Chapter 5 - Psychotic Players

"U-Uh... Mi-Midoriya." Ochako called out.

"It's Deku." He pointed at her. "Keep practicing."

She replied. "I-I'm sorry, D-Deku, b-but why this outfit?"

"Can I see?" Izuku immediately turned his head to see her but she was hiding her entire body behind the door, popping her head out only.

"I-It's really embarrassing." She said in a tone with no confidence.

He insisted. "I just wanna check it out. Don't worry, it's only me."

Ochako gulped nervously. Hesitant at first, she walked out of the room and revealed the outfit Izuku gave her.

"I-It's too exposed. Why do I have to wear this in the game?" She whined, looking down, timidly.

It was a kind of skimpy outfit, with only a laced shirt being covered, which wasn't helping and very short skirt, almost having the urge to be an underwear and boots.

"I feel kinda bare with this."

Izuku went in closer to her just to place his hands on her shoulder and look at her intently.

"Dolly," He whispered lowly to her. "You look cute as hell in that outfit."

Her cheeks immediately responded with a red tint blush burning up her face as they were close. "B-But do they wear these things in the game?"

"Of course they do! There are even some of them wearing lingeries but I'm telling you, those weren't pretty." He took a step back and went back to the mirror.

Ochako analyzed Izuku's attire. He was wearing a formal black blazer with long, white polo shirt inside, with his sleeves folded and his hair placed up in the air as he applied some gel.

He looked rather hot for a mailman.

"You wear that?"

"Yeah. This is my signature look." He then fixed his tie as he took one last glimpse of himself before going back to the lady.

"How do I look?"

He then showed his appearance to the fine lady.

"Y-You look great." A tint red blush appeared on her soft cheeks.

She then watched Izuku holding her palm and abruptly caressing it gently.

"What am I supposed to do there?"

He hummed. "I guess you could say, we're basically teammates there."

With her eyes widened, she felt her heart beating fast. "B-But what kind of game is this?"

His hands went straight to her head as she caressed her hair next along with a soft shush. "It's okay. Just wait and see later. I don't wanna worry you."

He gave off a smile after that.

She felt worried. As if this was a bad idea.

But she was just addicted to him that her mind would never come across to leaving his side.

How did it come to this?

As they both entered his car, they went straight to the venue itself. Ochako never would've thought of being in this kind of situation despite her life being boring, sad and depressing.

"How long will it take to get there?" She asked just as they left the garage.

He hummed. "Around half an hour, I guess."

She nodded back, trailing her hands around her chest to cover herself up. Her cheeks blush, afraid to show the public her attire. Most of her skin was exposed and she felt completely embarrassed that her chest was almost shown.

"Are you sure I'm supposed to wear this?" She asked once again.

He sighed. "I told you, relax. People find that normal here."

About half an hour, Ochako saw Izuku driving through a peculiar turn in an old highway.

"W-Why are we here?"

She read the sign acrossed the road, showing the words "Road Closed."

"It mentioned that the road was closed." She looked at Izuku.

"This is the place." He then parked in a strange, abandoned, filthy, huge building in the middle of nowhere.

"W-Where are we?" She asked him.

He got out of the car and replied to her before closing it. "We have arrived at our destination, ma'am."

He then went around the car to open the door for Ochako, since it's set to Child's lock. "Let's get in. We're a bit late, I think."

Ochako gulped as they entered the dark alley through the rusty, metal door. When she closed it, noises were immediately heard.

Sounds of laughters and screams were coming from the end of the hallway with light. She saw people walking around and laughing and talking.

"T-This is the place?" She asked.

He nodded in reply.

Once they went inside the place, they saw a lot of people around the vicinity. Ochako's eyes couldn't believe it when she saw the people. Or rather rivals.

They had ugly and insane outfits on them. With lots of tattoos, weird hair colouring and some face makeup on their faces that looked rather intimidating along with their awfully scary designated masks.

Her body went closer to Izuku as fear started filling up her guts. Many of them were scary looking.

She looked at one side, there was a couple making out in the corner with the girl sitting on the male's lap, grinding on him. The brunette looked away immediately seeing on the other side, two males taking in some injections with a huge smile on their faces, with laughters as well.

She shivered a bit and felt frightened with these people. "I-I'm scared."

He smiled at her. "It's okay. Just hold onto me if you feel uncomfortable."

She then saw two people that appeared to look like kids. As she look closely, they were kids. A boy and a girl. The little girl with white hair was wearing a cute short dress with the guy wearing a cap with horns, dressed normally.

There were kids too in this game with these bunch of monsters.

But they were the only ones.

"Hey! Is that Deku?!" Someone screamed from the other side of the room. "Everyone! It's Deku!"

Everyone's head turned to the direction of where the man was pointing at, revealing Deku in their sight. They all were full of shock.

"I-It's really him." Someone inside the room told.

"He's back."

"Who's Deku?"

Ochako looked around, seeing everyone's eyes on them, feeling a bit of anxiety as she felt herself sweating so much.

"He brought another girl, huh?"

Ochako's eyes widened with surprise and looked at the direction of the voice, showing a girl wearing shorts and a bra only. She had black hair and it was tied up. It was the girl she saw making out with a guy. She looked rather gorgeous and elegant with that face.

"Yeah, I'm back." He told to everyone.

"Deku!!" An aggressive call was heard from acrossed the hall. Ochako flinched with the sudden loudness of the tone.

He came out from a chair and went towards the two of them. He had blonde hair and lots of tattoos around his body. He wasn't even wearing a shirt. Not to mention, some blood appearing in his face already.

Ochako felt scared to death.

"K-Kacchan." Deku responded to the male.

"Fuck that name! I'm now called Lord Explosion Murder!" He said in very loud tone infront of his face.

Izuku showed him bored eyes and replied back. "What an unpleasant name."

"Huh?! What the fuck is wrong with you?!" He said but smiled at the end. "You finally came back after 2 years just to kick my ass?!"

The blonde, Lord Explosion Murder, or else, the one Deku called him, Kacchan, appeared to be laughing hysterically at him.

"You left after I beat you!" He laughed again. "You still remember what happened?!"

Ochako found him insane. But something caught her eyes. She saw Izuku's hand shaking a bit.

Her eyes widened and looked back at his face.

He seemed pretty normal. But his body was shaking so much.

He was afraid.

"And you're still wearing that same attire when the incident happened."

Her hand slowly intertwined her hand with his, calming him down. Izuku gasped slightly and looked back at Ochako holding his arm.

Izuku stared at her for a couple of seconds and inhaled deeply and talked back at him.

"This time, I'll beat you for sure, Kacchan."

"Hah?! You?! I have won all the games after you left. Now I'm the champion of Kill Battle Royale. Not you anymore."

Izuku gritted his teeth behind his mouth and stared at him furiously. But soon after that, he smiled.

"Just you wait."

He scoffed at him back.

"Hun~ where are you?" A certain female called the blondie.

"I'm here. And look who decided to show up." Kacchan told her when she when she went to him.

Ochako's eyes were widely open as her mouth shivered and her whole body trembling. Her legs were about to give in when she saw Kacchan's partner. Almost having the urge to call her out.

"Toga? Y-You're playing with him?" Izuku said.

Toga, Ochako's school bully, was playing this game.

"Yeah, ever since we broke up, I figured out this place because of him." She giggled as Kacchan wrapped his arms around her waist.

Her attire was worst to begin with.

"So, who's your new partner, Deku?" He slurred purposely.

Izuku looked back at Ochako as she hesitantly took a step forward, revealing herself to everyone after hiding behind Izuku's back.

Everyone stared at her with awe at her appearance, beauty and attire. Especially her body being beautifully exposed with the outstanding clothes.

Kacchan, on the other hand, was speechless after seeing her. He watched Izuku wrapped his arms around Ochako's waist.

"This is my new and absolutely stunning partner, Uravity."

Kacchan let go of Toga's waist and went closer to Ochako.

"Hey, Uravity." He greeted. "I'm Lord Explosion Murder. During the vacant time, maybe you wanna chat a bit?" He winked at her.

Her face was slightly embarrassed and went closer to Izuku. "It's alright, I won't bite." He told. "You're such an introvert for such a game, I like it."

"Hun!" Toga called angrily, noticing Kacchan giving the attention to Ochako.

He sighed frustratingly but felt a hand gripping his shoulder tightly as he saw Izuku looking at him with his eyes hooded with annoyance.

"This is my partner. Now go to your trash, she's calling." He pushed him back.

Kacchan stared at him with anger. He felt rather irritated at his actions. He went in closer to Izuku and whispered at his ear.

"You'll see, Deku. Once I win, I'll have your Uravity as my next." He chuckled lowly as he left.

"What did you say to him?" Toga asked him as she followed him.

"Nothing, let's go." They both left.

It seemed like Toga didn't recognized Ochako.

Ochako gripped tightly onto Izuku's sleeves.

"It's okay." He said to her.

Ochako smiled at him, as he found it cute. Such a quiet girl, holding onto his clothes due to fear as she held onto him as he protects her.

The brunette felt worried.

They did mention about his past with this game. It was making her wonder now and feeling a bit curious about it. But she was still worried for him. He had a previous partner.

They talked about an incident 2 years ago.

Not to mention, he dated Toga. The thought of it made her heart torn into two. She felt rather irritated about it that the fact that Toga and him have dated before.

But she kept quiet and kept it all to herself.

There were so many things she doesn't know about him.

"Come on, let's go sign up." Izuku told as he guided her to a certain table.

They arrived at the registration table and wrote down their names and wills.

"You sure this is a friendly game?" She asked him as he started writing.

"I didn't mention anything about friendly." He replied.

Her eyes widened a bit with shock and looked around the place anxiously. All the people appeared to be staring at them, as they caught all of their attention.

She felt scared.

"Hey, Deku! Long time no see!" A certain male greeted him suddenly, with another behind him.

He had two funny looking gears wrapped around each of his shoulders and the rest of his upper body was bare. He was wearing black, baggy pants and his sharp looking teeth was eye catching for Ochako along with his sharp, red hair. But he looked rather kind and carefree for appearance.

The one behind had bright yellow hair with slight black thunder shaped scratch on it. He wore blue glasses and was wearing a black coat with white designated lines around it.

"Red Riot. I see you're still alive." He gave off a small laugh as the other male laughed too.

He responded. "I'm surprised as well," His eye then followed to the lovely lady behind Izuku. "And why won't you introduced us to this beautiful lady?"

"She's my partner." Izuku told.

"What's your name, Miss?" Asked the guy with the yellow hair.

"U-Uravity." She answered.

He replied. "I'm with the name Charge Bolt, nice to meet you, Uravity." He held out his hand as they both shake their hands.

"My name's Red Riot." The red-haired told. "Hope to have a nice game with you."

"Man, stop that."

The three of the male started laughing. Ochako wasn't getting any of them.

"So, you're still with the same partner, you two?" Izuku asked both of them.

Red Riot nodded. "Yeah, see that beauty? She's still with me." He pointed at a female from afar.

She had pretty pink unruly hair and was wearing a grey eye mask. Her skin, so light, it gave off a shade of pink as well. She was wearing a skimpy looking attire on her but not too exposed.

"Wow, still together, I see."

"Of course." He answered back proudly. "By the way, she's Pinky."

Charge Bolt then said. "Well, my partner is looking even more stunning than ever." They all looked over to another girl, not too far from them in the room.

She had purple short hair with bangs and red arrows on her cheeks. She was wearing shorts and a shirt with no sleeves at all but her whole shoulder was exposed. She was wearing headphones but wrapped around her neck.

"Now that's my girl, Earphone Jack." The male boasted, showing off his gorgeous partner. "But too bad, we had a little fight and she doesn't wanna talk to me." He gave off a sad expression on his look.

Izuku then looked around. "Where's Shouto?" He asked.

"Oh, him. He's at the back with Creati again." He told, pointing at the door which he believed was at the back of the building.

"Damn, never saw him in a while."

Ochako kept quiet looking around, seeing multiples of players around the room. Most of them were making out, almost about to do it, since all of them were dating with their own partners, of course.

And this place had no rules.

Her eyes then caught that same guy, she believed was the name, Kacchan was on the other side of the room, kissing Toga messily on top of him.

She scrunched up her face, looking at the two. She still can't believe Toga was part of this. But then Kacchan looked over to Ochako from acrossed. Toga then brought her mouth on his neck and started to bite it sweetly.

He then gave her a wink and started mouthing the words.

"You're mine."

Ochako froze and shivered at the same time with her heart beating really fast. She felt rather frightened about it. What will happen if he won and took her away?

Will she end up like Toga with him?

Suddenly the whole room was interrupted with a siren inside. It was so loud, everyone stopped talking immediately. Ochako looked around the room to see the flashing lights beaming around the room.

And then came with the doors shutting down with bars, trapping the people inside.

"Please proceed to your partners now."

The announcement was announced through a speaker in the room.

Ochako saw the two males were rushing to their partners already.

The game was starting.

Then the large TV appeared on top of the building, revealing a person inside the screen. He had long, black hair and his face was completely covered with bandages. He started laughing in the beginning.

"Welcome! Welcome! To the annual KBR Year Fest!"

When he said that, the whole crowd started screaming and banging against the walls and drums.

Ochako held onto Izuku due to the loud sounds that was produced around the room and the red lights shining there, giving off an uneasy atmosphere around them.

"Let's just cut to the chase. There are three rounds in this game. If you can't take it until the second round then you're out of the finals." He gave off an awful, creepy giggle.

"This game is brutal and exciting. And we all love that!"

Again, the whole crowd screamed with the drums.

"There are no restrictions when it comes to hurting someone. But no one must die in this game, but will get tortured until they want to die instead." He laughed again through the screen, even though his whole face was covered.

"Shall we start the first round and explained the rules for this new round?" He asked.

The whole crowd shouted even louder, determined to start the game already.

He then said close to he screen.

"Now, let the games begin. Oh, and don't forget, only one person in this room will die."

Ochako's eyes were widened with a hint of despair. She felt sick and confused. This was awful and terrifying. She doesn't want to die. This was too much.

A hand caressed hers calmly and saw Izuku smiling at her, gently leaning his lips on her head. "Don't worry, I'm here."

Immediately, her heart felt calm and her surrounding got shut down that she doesn't remember how she felt anymore. She was entirely safe as long as he's here.

"Only one person will die in the last round." He said.

Ochako nodded, praying she doesn't make it to the last round and also not really getting hurt throughout the whole game.

The guy in the TV then went closer.

"Now, let's the start the first round, shall we?"

A/N: OH MY GAHD I AM SO SORRY FOR THE WORST DELAY. I updated so late sorryyy. But I'm here not to only apologize for that but I'm announcing that I'll be in a short hiatus right now :( I'm sorry

Exams starts in 2 weeks !! And this will be my last exams before I enter college :( so I really have to focus on this thing because it's a big deal ! But do not worry, for I will be coming back really soon and to update as quickly as possible.

I'll be coming back around October or November (?) Somewhere there or earlier ! But I hope you guys understand :(
