Archie's POV

I groan as I blink my eyes open but the bright lights make me close them immediately. Taking sometime, I prepare this time and open my eyes to come in contact with the well known white ceiling of the physician's lab. I have been here before for regular monthly check ups, that's how I easily identify the place. Moving my eyes from the ceiling, I see Kian sitting on a chair beside the bed that I'm currently laying on. Why are we here anyway?

My eyes widen when I remember how I suddenly felt strong pain in my tummy and was brought to the physician's lab by Kian. I immediately look at my tummy to find it flat as if there wasn't my babies there to begin with. Tears pool my eyes and I quickly call Kian because I don't understand what's happening.

"Kian, wake up." I call him abit loudly and he gets up instantly before staring at me surprised.

"Archie, you woke up?" He states while caressing my cheeks.

"Where are our babies?" I ask the first thing that's bugging my mind and making me anxious.

"There." He states and moves alittle to the side.

Three cribs arranged one beside the other comes to my vision. So we had three babies. Yet again, my eyes fill with tears but this time it's happy tears. Finally, I can see my babies and I'm even more happy that nothing happened to them.

With Kian's help, I get down the bed while holding on my tummy where it's bandaged and slowly walk to the cribs. When I stand in front of the cribs, I see my babies bundled up in soft white cloth as they're sleeping peacefully. But what disturbs is that set of wires that are linked to them via some machines.

"Kian, is anything wrong with our babies?" I question him worriedly but my eyes stay rooted on them. They're too cute and beautiful to look away.

"No, Archie, nothing is wrong. As they're born prematurely by two months, the physician put them on these arrangements because it would help them. They're fine now, don't worry." He responds and I gently caress the cheeks of babies one after the another.

They're so small and soft, even softer than Gia when she was born. Maybe because of premature birth, but it's okay as long as they're fine and healthy. That's all it matters. I spend some more time by standing there and just staring at them until Kian call me.

"Let's go back to the bed, Archie. Even you need to rest, right?" He says and slowly walks us back to the bed.

Sitting on the bed, I think back to what actually happened that day when I felt the sudden pain. As I lost consciousness, the last thing I remember is Kian carrying me to the physician's lab.

"Kian, what happened after I lost consciousness? Why did the babies born prematurely?" I question him lying on the bed with which he helps me.

"The physician said because you were carrying three babies, you gave premature birth. It's normal. He said from the studies he learnt it was noted that mostly triples are born premature. So it's nothing to worry. When I brought you here, he operated you immediately. You and the babies are fine. Because of weakness, you slept till now and as for the babies, they needed to be monitored closely until their health becomes stable." He explains and I sigh as everything is fine now.

"So, the gender of the babies, what about it?" I query because I'm curious to know. As they all are wrapped in white bundles, I couldn't see to know myself.

"It's two baby boys and a baby girl." He smiles while answering and a huge smile breaks out my lips.

"Really?" I exclaim unable to believe.

"Ofcourse, why will I lie?" He shrugs before chuckling at me.

We laugh at eachother before we hear the footsteps rushing into the room and a second later, I find mother-in-law and father-in-law entering the room with Gia.

"Archie, you woke up? How are you feeling now?" Mother-in-law asks worriedly.

"I woke up just now, mother-in-law. I'm fine now." I reply and sit up as Gia sits next to me.

"It's good then. Sorry we couldn't stay here for long. But it's because Kian wouldn't let us, so we went to the chamber after seeing the grandbabies." She says confusing me.

"You were here before?" I ask confused.

"Ofcourse, we were. When Kian was bringing you here, guards informed us about it. We were here instantly and saw the grandbabies. Later, Kian told us to go back as he was here anyway." She explains and I nod at her before turning to Kian.

"Kian,vwhen can we go back to our place?" I inquire because I don't like staying here.

"We can go wherever you want, Archie. I was waiting for you to wake up and decide." He states.

"But what about the babies?" I note as in here they're provided with all the facilities.

"I'll arrange everything in our room for the babies, just like now. So, don't worry about that. If you want to leave now, let's go. I'll go and inform the physician." He answers and I nod at him

So, he leaves the room to talk to the physician and gets back few minutes later.

"He's going to arrange everything in sometime, after that we can get going." Kian informs us.

We wait until everything is ready and once it's done with the help of guards by carrying the equipments to our room, we make our way to the room. Kian, mother-in-law and father-in-law carry one baby each and I hold Gia's hand as we leave. I wanted to hold one of the baby but they didn't agree. They said my stitches are still fresh and I shouldn't carry them now. Though, I didn't like it I agreed because I didn't want to disappoint them when they're only thinking good for me.

The physician tags along with us as he assistants to set the machines for the babies. When we reach our room, they lay each baby in one of the crib and the physician sets everything. Once everything is settled, everyone leaves the room and I lay on the bed feeling weak. Gia sits beside me as Kian wipes my skin with warm water.

"Mama, these are the babies you carried till now?" Gia asks me making me look at her.

"Yes, Gia. They're your siblings." I tell her with a smile.

"Really? They're baby brothers and sisters?" She exclaims with wide eyes.

"Yeah, baby brothers and baby sister." I reply and Kian goes to the bathe area to put those things back as he finished cleaning me.

"Mama, I'm so happy. Now, I'm their big sister, right? Can I hold them please?" She pouts as she requests.

"You can't hold them now, Gia. They're still so small, when they grow little big then you can hold them. Okay?" I say as now she won't be able to hold them and also they're still under care.

"Okay, mama. When they grow big, I'll hold them and tell them I'm their big sister." She agrees cheerfully.

"Ohh, you're big sister now." I tease her earning chuckles from her and Kian who just got back.

"Mama, what do I call them? Do they have names yet?" She questions and I look at Kian who sat by Gia, holding her.

"They don't have names yet, baby. How about we do this, three of us decide one name for each baby?" Kian suggest earning a loud yes from Gia, "so, who will you name, brother or sister?"

"I'll name my baby sister." She replies to Kian excitedly.

"Okay, your mama and I name your baby brothers." Kian plays along with her.

I already thought of a name, both girl and boy. Kian already discussed this thing with me before, only Gia didn't know this because he wanted to surprise her. So, I prepared myself.

"So what name you'll give her?" He asks her and she thinks for a moment before responding.

"Nicha, I'll name her nicha. In my yesterday's study time, I learnt words and it's meaning. Nicha means pure, my baby sister is going to be pure girl. Do you like it, papa?" She replies and queries Kian for his opinion.

"It's great, baby. I like it alot." Kian accepts immediately as he won't say anything against her.

"Mama, do you like it?" She then asks me.

"Yes, Gia. I like it, it suits your baby sister." I agree because it's really thoughtful of her to think and come up with meaningful name.

"Now, you both say the names." As she finished hers, she rushes us to say.

"I'll name your elder brother as Direk." Kian says and I smile knowing why he chose that name.

It literally means ruler and as someone who's going to rule the kingdom after Kian, I think it suits him perfect.

"Mama, it's your turn now." Gia calls me out and I nod before answering her.

"I choose Aran." I tell them and Gia starts clapping as we revealed all three names.

"I like it mama, I like all the names." She exclaims happily and we laugh along with her.

Our naming session comes to an end and Gia continues to stay with us because she said she wants to stay with the babies. And as she didn't have study session today, we let her. We had our lunch at the afternoon and just laid on the bed the whole time. I was taking rest while Kian and Gia were accompanying me.

It's been a week since I gave birth to the triplets and I almost recovered. The babies are still under the care as the physician suggested it for almost two weeks, so we have one more week left. Now the babies are opening their eyes and seeing us but it's for very short time. I'm just happy that they're becoming healthy day by day.

"Are you ready?" Kian queries as I stand by the cribs and coo at the babies.

"Yeah, but we will be back early right?" I question him because I don't want to leave them even for a second.

"We'll be back in few minutes." He assures so I nod before looking at the babies once and going with him.

Today, celebrations are going on in the kingdom. Kian is officially going to announce about the babies to the kingdom. The arrangements are made even more bigger than when Gia was introduced. But we're going to be there only for few minutes, just until the announcement is made and get back to our room. Until then, rema is looking after the babies as they're still under care. As for Gia, she's coming with us.

When we reach the venue which is filled with crowd, without much delay Kian announces about the babies. Cheers and claps fill the place as everyone congratulates us. We thank everyone and start the celebrations which is later carried on by others. As Gia wanted to stay there for sometime more, we leave her with in-laws and head back to our chamber. My heart feels at ease when I see the babies again and send rema off as we're here now. Taking off the heavy clothes, we put on the night wear before getting on the bed to sleep.

I make myself comfortable by placing my head on Kian's shoulder and my hand around his torso while I threw one of my leg on his. One of his hand wraps around my waist as the other lies under my nape, embracing me to him. I feel content sleeping in this way.

"Kian," I call out his name and when he hums, I continue, "are you happy now?"

"I've been always happy from the time you entered my life. Being with you is the most happiest. But why do you ask suddenly?" He whispers kissing my head.

"Our journey wasn't easy. You didn't like me and we were going to separate. But when you stated liking me, we had other obstacles to face because I couldn't give you a child. We even overcame those and now we're finally together, with everything. So I just want to know if you're happy." I state looking up at him.

"I might have not liked you at the beginning but once I started loving you, I never stopped. All the hurdles we went through only made our bond strong. You proved to be the right queen for me by giving everything that I ever wanted." He replies with a smile.

I smile back at him before reducing the gap between us as we inch close to eachother. And in a flash, he captures my lips in his giving me a passionate kiss. When we pull away, he utters the words which always makes me skip my heartbeat and make up cheeks heat up.

"I love you, my queen."

"I love you, too," I reply his confession with a huge smile, "KING."
