Magnolia

Fairy Tail's strongest team consisting of Natsu, Gray, Erza, Wendy, Lucy, and the flying cats Happy and Carla, had now just left the train station and are now on their way back to the guild, along with two possible new recruits from the guild.

Drake: So this is Magnolia huh?

Kat: This town is amazing.

Lucy: Just wait till a holiday comes along; this city throws parties for even the smallest of things.

Happy: (flew next to Natsu) Yeah Magnolia sure does love to party.

Natsu: Not that many. I mean sure, there's the Fantasia Parade, the Flower Viewing Bingo Tournament...

Lucy: Hey Fire-breath, you're forgetting the Miss Fairy Tail contest!

Natsu: Oh yeah, didn't you take the title for that this year Lucy?

Lucy: (nervously laughs) How about we pretend I never brought this up, for real!

Drake smirked a bit at this amusing scene.

Erza: So Drake. Why is it you wish to join Fairy Tail?

Carla: (flew next to Wendy) Yes, I am curious to that as well.

Drake: Well for a number of reasons. First, my shop is trashed and it's a pain in the ass to rebuild and very expensive. Second, there haven't been too many jobs in the category of demon-hunting, so I think I may as well expand my job range a bit.

Gray: You short on money or something?

Drake: I've got quite a few debts I gotta take care of. And weren't you wearing a shirt a few seconds ago?

Gray's eyes went wide as he saw his shirt was gone, again.

Gray: Why do I keep doing that?!

Kat: He seriously did not notice it?

Wendy: I'm sure you're gonna love it at Fairy Tail. It's very lively and the people there are great.

Drake: So we've heard. 

Lucy: What about you, Kat? Aren't you working for Morrison?

Kat: That job was only temporary. Plus, I had to make sure (gesture to Drakes) he doesn't get into trouble like he always do. 

Drake: (sweat drop) Come on, aren't you being harsh? 

Kat: You were bound to be reckless, Drake.

Natsu: Hey Drake, are you strong?

Drake: (shrug) Well not to brag, but I'd say so myself.

Natsu: Good, cause when you join the guild, you're gonna fight me!

This caused Lucy, Erza, Gray, and Kat to sweatdrop.

Drake: Sure, if you're in the mood to loose most of your internal organs.

Natsu: (mischievous smirk) Sounds like a challenge.

Gray: You think everything's a challenge bone-head.

Natsu: You scared you pervy stripper?

Gray butted heads with Natsu with red and blue sparks flying from friction between the two.

Gray: You wanna go you moron!?

Natsu: Yeah lets go right now Ice boy!

Erza: That's enough!

Erza split their heads apart and the sounds of bone cracking was heard.

Drake: Is it always like it with them?

Lucy: (exhaled deeply) You have no idea.

Happy: They're the strongest team!

Kat: More like the strangest team to me.

The group continued their walk through Magnolia, with Erza pulling on Natsu and Gray's ears most of the way.

Fairy Tail guildhall

Drake: Wow. Big place you got.

Kat: Yeah, no kidding.

Gray: We're not the strongest guild in Fiore for nothing.

Natsu kicked the doors open and greeted everyone.

Natsu: Hey! We made it back alive!

The team was warmly welcomed back by all their comrades. Drake and Kat stood by the doorway observing the scene play out around him. 

Levy: Hey welcome back girl! (hugged Lucy)

Lucy: Thanks, glad to be back.

Two seconds later and the entire guild was then suddenly flooded with water. The source of the flood was none other than Juvia, whose tears were flowing like an endless waterfall.

Juvia: (crying) My beloved Gray you're back! I'm so relieved you made it home!

She was completely oblivious to the comically drowning guild members around her.

Random wizard: Gray, stop you're girlfriend; we're dying here!

Gray: SHE'S NOT MY FREAKING GIRLFRIEND!!!

The Guildhall was flushed out five seconds later. Drake and Kat observed it all with a raised eyebrow.

Drake: I'm here for less than a minute and I already love this place.

Kat: Seriously? Those guys look like crazy. 

Drake: Ah, stop being a spoil sport Kat. Trust me, you'll get used to it.

Drake and Kat walked with Erza to the counter where Mirajane and Makarov, sitting on the bar, were waiting.

Erza: Hello master.

Makarov: Welcome back, Erza. I'm pleased you and your team of dunderheads made it back in one piece. (sees Drake and Kat) And I see you brought some new friends.

Drake immediately caught eye of Mirajane and instantly recognized her from Sorcerer Weakly.

Drake: Well, if it isn't the ravishing Miss Mirajane.

He took her hand like a gentleman.

Drake: I must say you're even more beautiful in person.

He then kissed her hand, earning a giggle from her.

Mirajane: (blush) Well, aren't you the gentleman. 

Kat: You must be the Master of Fairy Tail.

Makarov: And you must be the girl who delivered the job request. (looks at Drake) So who might he be?

Erza: This is Drake. He helped us a great deal in the demon-slaying job my team and I were in, and they wishes to join Fairy Tail.

This caught the attention of many of the Fairy Tail wizards who eyed him with interest; not to mention the massive sword he carried around with him.

Makarov: Oh really? Why do you wish to join Fairy Tail?

Drake: Well my business was destroyed and both Kat and I am now unemployed, so do we need to fill out an application or something?

Makarov: That won't be necessary. All we really need is a name.

Drake: Drake.

Makarov: Last name as well.

That had Drake think for a moment, he never really had a last name. However, since it was apparently necessary now, he went for an alias that he used once. 

Drake: Drake Redgrave. 

Kat: I don't have a last name, so you can call me Kat. 

Makarov: Very well then. 

Mirajane: Since you are interested in joining, you'll need a guild emblem. What color would you like?

Drake: Red, like my jacket.

Kat: I'll take purple. 

Mira nodded and went for a stamper underneath the counter. She pulled it out.

Mirajane: And where would you like it?

Drake: Give me a moment.

Y/N started taking off his jacket and shirt, revealed as his chest packed with six abs, some strong biceps and muscles. Mira, Lucy, Erza, Juvia, and Cana were blushing. While some male wizards are very impressed that they can tell he's been trained physically.

Drake: Umm... hello? On the chest please?

Mirajane: (blush) Oh yes, of course! (thoughts) Wow, he's so dreamy and handsome!

She placed the red Fairy Tail mark on his chest while Kat's purple on her left leg.

Mirajane: Welcome to Fairy Tail Drake and Kat. So, if you don't mind me asking; what skills do you have? 

Kat: First, why don't we start with introductions to everyone. My name's Kat, and I'm a Devil Hunter. 

Drake: And I'm Drake Redgrave, I'm also a Devil Hunter. It's nice to meet all of you too.

This earned a large gasp from practically everyone in the guild who all looked extremely surprised at Drake and Kat.

Drake: (confused) Umm...was it something that I-

Fairy Tail members: THAT'S AWESOME!!!

They all exclaimed at the same time with massive grins, earning a small wide eye from the white haired warrior and the hooded girl.

Fairy Tail members: WE HAVE DEVIL HUNTERS!!!

Wakaba: First four Dragon Slayers, then a Demon Slayer, now two Devil Hunters, we're gonna be even more unstoppable now!

Macao: Welcome to the family, happy to have you aboard.

Drake and Kat didn't expect from their reactions and now they are happy to be here.

Drake: Thanks for the compliments. So what are your names? Though, I may met some of you. 

Natsu: (excited) Me first! Name's Natsu Dragneel, I'm a Fire Dragon Slayer! This is my little buddy Happy!

Happy: (smile) Nice to meet you guys!

Lucy: (smile) I'm Lucy Heartfilla, nice to meet you guys.

Kat: Likewise. 

Gray: (smile and offers his hand) The names Gray Fullbuster. 

Drake: (accepts it) Nice to meet you too.

Erza: (smiles) I'm Erza Scarlet, it's pleasure to meet you.

Juvia was staring at Drake with her cheeks blushing red. 

Juvia's mind: (shocked) What's going on? Why is my face feeling hot all I sudden? Could it be... my feelings for Gray have now changed straight towards him?! 

(Juvia's Fantasy)

Gray: I'm sorry Juvia. I'm not good for you.

Juvia: Gray my darling! But why?!

Gray: Because you've moved on and chose the new guy over me. 

Drake: Hello Juvia, you wanna hang out together? 

Juvia: Oh, my new darling! 

(Fantasy end)

Juvia: (shocked) It well become the end of the world of romantic life with my beloved Gray! That I, Juvia Lockser, have already started to have feelings for Drake!

Drake and Kat sweat drop at her fantasy. 

Drake: (confused) Err...is she okay?

Lucy: (awkward laugh) Don't worry about it too much, it always happens. That's Juvia Lockser.

Kat: Right... 

Wendy: (smiled) My name is Wendy Marvel. It's nice to meet you. This is my friend Carla.

Carla: Charmed, I'm sure.

Cana: (smirk) Hey there, handsome! I'm Cana Alberona, nice to meet ya! (drinks bottle of beer)

Gajeel: I'm Gajeel Redfox, the Iron Dragon Slayer remember that.

Lily: (smile) Don't worry about him, I'm Panther Lily.

Levy: (smile) Hello there, I'm Levy McGarden. Don't worry about Gajeel, he's nice.

Mirajane: (smile) Hi there, I'm Mirajane Strauss. Nice to meet you. These are my siblings Lisanna and Elfman.

Lisanna: Hello.

Elfman: What's up?!

Freed: Please to make your acquaintance. I'm Freed Justine, this is Bickslow, Evergreen, and of course, Laxus Dreyar. We are the Thunder Legion!

Bickslow: Hey there, newbies!

Bickslow's dolls: Welcome rookies!

Evergreen: Please to make your acquaintance as well.

Laxus: (ponder) You seem to be strong to those punks, but I wanted to see it in battle with other opponents.

Makarov: Settled down Laxus, we'll see. I apologize for my grandson. My name is Makarov Dreyar, the Master of this guild.

Few minutes later, after meeting with some member's name of this guild. Makarov have been signed back as the Eighth Master of Fairy Tail, he made a decision for the newcomers.

Makarov: Young man and lady, it would be an honor for all of you to be a part of Fairy Tail. Would do you say?

Few seconds of thinking in silence.

Drake: On one condition... (sheepish) Did you guys have strawberry sundaes and pizza?

Some members of Fairy Tail sweatdrop and awkward laugh at Drake's request.

Erza: (happy) Wait, do you like strawberry desserts?!

Drake: Yeah, I love it when I was a little. Anyway, it will be great to join in Fairy Tail. Right Kat?

Kat: Yes. We would be happy to join your guild. 

Makarov: (serious) Well then, you must remember the three rules in this guild...

Drake and Kat are a bit confused but started listening to those three rules from him.

Makarov: 1. You must never reveal sensitive information about Fairy Tail to others for as long as you live! 

2. You must never use former contacts met through your being in the guild for personal gain!

3. Though our paths may have diverged, you must continue to live out your life with all your might, you must never consider your own life to be something insignificant, and you must never forget about your friends for as long as you live!

Now do you understand those rules!

Drake and Kat looked at each other seriously nodded and answered yes firmly.

Makarov: Very well. (smile) As for this momentous occasion, these newcomers joining in are as the newest addition to the family of this guild. Give them a warm welcome to this day, and now LET'S PARTY!!!

All of the members of Fairy Tail have started to cheer loudly of not only their celebration of the tournament, Drake and Kat have joined to this guild. They are very happy and surprised to be here.

Kat: Thanks for having us!

Makarov: Drake. You said you and Kat were Devil Hunters, what skills specifically do you posses?

Drake thought for a moment, explaining his abilities could get a little complicated.

Drake: You know, maybe it would be easier if I show you, but I'll need a sparing partner.

Drake turned to certain pink-haired teenager telling off the job he just took to Elfman.

Natsu: (stretched out his arms to simulate wings) And the demons all had wings and started flying!

Elfman: Yeah, yeah; now I know you're pulling my leg. Demons aren't manly enough to fly.

Drake: (smirk) Hey Natsu! Remember when you want to challenge me to a fight? 

Natsu: (ran towards Drake) You mean it?!

Drake: Well if you're in a mood getting pummeled, then you're on.

Natsu: (grins) Alright, sounds like a challenge!

Lucy: (sweat drop) You're kidding me right now.

Kat: (confused) Umm...is Natsu serious about this?

Gray:(sweatdrop) Yep, he just wanted to get him self stronger.

Erza: I apologize for his behavior.

Drake: It's not a problem, Erza.

Kat: Yeah, he would accept any challenge when it comes to this type of this situation.

Erza: Master Makarov, with your permission to witness Drake's battle?

Makarov: (nod) Very well. Attention everyone, we will have a battle of Drake Redgrave and Natsu Dragneel outside!

All the members of Fairy Tail are interested and excited to see battle between Drake and Natsu outside.
