A/N: Hey everyone! So I know there is already a chapter 2 for this story, but I wanted to do this extra chapter. Some of you may have read two versions of chapter 2, the original and the edited copy. This is because I changed my mind on the content after posting the 2nd chapter.

However, I probably should explain a few things before we continue. So here is a little secret that was supposed to be in the last chapter.

Kimiko POV

Ok so I lied when I said that Eriko was my only company when I left Konoha. I actually had one other person....well, sort of.

There was one night of celebration right after my team passed our second try at the chunnin exams. Somebody ended up spiking the cup of punch I had and well....Shino and I had a romantic night together. Or should I say....our LAST night together.

In the early hours of the following morning, I packed up my things and Eriko and I hit the road.

It wasn't until over a month later that I realized that something was off with me.

How? Well for starters, I'd get sick every morning. I eventually figured out what had happened, and this strengthened my goal of finding some place safe to live.

I was close to term by the time I reached the sound village, and a few weeks after arriving there I was in charge of a little boy with my hair color and skin tone and my eyes. The only trait from his father was his eye and nose shape.

When Shino finally showed up to find me, I was nervous about him meeting Tadashi. But when we arrived at my apartment, I felt sure of my decision. The minute I opened the door, Tadashi came toddling over to me. Shino was stunned at first, but after introductions they both hugged and got along well.
