a volley of dark blasts at him.

Drake deflects each of the dark blasts with a swing of his Keyblade. Afterwards, the Devil Hunter rushes forward and strikes with a downward slash. 

Terranort raises up his Dark Keyblade and blocks the attack, then slams his Dark Keyblade into the ground. Drake quickly jumped back, dodging the countering strike.

Terranort moved in and attacked with a fast and furious flurry of slashes. He even used his free hand to claw at the Devil Hunter. The possessed Keyblade Wielder stretched his left-hand forward at Drake, materializing a large hand of dark red and purple energy to claw at him, but he leapt back, evading the attack. 

Terranort gave Drake a smirk and sunk into the ground, disappearing from sight. Drake saw a small pool of dark energy on the ground traveling straight toward him. Reacting to this, the white-hared Devil Hunter braced itself. 

Within moments, Terranort jumps out from the ground, materializing the hand again straight up into the air. Drake manages to jump back, evading Terranort's attack.

Drake's mind: Damn, this guy is fast! He's stronger than Aqua when she was possessed by darkness!

Drake was about to attack him, but Terranort held out his right hand and stopped the blade with a dark bubble. Drake had trouble getting the blade to move. Terranort then made the bubble explode and Drake was blasted away from him.

Ventus began running toward Beelzebub's Wendigo form for an attack. He then leapt forward with his Keyblade raised over his head to strike. But before he could reach him, the large and terrifying creature caught the Keyblade in its bone hand with little effort before lifting Ventus and tossing him on a rock. 

Ventus barley had time to recover as he rolled out of the way from the chomp of the Wendigo's large mouth as its head broke through the wall, before Beelzebub pulled his face out with a large mound of rocks and rubble in his mouth before he bit down and chew. 

Despite the overwhelming size and arms that were literally nothing but bone, the Wendigo take over was both fast and strong. Ventus was having a hard time.

Ventus: What's with this monster?! How can something so big and skinny move so fast and be so strong?! 

Beelzebub: My Take Over isn't like Strauss siblings. It is an ancient creature that consumes everything and lives in most cold places. But most of all... 

Ventus began charging up with pure energy, emitting a blue aura of light. As soon as he was fully charged, Ventus flies forward at Beelzebub and casted a beam of light from his Keyblade.

However, the attack didn't exploded, but rather, it was being inhaled! The Wendigo had opened its mouth and it looked as if it was sucking up all the attack power that was just thrown at it.

Ventus: (shocked) He's eating my attack?! 

Beelzebub: The Wendigo is never satisfied!

Beelzebub grabbed Ventus by the wrist. Before Ventus could even think of a response, he felt a strong, cold, sensation on his wrists where the Wendigo was grabbing him. In just a few seconds, the cold was so great it felt like his wrists were burning, Ventus screamed in pain at the sensation. 

Aqua heard his scream then looked in horror as she saw this. A steam-like vapor rose from the Wendigo's grip over his wrists, his arms were already beginning to turn blue from lack of body heat.

Beelzebub: I'm sorry. I never wanted this, the Wendigo craves for your blood. 

Beelzebub releases his grip as the Wendigo and slashed Ventus in the stomach with his claws, sending him flying towards a wall. Ventus got a large claw mark as blood was pouring from his body. 

Everyone saw with shock what just happened while the Devil Hand members (except for Belphegor) had smirks on their faces. Aqua was horrified as Ventus was not moving after the attack.

Aqua: Ven! 

Mammon: Gold-Make: Rope!

Before Aqua could do another, a lasso of rope made of solid gold had completely ensnared her, binding her arms to her body. Mammon, with the golden rope in hand, pulled Aqua back and she fell to the ground. Mammon gave a whistle before he spoke with a cowboy-like accent. 

Mammon: She's a feisty one right there.

Sora: That's it! (charged at Beelzebub) 

Leviatha: Don't run away from me! Darkness Stream!

Multiple dark green energy tendrils shot towards Sora which made him turn before he blocked them with his Keyblade. Leviatha came in with a knee to Sora's face to knock him back. 

Riku: Sora! 

Iblis: Morning Star: Black Nova!

She crossed her blades together as they merged and created a large ball of black light which not only blasted Riku, but sent waves of black light him, damaging him.

Sora: Riku! (looks at Leviatha) Why are you doing this?!

Leviatha: Arkham and Vali want something. Don't know what, don't care. Because I just want to make you suffer! You wanna know why? Because it's what you deserve for being friends with that little bitch Wendy!

Leviatha did a cartwheel flip to kick Sora in the jaw and send him realign back.

Satan: (to Lea) Take this, hot-head!

Satan rush forward towards Lea with both his arms coated in red energy.

Satan: Cerberus Fang!

He clapped his hands together and a giant red dog-like beast made of energy appeared from his hands and shot to Lea. He tried to block it as it bit down onto her side; once it did it exploded in a massive surge of blood-red energy; blasting him rather far back, crushing through one small rock and hitting into a medium size rock. 

Kairi: Axel! 

Without anyone around, Terranort appeared in front of the Princess of heart as lifted his blade up to strike down a terrified Kairi. Seeing this, Sora ran up to them trying to reach her. Mickey and Riku got worried as Donald and Goofy ran to him.

Mickey: No! Sora!

When Sora came close to the terrified Kairi, he embraced her in a hug, surprising her as well. Drake got up and saw this as he was about to use Trickster. That is until Leviatha appeared in front of him and prepared a powerful attack that Drake was all too familiar with.

Drake: (shocked) This technique... it's just like Mira's!

Leviatha: (smirked almost evilly) Soul Extinction.

A powerful explosion of dark green energy surged around the entire area, it could almost be seen for miles. That attack send him flying near Ventus as his clothes were a bit torn and he had wounds and bruises on him. 

Aqua: DRAKE!!!

Terranort was about to strike the two down, but Goofy came in and blocked the attack with his shield. 

Both of them were launched into the air after that attack. While Terranort was in the air, Donald put his fist against his chest and was gathering as much magic energy as he could while a magic circle appeared beneath him. 

This shocked Mickey greatly as the magic circle continued to glow while Goofy went crashing on the ground.

Goofy: Donald don't!

Donald: ZETTAFLARE!!!

Donald fired a large red laser at him. Terranort tried to block the attack with his arms, but the attack proved too much for him and he disappeared in the laser. 

The attack then died down until it was completely gone. Once it was gone, the sky was completely clear. Sora looked amazed, but then he smiled.

But after that attack, Donald dropped his staff and collapsed onto the ground. Sora stood there with complete shock while Mickey and Goofy ran up to Donald to check on him, but he was not moving. Meanwhile, Aqua went up to Ventus and Drake to check on them.

Aqua: Ven... (looks at Drake) Drake, are you alright?

Drake: (groans) Ugh... Damn, I didn't she can use on of Mira's techniques. 

Riku and Kairi were checking on Lea, who was unconscious.

Sora: This can't be...

Belphegor: Is that all you guardians got? This is so disappointing. 

When a large amount of grey steam had flown off the Wendigo's body. It shrank and condensed till all the leaves, twigs, and bones fell off to reveal the child-form of Beelzebub.

Beelzebub: They're too weak for the Wendigo to be satisfied. 

Mammon: (shrugs) Eh, at least they put up one hell of a good fight. 

Satan: Yeah, I wish we didn't have to rush that. I would have loved to go one-on-one with them for days!

Asmodeua: Ashame our dance has to end like this, I would've taken Aqua and Kairi for my collection. 

Drake: You guys are running away? 

Leviatha: You got bigger things to worry about than us. 

Sora then notices a dark portal right behind where Mickey, Donald, and Goofty are. Shadows then started to crawl out of the portal and then they burst out to form a giant tornado.

Iblis: (smiles) And so darkness prevails and light expires. See you in the afterlife, Son of Sparda.

The Seven Sins of Devil Hand disappears in their own dark corridors. Riku noticed Sora, who was staring at the Shadows. Riku then ran up to him, put his hand on Sora's shoulder. 

Riku: Pull it together, Sora!

Sora then snapped out of it and was staring at him with concern. 

Riku: We haven't lost them. They still have their hearts. But we have to protect them.

Sora: (determine look) Right!

Aqua and Drake then came up to them.

Aqua: We stand together.

Drake: You got that right, no way I'm letting anyone hurt my friends.

All four of them ran past Mickey, Donald, and Goofy and summoned their Keyblades to face the Shadows.

Aqua: Mickey, Kairi, Goofy, watch the others.

Mickey: No, we should all get to safety, while we still can.

Riku: It's too late for that.

Suddenly, more Shadows were flying in the air, coming from all different directions. They then gathered where the other Shadows were at and joined them in a Demon Tide. But this one is much bigger, as it is the size of a cyclone.

Drake, Sora, and Riku watch with a tensed look on their faces.

Aqua: (horrified) It can't be... No...

Her heart beats in as the Shadow Heartless swarming around them change into a multitude of Anti-Aquas. She lowers her Keyblade as the despair settles in which made Drake notice this. 

Drake: Aqua, you can't lose hope. Not now.

The flying Anti-Aquas peer down. Before anyone can  react, they sail toward her, her heart beating out as the Demon Tide as Drake in front of Aqua and grip his Keyblade. 

Drake: Royalguard!

He brought it up instance to block it as soon it came near him. Drake blocked it but struggling to keep them back, I activated his Devil Trigger to hold them back.

Drake: Aqua, get out of the way while you still can!

Aqua: Drake no! Don't do this! I don't want to lose you!

Drake was being covered by mist of darkness as he was losing my defense. What he didn't expect was that Aqua hugged him from behind with tears coming out of her eyes.

Aqua: Please! I haven't got the chance to tell you something!

Drake was about to break his guard as he can't keep up, he deactivated his Devil Trigger.

Drake: AQUA!!!

Aqua: DRAKE!!!

And with that his guard broke as both Drake and Aqua got quickly swept away from the group and into the cyclone.

Riku: Aqua! Drake!

More swarms of Shadows appeared from the cyclone and swept up Ven, Mickey, Donald, and Goofy. Another one came after Lea, but Kairi used her body to protect him and they were both swept away.

Sora saw Kairi flying towards him and the two attempted to grab each other. But Kairi was quickly taken away into the cyclone. Sora's eye's were widened with horror at what just happened. He then dropped his Keyblade and collapsed on his knees. 

Sora: GRAAAAAAAHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

He put both of his hands while yelling in agony until he slammed his fist hard on the ground with tears running down his cheek.

Riku: (ran to Sora) Sora!

Sora: They're gone. Kairi, Donald, Goofy, the King... Gone forever. (looks at Riku and starts crying) What do we do? 

Riku had a pensive look on his face. 

Sora: (crying) Without them...I... All my strength came from them. They gave me all of it. Alone, I'm worthless. We've lost... It's over.

Riku stood up while tightening his grip and stood up. 

Riku: Sora, you don't believe that. I know you don't.

Another swarm of Shadows was coming towards them. Riku then walked up towards them, feeling calm while doing so. He then stopped and pulled his Keyblade back a little while the swarm was charging towards him. 

When they came right at him, Riku pushed his Keyblade towards them, causing the Shadows to be defeated while also creating a barrier that protected him and Sora. He yelled with all his might while continuing to keep the attack up.

Riku: GGGRRRRRRRRAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Sora watched Riku with sadness and awe. But Sora gasped as he saw darkness started to appear on Riku's arms and legs. But he still kept going. Sora held out his hand to reach him. But, the Shadows broke through and consumed Riku.

The Shadows then came charging towards Sora. He held out his hands to block it. But everything went black.

With the younger versions of Xehanort and Eraqus, Xehanort plays his last move.

Xehanort: (places his final piece) Checkmate. And so darkness prevails, and light expires. You need a new strategy.

Eraqus: My move, isn't it?

Xehanort was surprised to hear that. Eraqus then took the white piece and moved it back near his end.

Xehanort: (confused) Huh?

Eraqus: It's not over yet.

Xehanort: C'mon. That's not fair. I know I had you.

Eraqus: Yes, you nearly did. But, a game's no fun if you know where it's going. There's more to light than meets the eye. I told you.

Xehanort gasped as he saw seven white pieces, with stars on them, magically appeared behind the white piece with the crown on it.

Eraqus: (smiles) Some light comes from the past.

Chapter 84 ended.
