The battle with Vali still continues for Fairy Tail as the backup that considers of Laxus and Gildarts have arrived. 

Natsu: The old man is here!

Happy: I knew we see him again someday!

Gajeel: And Laxus is with him too. 

Lucy: Awesome!

Juvia: Oh wow!

Ur: Looks like the chivalry is here.

The wizards cheered for the top two wizards of their guild. 

Gray: That's what I call serious backup. 

Erza: I'll say. 

Cana: (to Gildarts) Always been your style to show up whenever you pleased, huh. Don't I know it.

Gildarts: (smile) Hi Cana. (hugs his daughter) My sweet baby girl!

Cana: (embarrassed) Ew! Let go of me, and pay attention to the enemy! 

Gildarts: (glares at Vali) Oh yeah, this guy.

Vali casts a livid glare at him and Laxus. 

Laxus: So, this is the fossil that took out Drake. Interesting. 

Vali: And you two are GIldarts Clive and Laxus Dreyar, The strongest wizard in Fairy Tail and the grandson of Makarov Dreyar. 

Gildarts: Drake's older brother, the eldest son of Sparda. Yeah, we heard about you. When I came back to the guild, the Master told me what everyone else learned from Drake. Not even the likes of Erza or Mira could beat you, even Drake lost.

Laxus: Drake was capable of defeating Natsu, Gajeel, and Erza. He even bested me in a fight. But to think he would lose many times to someone like you. 

Laxus' body surged with lightning.

Laxus: I've got idea since you're already here, how bout we dig a grave for you. 

A white aura of his own magic surged around Gildarts' body. 

Gildarts: I'll be more than happy to put a power-hungry punk like you in your place.

Vali: (amused grin) Very well then, I will enjoy taking down the strongest members. 

Vali unleashes Pseudo Devil Trigger with a dark blue aura. 

Laxus was the first to attack, his body transforming into a bolt of lightning as he quickly zoomed and dealt a punch across Vali face to send him flying.

Vali: Beowulf!

Vali leapt back to in Laxus direction and dealt a slug into his chest before giving a roundhouse to knock him back. 

Laxus charged then delivered a lightning-charged punch to pummel Vali' head into the ground. The older brother of Drake vanished and reappeared above Laxus, he tried to press on with an axe-kick of his left Beowulf grieve, but the lightning wizard blocked it with his hand.

Vali: I'm Impressed. This is the first time we're battling, yet you've already getting the hang of it. No wonder my little brother was to have a little hard time against you. 

Laxus gave a tisk in response. 

Laxus: Ya know, that reminds me of something the geezer used to say. Whenever you face a tough enemy, it doesn't matter how strong they are; standing up to them is what's most important. Ain't that right, Natsu?

Natsu: Yeah, you bet.

Vali: Utter nonsense. That's nothing more than a weakling's excuse. If you think you're strong enough against me, then you're a fool.

Gildarts: How about a punchline? 

Gildarts then throws away his cloak and charges before he disappears and reappears around Vali at circles. Gildarts thrust a fist a Vali who blocks it with right gauntlet. 

The two began to clashing with their fists while dodging and blocking each other. The two leapt in the air as both of them reeling their fists back, which they shot at the other. As their fists clashed, it created a powerful shockwave that shot everyone back and rolling across the ground. 

Natsu: Gildarts! 

Natsu was distracted by this as Vali created another doppelgänger clone that wields Arbiter and smacks him into a wall. 

Gray: Ice-Make: Lance!

Gray began to shoot multiple ice-lances at the first clone, it uses Osiris to block the attack, then unleashes whirlwind of blades that slashes at Gray. 

Gray: Damn, a little help here!

The second clone unleashes a storm of thrown blades  with Aquila at Gajeel who unleashes his breath attack to counter it. 

Gajeel: Give me a break, I have my hands full with this cheap-knockoff! 

Vali does dark blue slashes with his Yamato at Gildarts who then runs behind.

Gildarts: Right here!

GIldarts strikes him with his Crush Magic, however...

Vali: Darkslayer!

Vali's sword glowed blood red, as did a light aura around him. He flashed his katana forward and sliced Gildarts's magic into pieces, shocking everyone  everyone present, including Gildarts himself. 

Gildarts: (shocked) What?!

Cana: (shocked) No way! 

Ur: You gotta be kidding! 

Freed: (surprised) He cut through Gildarts' magic!

Mirajane: How is that possible?!

Vali: Your Crush magic allows you break anything that comes into contact. Disassembly magic breaks its target down into tiny little pieces. However, this Devil Arm, Yamato, was forged and wielded by my father. What makes you think that any of your spells would work on it? 

Vali vanished before he equipped Beowulf and gave Gildarts a strong punch on his chest which send him flying onto a wall. The Crush magic user coughs blood from his mouth before he got back up. 

Gildarts: So my Crush magic won't work on him? This is a lot harder than I thought!

Vali: Now do you understand? No matter how many wizards there are, none can ever hope to defeat me. Power is absolute in this world, and without it you're weak. 

Gildarts: You still don't get, do you?

Vali raised his eyebrow.

Gildarts: These kids were pushing themselves to the limit, working to make the world a better place than the crappy one we've left them. They put absolutely everything on the line to salvage the future! And then you came along and trampled all over it!

Vali: That's some talk coming from you. You and my father were wear quite similar. I mean, you ran away from your daughter so that shouldn't end up like your wife. 

This made GIldarts and Cana widen their eyes. 

Gildarts: What did you say? 

Vali: I've done my research on all of Fairy Tail's members, including you. You once had a wife named Cornelia, Cana's mother However she left you because you were too busy with doing job request for the guild, and she died out of her own weakness. 

Gildarts growled as he cleaned his fist in anger. 

Vali: Then when Cana was little, she tried to tell you that she's your daughter. But you didn't know that before, didn't you? She kept trying to tell you, but you were too busy with going on quests. On the century quest you thought Acnologia, but you've lost and it cost your arm and your leg. My father left the three of us to die by the demons, he was a coward just like you.

Gildarts: You bastard... I can tolerate an insult from you, but if you even day lay a finger on my Cana... I'LL HURT YOU SO BAD YOU'LL BE BEGGING TO DIE!!!

Cana: Stop! Don't be dumb, he's trying to provoke you!

But Gildarts does not listen as he charges towards Vali, ready to punch him. However, Vali easily grabs his fist and throws him to the ground. 

Gildarts: Take this!

Gildarts proceeds to kick at the son of Sparda, who blocks his attacks. Vali sensed Laxus coming from behind him with lightning, he disappeared and reappeared above them.

Vali: Summoned Swords!

Vali unleashes a series of bright blue energy blades that rained down upon Laxus and Gildarts, damaging them. 

Vali: And what about you, Laxus? You tried to overthrow Makarov because he expelled your father, Ivan, out of the guild. Then he formed Raven Tail into to destroy Fairy Tail, how come you didn't kill him after everything he has down to everyone you cared about? 

Laxus: (glares) Why would you care? 

Vali: I don't, I'm just curious. 

Meanwhile, the trio were still having a hard time dealing with the clones. 

Natsu: Damn it, this is getting annoying! 

Gray: Well, how about we end these clones quick? 

Black markings suddenly appear that spread across half of his body, he decides to use his Demon Slayer Magic. 

Gajeel: (smirks) Heh, thought you never asked. Iron Shadow Dragon Mode!

Gajeel's body body turned into black iron with a shadowy aura. 

Vali: (surprised) What the-? 

Gajeel uses his shadow form, transforming him into a shadow. Gajeel attacks the clones from shadows, as the clones can't hit him. With them distracted, Gray then creates a cannon made with his Demon Slayer magic. 

Gray: Ice Demon Zeroth Bazooka! 

Gray fires a cannonball made of Ice Demon Slayer Magic that hit the three doppelgängers, freezing them by the shot. 

Gray: Ice Demon Zeroth Longsword!

Gray creates an ethereal long sword from his palms that he uses to slash at the first doppelgänger with, this cause the clone to shatter into pieces. 

Gajeel: Iron Shadow Dragon Club!

 Gajeel attacks the second doppelgänger target with a shadow-cloaked Iron Dragon's Club, which also shattered into pieces because of the ice. 

Natsu: Fire Dragon King Wing Attack!

Natsu's arms were engulfed in larger flames as he sent them forward and they hit the last doppelgänger, exploding on contact.

Vali's mind: They destroyed my doppelgängers. Gajeel can wield two elements, but Gray, he wields Demon Slayer Magic? 

A large red lightning bolt zoomed behind Vali to land a kick on his back and send the half demon rolling across the ground.

Laxus: You shouldn't kept your eyes off your opponent, Vali!

Vali gave a tisk in response. He's now facing five wizards, which would makes things difficult for him.

Gildarts: It's over kid, it's five on one now. 

Vali: Numbers won't do you good, in the end I'll remain victorious. 

Gajeel: Wanna bet? 

Natsu: Let's go!

The five charge at Vali and began to lay on a furry of punches and kicks as the son of Sparda was able to block each of them at an inhumanly fast pace. Gildarts lifted his fist, which was already glowing white with his Crush Magic.

Gildarts: Mizuwari!

He punched the ground, channeling his energy through it and causing massive shockwaves that tore up the ground as they shot toward Vali, sending him flying. 

Gray: Ice Demon Laughter!

Gray creates shards of ice in the air and releases it onto Vali, he spins Yamato like a helicopter and cutting the ice into pieces. He stopped in mid-air as saw the Lightning Dragon Slayer above him, Laxus has brought down an attack in response.

Laxus: Red Raging Bolt!

He brought his fist down to send a massive streak of red lightning straight at Vali, electrocuting him. 

Natsu: Fire Dragon King Talon!

A hard kick to the jaw from Natsu sent Vali flying straight down onto the ground. Vali starts to get back up before he saw a show moving which revealed to be Gajeel in his Shadow Form. 

Gajeel: Iron Shadow Dragon Iron Slash!

Gajeel uppercuts Vali with a shadow-cloaked iron blade. 

Gray: Ice Demon Zeroth Destruction Fist!

Gray creates a pair of destructively powerful gauntlets and starts giving Vali a barrage of punches which he was unable to block.

 Vali was actually starting to look be overpower with Gray's Demon Slayer Magic making him struggle.

The son of Sparda unleashes a blue crescent slash, but Gildarts came in front as he used his Crush Magic to break the slash into pieces. 

GIldarts: Empyrean!

GIldarts shot his fist forward to send a wave of his Crush magic at Vali who blocked it, but was being pushed back. Natsu was just above him preparing a massive fireball.

Natsu: Fire Dragon King Brilliant Flame!

Natsu threw the fireball just as Gildarts jumped back. It made a direct hit, creating an explosion.

Laxus: Megaton: Red Lightning!

Laxus coated his fist before executing an empowered punch at Vali right at his chest.

Gray: Ice-Make Silver!

Gesturing with Gray's right hand, Vali's body was then completely covered in ice.

Gildarts: Now! Let's finish it with a combine attack!

Natsu/Gray/Gajeel/Laxus: Yeah!

Natsu: Fire Dragon King Roar!

Natsu unleashed an enhanced and empowered version of his breath attack. 

Gajeel: Iron Shadow Dragon Roar!

Gajeel unleashes a large amount of iron and shadows from his mouth, generating a very large, powerful, destructive blast.

Gray: Ice Demon Zeroth Destruction Bow!

 Gray creates an intricate bow made of ice and fires an arrow from it at high speeds.

Laxus: Red Lighting Dragon Roar!

Laxus unleashes a concentrated, destructive blast of red lightning. 

Gildarts: All Crush!

Gildarts unleashes his Crush magic in the form of an energy blast.

The combined attacks from the five wizards made direct contact with the frozen Vali and exploded in a massive furry of Fire, Lightning, Ice, Iron, and Shadow. 

All five wizards stood together with defiant looks on their faces. Everyone looked at this with smiles.

Elfman: Alright! That's what I'm talking about!

Loke: They went a little overboard, but I'm not complaining.

Cana: You guys owned that bastard!

Wendy, Happy, Levy, Lucy, Juvia, Bickslow, Evergreen, Freed, Mirajane, and Lisanna: They did it!

Ur: Gray, he's grown so much.

Carla: My... such power.

Erza had her own smile of relief as well. However, Kat, Trish, and Lady both looked to each other with looks of concern, knowing that it wasn't over yet.

???: I must admit, that was exhilarating.

A voice spoke from the cloud of smoke; all the wizards looked shocked as they heard that voice. The smoke cleared to reveal Vali, his blue robe was torn a bit, and he was injured. 

But was only covered in a few minor scratches and bruises, and he was still standing tall as his injuries started to heal. 

Vali: But as I said before, humans cannot defeat a Devil like me.

Natsu: (shocked) What the hell?! He's only a little hurt?!

Laxus: Not only that, but his injuries are being healed!

Lucy: (frighten) All that... and he... only has a few... scratches...?

Gray: (frustrated) Come on! We pored everything we had into that!

Levy: (frighten) If that... couldn't beat him... what will?

Wendy: (shocked) Just how strong... is he?

Carla: (shaking) He is... the Son of Sparda... after all.

Gajeel: But how? I don't get it... I know that he's crazy strong and all; but we whipped out a ton of Dragon Slayer Magic combined with Gildarts's Crush Magic on him! Even Gray's Demon Slayer Magic should've been taking effect, especially when he was hit by his attacks! How is he still standing?!

Vali: Actually, I would thank myself for being part human. I don't like my human half but it still have some useful for me, which makes Demon Slayer Magic not affective on him like normal demons would. 

Ur: So that means Gray's Demon Slayer Magic would be useless on a half-human like Vali or Drake. And he's still able to regenerate even after being hit by Gray. 

Vali: You catch on quick. Before the final attack would land, I was able to heal enough to able summon another doppelgänger to block the attack. By doing so, I take less damage from while the clone was destroyed. 

Gildarts: Damn it. We knew this wouldn't be easy, but this? This makes this battle look like Acnologia all over again. 

Vali: 'Power'. That is what I have been saying all alone, power is the only thing that matters. So allow me to show you the power that I have, the power passed on from my father, the power that will allow me to take both worlds as my own.

His eyes closed as a dark blue aura formed around him and blue wind began to circle around him at intense speeds; forcing Natsu, Gildarts, Laxus, Gajeel, and Gray to cover their faces a bit.

Happy: Woah! What's happening to him?!

Erza and Mirajane both saw this and were shaking with fear as they could feel the power. They both had felt this power before and they knew exactly what was coming next. The blue wind circled Vali more and more as a blue glow began to cover his body.

Trish: GUYS!!! GET BACK NOW!!!

Lady: You're no match for him when he's like that!

Gray: What are you talking about?!

Kat: They're right! You have to get out of there! 

A large flash of blue light; forcing everyone to cover there eyes. When the light subsided; all could look in shock, and most trembled, at what stood in Vali's place.

Natsu: (frighten) You've gotta be kidding me.

Gajeel: (shocked) No way.

Vali's body no longer had its human appearance; he had now, once again, attained his demonic form for he had activated his Devil Trigger. One look from his glowing blue eyes made everyone tremble.

Vali: Now, I shall show you my true destructive power.

The demonic Vali quickly zooming to all five wizards and blasting them all back to the far side of the chamber, all five smacked against the wall.

Gray was amongst the first to recover only for the demonic Va ito appear in front of him and blast him further back. Gray quickly got back on his feet.

Gray: Ice Make: Shield!

Gray created a shield that took the shape of rose pedals, but Vali zoomed through it, shattering it like it was nothing. Gray looked in shock as his face was inches from Vali's demon face. 

He gave the swipe of his black Yamato blade; creating a massive energy wave, that sent Gray soaring to the wall that was near the imprisoned wizards and he smashed into the wall, leaving an impression before falling to the ground face first.

Ur, Loke, Lucy, and Elfman: GRAY!!!

Gray laid on the ground.

Gajeel: Iron Shadow Dragon Club!

Gajeel tried to hit Vali from behind with his shadowy club but he vanished and quickly reappeared in front of Vali and gave a slash in the back, resulting in him yelling pain as he rolled away.

He got up on his knees but Vali thrusted his black blade forward, creating multiple, dark blue energy slices that soared to Gajeel.

Gajeel's mind: I don't believe it, he's cutting through my scales!

Vali finished by zooming forward with his outstretched blade and reappearing behind him. Two seconds later, a large slash cut away the last of Gajeel's scales as he yelled in agony.

Levy, Wendy, and Mirajane: GAJEEL!!!

Gajeel fell.

Gajeel: You piece of...! 

Laxus charge with red lightning surging his body as he yelled and was about to thrust a fist at Vali, but the Devil Trigger Vali unleashes his Judgement Cut on him which made him yell in pain. Then he gave Laxus a fist on his head which cause him crashed on the ground. 

Freed, Evergreen, and Bickslow: LAXUS!!!

Laxus: (groans) Damn it...! 

Gildarts was about to deliver a punch, but Vali slugged Gildarts across his face, creating a shockwave that shook the entire castle they were standing in.

Glidarts: You bastard!

Gildarts uses his Crush Magic, however Vali unleashes Judgement Cut End technique. It not destroyed the Crush Magic, but also gave Gildarts a lot of cuts on his body, he yelled in agony as he fell down on his back. 

Cana: DAD!!! 

Vali turned to see Natsu coming right at him with a flaming fist.

Natsu: Fire Dragon King Destruction Fist!

However, his look became one of shock as Vali caught the fist in his hand with minimal effort. He squeezed his hand, crushing Natsu's fist and causing him to scream in pain

Vali: I've had enough of you, Natsu Dragneel.

The Devil Trigger Vali he flung Natsu to the other side of the chamber, leaving a large impression that he stuck into.

Happy and Lisanna: Natsu!

Everyone could only look in honest horror as Vali just took down five of Fairy Tail's best like this; even those like Erza, Mira, Kat, Lady, and Trish, who had seen this power before, but still couldn't believe how strong it was.

Wendy saw all this and was scared out of her mind, but then, something sparked in her. She had just become a part of this family, and she was not about to loose it like this. 

Carla had finished picking the lock, unlocking Wendy's chains. She fell slightly before running a bit straight to Vali.

Wendy's mind: Even if he is Drake's brother, I won't let Vali get away with this!

Wendy ran towards the ground.

Carla: Wendy! WHAT ARE YOU DOING?!

Wendy: Sky Dragon Roar!

Wendy unleashed her breath attack that went straight for Vali, who turned his head slightly to the attack. There was a large explosion of Sky Magic where Vali once stood.

Wendy took a few deep breaths as she watched the smoke cleared, when it did, no one was there, much to Wendy's surprise.

Wendy: (whispered) Where is he?

Lucy: WENDY!!! BEHIND YOU!!!

Wendy turned around to see the Devil Trigger Vali slap Wendy across the face and send her flying and crashing into the wall.

Carla, Lucy, Trish, Erza, Levy, Mirajane, Lisanna, and Cana: Wendy!

Wendy recovered but fell to her knees as she held her cheek where Vali slapped her. Tears already began to fell as it hurt badly.

Vali: Foolish girl. Even after witnessing my power, you still defied me. Very well then, you've proven to me that you are a nuisance, now die.

Vergil flew forward with his black Yamato at the ready. Wendy screamed as he came close to her and she closed her eyes.

Most of the Wizards: WENDY!!!

Vali came right to her.

*Slash*

Wendy knew she heard a sword slice, but she didn't feel anything. Everyone all looked in shock at what just happened. Gildarts, Laxus, Gajeel and Gray had just recovered to see what just happened, even the Devil Trigger Vali raised an eyebrow in minor surprise. Wendy slowly opened her eyes, once she saw it, her eyes widened in absolute shock.

Wendy: Natsu...

Natsu was standing in front of Wendy, expanding his arms like a cross-formation and exposing his chest. Vali was in front of Natsu, his blade down. He had just taken the hit for her.

Natsu: (struggled) I won't... let you... hurt my... sister.

Once he finished, a diagonal red line formed on his chest before blood all sprayed out of it.

Happy, Erza, Lucy, Levy, Lisanna, and Mirajane: NAAAATTTSSSUUUUUUUU!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Natsu slowly fell backwards.

Gray, Loke, Laxus, Gildarts, Elfman, Cana, Kat, and Trish: NATSU!!!

Natsu slowly came closer to the ground.

Gajeel and Lady: SALAMANDER!!!

Natsu fell right in front of Wendy, who had a look mixed with terror and surprise as tears streamed down her eyes.

Vali: How foolish. I knew he wasn't the smartest, but to do something as stupid as that... I'll never understand these guild wizards.

Wendy then held Natsu's head as he coughed up blood. She looked in horror as she saw the older brother she never had in so much pain; covered in this much blood.

Wendy: (tears came down her cheeks) You... you... monster... How could you...?

Vali: He stood in front of my attack, it was not intended for him.

Gray: YOU PIECE OF CRAP!!!

Happy: YOU MONSTER!!!

Happy angrily flew straight to Vali seeking revenge for Natsu, but the devil grabbed Happy and thrown him away.

Vali: How pathetic, to think you can stand against me? 

Vali then grabbed Wendy by her shirt before he raised the Yamato.

Vali: Don't worry, Wendy, you'll be joining next. 

Vali was to delivery a final blow to Wendy, until...

???: BACK OFF!!!

Vali's face than had a boot planted on it; forcing him to let go of Wendy. A hand then reached down to Vergil's side and snatched something. With a large blade's red slice, Vali was forced back quite the distance.

All the wizards looked in surprise as they saw a familiar red jacket, on a man with white hair land gracefully on the ground, in front of the bleeding Natsu, Wendy, and Happy.

Wendy and Happy: Drake!

They were both happy to see him.

Lucy: I never thought I'd be so happy to see him.

Lucy and everyone else all gained smiles at seeing him. However, the only one not smiling (other than Vali) was Drake himself. He could see all of this, and especially seeing Natsu, saying he was full of anger would be an understatement.

Vali: Hello brother.

Drake: Vali. (held out his hand) You dropped something.

His hand held his red amulet, earning a surprised look from the Devil Trigger Vali.

Vali: Give that to me.

Drake: No way, you've got your own.

Vali: Well, I want yours too.

Drake turned to all the wizards present.

Drake: You guys are probably wondering: why this thing is so special? (held out the amulet) Vali's also got one like this; our mother gave them to us on our eighth birthday. Oh and get this, they are both halves of the key that unlocks the door to the Demon World.

That earned a surprised look from everyone present (with the exceptions being Vergil, Kat, Trish, and Lady).

Erza: What?

Wendy: That's... the key... to the Demon World?

Drake: Yeah, my Dad wasn't exactly the best planner; probably should have hidden it in a volcano or something. 

Vali: Originally it was a key to the Demon World, but it was given to humans as a gift. I would agree that it wasn't the best plan our father had came up with.

Drake: (turned to Vali) One question. Why? (gestures to the Fairy Tail wizards) Why did you involved them? This was between you and me. It had nothing to do with them!

Vali: Since you joined their guild, it was evident that they would have interfered, whether you would ask or not. I only sought to remove them so they wouldn't interfere.

Drake clenched the fist that held the amulet.

Drake: I'm sorry, guys. I'm sorry I brought this all on you. But I promise, that I'm gonna make it right starting now.

Everyone all watched as Drake slowly walked to his brother's Devil Trigger appearance.

Vali: One last time, give me the amulet.

Drake: You want it? Come and take it. 

He closed his eyes and a red glow formed around him. Red wind began to circle him and engulf his body, it began to glow a brighter red until there was a bright red flash; forcing everyone to cover there eyes. 

Once the flash was done, all the Fairy Tail wizards could look in complete surprise at what was now standing in Drake's place.

His body was mostly red; save for a black chest, it looked like he still had a red jacket that was now a part of his skin, which now had scales on it. He also had black lines that were near his legs. His feet were red claws and his hands were black claws. He had two large black bat-like wings on his back. He had a black face with silver horns and glowing yellow eyes. His right hand held Rebellion which was a black sword now.

Drake: What do you think? Not too shabby?

Vali: So you to have your Devil Trigger, now.

Drake: Of course, we are the Sons of Sparda. Within each of us, flows his blood. But more importantly, his Soul! And my soul, is saying that it wants to stop you!

Vali gave a dark and ironic laugh.

Vali: Unfortunately, our souls are at odds brother. (clenched his fist) I need more power!

Drake: And we're supposed to be twins.

Vali: Twins... right...

Drake began to glow a dark red, while Vali began to glow a dark blue as both Devil Trigger brothers stared each other then. Drake motioned his right claw to come forward.

Drake: Come on, Bro. Let's go.
