After Jasper had left, I continued working on the drone again, trying to work as fast as possible. But then I came to a frustrating realization - I was out of screws. I then ran to the door and swung it open, running out into the hallway like a madman. I needed every second I could get to get this damn drone built or Lapis Lazuli will end me. I pressed the button for the elevator, and the creaky doors slid open. I stepped in and pressed the UG button and waited for the elevator to descend again. 

As the doors opened, I walked out into the dark hallway, trudging up to the heavy door, but then I heard something that caught my attention. There was a mysterious door on the right that I never noticed before, and there seemed to be talking behind it. In fact, it sounded like the voice belonged to Lapis. I pressed my ear to the door - being the nosy shit I am - and tried to hear what she was saying. 

It sounded like she was talking on the phone. "Yup......I told you, I'll get it done, alright?......Yes, yes. I swear by the end of the week, there'll be a bullet in her brain, 'k?.....No I'm not gonna get someone else to do it. I'm....u-used to this stuff, anyway....I'LL FUCKIN' DO IT OKAY?! GET OFF MY ASS!......a'ight, buh-bye..." So from what I heard, she was planning to do a murder for someone, and she didn't seem happy about it, either - but why? Why couldn't she just say no? I mean, she is the boss around here, right? My thoughts were interrupted when I suddenly heard soft sniffles and sobs.

"Why do I do this?! What the fuck is wrong with me? W-where did I go wrong....?" she muttered in between sobs. My extreme fear of her was almost immediately replaced with extreme sympathy. I thought she loved her job...

There was then silence....and I heard light footsteps closer to the door, and I immediately dashed away from it, and entered in the door to the underground system thingy place. I walked up to the Jaspers' table, and they all turned their heads toward me. The Jasper I knew stood up and walked over to a corner and gestured for me to follow. "What's up?" She asked in a hushed voice. 

"I just overheard Lapis crying in her room, saying she hates her job and wonders where she went wrong! I'm starting to think you should probably apologize to her..." I explain. "Apologize to her?! I can't do that! She doesn't deserve an apology!" Jasper whisper-shouts through gritted teeth. "You tried to kill her! How could you say that?!" I whisper-shout back. "She also verbally abused me while we were together! She was always taunting me and insulting me!" "You think physical abuse is any better?!" "Frankly, yes! Especially if you are emotionally unstable!!" "What are you even talking about, Jasper?! She was emotionally unstable and weak when you physically abused her!! You don't have any shame in that whatsoever?!" I began to shout - not whisper shout, just shout.

"You don't know Lapis like I do!" Jasper growled, stepping forward. "I know her enough to know how fucking broken she is!" I yelled, defensively stepping back. "I'm also doing you a favor because as soon as you apologize to her, she might actually let you off the hook and stop being so mad at you!" I shout, pointing a finger in her face. She then slapped my hand out of the way and pushed me, and I stumbled back, but caught myself. 

I shoved her back, and she stumbled backward as well, also catching herself. I could feel several eyes of other gang members now on us - but I didn't care at this point. "Why won't you do this?! Will you please just be a little intrapersonal and considerate for once and say you're sorry for almost shooting her at least?!" I ask desperately at this point. I really do not like losing arguments - I find it pointless trying to form an argument and not become successful in result, so I always have to. "FUCK YOU!!!" she yelled at the top of her lungs. This set me off, and I then socked her in the chin, and she took several steps back, holding her face.

I immediately regretted it afterwards, for she gave me an angered and frightening expression, and she charged at me full speed. I screeched in terror and she threw a right punch in the nose. The sudden impact knocked me onto my back, and horrid memories flooded into my mind at that exact moment. Jasper looked down at me in anger, then after a few moments, she realized what she had done, and her expression turned into complete fear and sadness. I held my nose, and I felt hot tears streaming down my face. SLAM! "WHAT THE BLOODY HELL IS GOING ON IN HERE?!" I heard a distressed and angered voice shout. Oh shit....
