Chapter Three
"Morgan, we need to really need to stress that you should really be careful around this man. God, whatever he his." Kennedy spoke. The two had been friends since childhood. They were now sixteen and on their way to negotiate the fate of the earth. "He's dangerous."
"I think I know what I'm doing. After all, dad warned me about him and that one girl that Strange is in charge of." Morgan replied motioning to the demon sitting on the couch. She was a succubus, a demon who was born to seduce and kill. Tony had told her many times to stay away from her. So she did. Kennedy however,
"(Y/N), please. Smack some sense into her." She pleaded.
"Tony said she should go talk to the guy. Who am I to disobey? Besides, I don't know him or his tendencies. Hell, I don't even know his name." She spoke from her spot on the couch, not looking up from her book once.
"See? Even she agrees. And she's a demon." Morgan reasoned. She then turned her head to the direction she heard her father calling her from.
"Remember what I told you." Tony said as he walked to his daughter. She was a spitting image of her mother. But she had his eyes.
"Yeah, yeah, yeah. I got it. Watch what I say, make sure that it's beneficial, don't do anything to provoke him." Tony nodded and then sent her and Kennedy to commence the negotiation. "Where is this-" Morgan was cut off by Kennedy as she got a nudge on the arm. She looked over to the tall man standing at the other end of the room looking out the window. "Is that him?" She whispered to her friend.
"If you're referring to me, then yes. More than likely." He spat. When he turned around to face the two girls they saw his face. His sharp cheekbones, vibrant green eyes, and pale skin. "I take it you're Morgan Stark." He said as more of a statement than a question.
"How does he know your name?" Kennedy whispered to her. As far as they knew, neither of them had ever met in their entire lives.
"You can refrain from whispering now. I can hear every word you're saying." He said from his spot in the room, now turning his entire body around. "I was told I would be speaking with Morgan Stark and Morgan alone."
Kennedy then took a defensive stance, "I'm not gonna leave you two alone in a room and do something one or both of you will regret. Just cause she's the age of consent doesn't mean-"
"I have no interest in bedding your friend. You Midgardians are not exactly favorable. I've come here on my brother's behalf. To discuss a peace treaty."
"So you aren't gonna try and do anything with her?" Kennedy asked. He shook his head and chuckled. Morgan found a seat at the table that was in the room and the meeting began.
Throughout the entire conference he spoke eloquently, never stumbling, never missing a beat. Whatever her argument was he always had a reasonable counter argument, not once had it gotten heated. After the meeting had concluded, the three of them parted ways. The two girls leaving to where they came from and him going through and external door.
"Y'know, we never got his name." Kennedy spoke. It was fine with Morgan, she didn't care if she knew who he was or not. As the two passed (Y/N), who remained in her spot from earlier, she stopped them.
"How'd it go?" She asked.
"It went well. We agreed on some things and the treaty will be finalized in two weeks." Morgan explained. She was glad it would be over, yet anxious for what could possibly happen.
"How was Thor?"
"Oh sweetie, that wasn't Thor. Thor is so much, so much," Kennedy began, she couldn't quite find the word she was looking for. "Hotter."
"Very elegant, Kennedy. You always know just what to say don't you?" Morgan quipped, she had the same amount of sarcasm her dad did. Even though the two would never admit it.
"So Morgan, how did it go? He didn't attack you or anything did he? He didn't do any-"
"She thinks he's hot. Whoever he is." (Y/N) joked. The comment made Tony furious. The last thing he wanted was his daughter being infatuated with that man.
"No I don't! I don't even know his name. And I don't want to. I'm not gonna be seeing him ever again so it doesn't matter!" Morgan exclaimed. This man wouldn't be back to finalize the treaty, Thor would. He even told her himself that he wouldn't be back.
"You better not be lying or you will never, and I mean never, be doing one of these things ever again. Am I understood?" Tony barked, he didn't want to see his little girl get hurt.
"Yes dad."
