Chapter 6

''Yes I have drugged your wife'' Paragus told Vegeta. ''But I was blackmailed and I did not want to do this,'' he said.

''You can prove that in the court tomorrow,'' Vegeta said. 4 guard came and took Paragus to the dungeons. ''I hereby declare that the ball is ending sadly; it should have been longer,'' Vegeta said to the guests. After he said that, all the guests left the castle and went to their homes.

Vegeta took me to our shared bedroom and made sure I was guarded until he came back. ''What are you gonna do Vegeta?'' I asked him.

''I am gonna pay the council a visit so we can have a lawsuit against Paragus'' he told me.

''But think Paragus might be blackmailed,'' I said trying to defend my friend.

''But He still has to prove it until he has evidence that he is blackmailed, he is still the main suspect,'' he told me. After our short conversation, I felt asleep.

Timeskip till morning.

I woke up by someone lightly shaking me. I opened my eyes and saw one of the maids. ''Your majesty, you have to wake up breakfast is served in 30 minutes'' she told me. ''After breakfast, you and the King will go to the council for the lawsuit'' she told me. I thanked her and dismissed her. I quickly got dressed and went to the dining room. The table was filled with all sorts of fruits, yogurts, bread, and juices. I filled my plate with some bread and put strawberry jam on it. after I was done, eating one of the Captain of the royal guards, Zorn, came to pick me up. ''Are you ready milady?'' he asked me.

''Please when we are alone you can call me May,'' I told him. ''Zorn, do you think Paragus poisoned me on purpose or do you think he was blackmailed,'' I asked him.

''With all the respect mi... May I think he has done it on purpose, but we can'' say anything till we have evidence'' he said.

We were in front of the Council room. Zorn opened the door. ''Are you ready?'' he asked
