A/N: the first one was slightly more popular than I had first assumed so I decided to carry on and do more Kazehaya x readers! Hope you enjoy! And incase you're wondering, in these stories Sawako exists just doesn't fall in love with Kazehaya.

"Ne Ryu?" You said looking up from your bowl of ramen. Like usual you were hanging out with your childhood friends Chizu and Ryu at his dad's ramen shop.

"Yes, (f/n)" he said but proceeded to carry on serving customers. "I was just wondering but, is Kazehaya-kun going to be at morning baseball practice tomorrow?" Ryu looked at you and shrugged his shoulders. "Most likely."

You could feel the tips of your mouth curving into a slight smile. Chizu raised her head from her bowl and looked towards you. "Hey (f/n), since when did you become so interested in Kazehaya eh?" Your cheeks warmed up when she said that.

There was only one obvious reason, you were in love with him and why you wanted to know about baseball practice. Because you wanted to watch your crush play his favourite sport.

You loved the look of determination when he was batting but what you loved most, was his cheery, laid back attitude towards everything. He could handle situations maturely or just brush them off with a laugh, you however, was short tempered, hot headed and ready to make a big deal out of nothing.

"Y...you know perfectly well why, Chi!" You blurted out, after snapping back into real life from your daydream. She just smirked as you waved your hands around and blushed bright red. You were crazy and a joker, that's why she liked being friends with you so much.

While waving your hands about your sleeve of your shirt slid down, revealing your watch. You took a glance at the time and your eyes widened. "Oh man 9:50 already! I gotta go!" You quickly said before picking up all your belongings and rushing out the door.

Looking at your watch again you decided that you had enough time to study before going to bed, early enough to wake up at practice time. When you arrived home you heaved yourself into your room and made your way to your desk. There you began studying and completing a dramatic amount of your homework pile. Before you knew it you were engrossed in studying and did not care for having an early night. And when you eventually did fall asleep, it was at your desk, late, late into the night.

Your alarm clock rang for the fifth time this morning and for the fifth time you slammed your fist on the snooze button, still wanting to sleep. When you finally did wake up it was 7:45. Never mind being late for practice, if you didn't get moving you'd be late for actual school!

When you got to class you crept in through the doors, so your teacher wouldn't see you. Making as little noise as possible you took your seat beside Chizu and your other friend Sawako. As you quietly but heavily slumped yourself into your seat and breathed a sigh of relief.

"Safe!" Chizu laughed and you, Sawa and Yano (your other dear friend who sat infront of Sawa) joined in earning a glare from Pin-sensei. At lunch you decided to go find Kazehaya and Ryu, well mainly Kazehaya. They were at the pitch playing baseball.

Once Kazehaya took a glimpse of you he was sprinting to your side. "(L/n)- chan!" He panted. You just waved and replied "H...hi Kazehaya-k...kun," you could feel your blush creeping up and kept fighting the urge to run away in embarrassment. It was silent for a while between you two.

"Um." You both said in sync. "You go first" "No you," it went continuously like this until he put his hand on your lips to stop you talking. This made your heart stop and skip multiple beats. He snapped his hand back blushing but continued speaking.

"Um, I didn't see you at practice this morning. What happened? Don't tell me you don't like watching us anymore." You shook your head vigorously and waved your hands about.

"It's not like that at all! I love watching you.......... Guys! You guys, play baseball, really! I just overslept last night from over-studying heh." You rubbed the back of your neck. He let out a heavy sigh of relief.

"Thank goodness," he breathed. You looked at him awkwardly. He blushed. "Well, for some reason whenever your around I kinda have a motivation to try my very hardest to win, to y'know impress you. But if you were to stop showing up and stop supporting me.....us, I mean us, well I don't know how I'll be able to ever play again."

Your face was hot and flustered now, it felt like a confession but knowing the honest nature of Kazehaya you knew this wasn't so. "Don't worry I promise I won't ever leave your side, I'll go to practice as often as possible and will cheer you on!" His eyes lit up and he smiled sweetly. He took you into his arms and embraced you tightly.

"Oh thank you (l/n)-chan you're the best! I love you so much!" Wait what? He suddenly pulled away and clamped his hand over his mouth, blushing. "Your kidding right? You love me?" You gasped. You shook your head, 'he probably meant it in a friendly way (f/n) don't get over excited' you told yourself.

He looked into your eyes softly and nodded. "I'm not kidding (l/n) I seriously love you, ever since I met you that time in middle school." Oh man you felt like you were going to cry with joy. Oh stuff it, you didn't feel like crying, you were crying.

"Eh (l/n) chan... Are you ok?" You hugged him tight and sobbed. "I love you too Kazehaya-kun!!" He smiled and wrapped his arms around you. "Well then, would you do me the honour of being my uh girlfriend?" He stuttered. You nodded into his chest and you could hear your heart exploding right there and then.

You could suddenly hear clapping behind you and a few sniffles. Both of you turned around to find your four best friends cheering behind you, with Sawa sobbing tears of happiness.

To celebrate the making of the new couple you all went to Ryuu's father's house and ate endless amounts of ramen. 'Today was the best day in my whole high school life!' You thought as you walked home with Kazehaya, holding the hand that you had been reaching out to for so long.
