You woke up early got dressed in you black laced shorts and white tank top with your sandals. You went into the cafe and started to make a buffet style breakfast. Pancakes, waffles, fresh fruit, potatoes, eggs, coffee, juice and bacon. You heard the motorcycles and went to open the door. When Kid saw you he looked away for a moment then walked to you. Killer right behind him.

"I'm sorry. I was an ass. Again."

"Forgotten and forgiven." You smiled. "Come I'm in. I wasn't sure about your appetite but I made a shit ton of food." Kid walked to the table, Killer gave you a hug and went to sit with his friend.

"You look like you got some color, you go to the beach." Killer noted as you sat next to him in the booth.

"Yeah my friend's and I went there I came hone early."

"How come?"

"I'd rather not really get into it if that's okay. I'd rather hear about what you two have been up to these last 7 years Kid has told me pieces of it but I want to hear more."

After and hour you started to make paninis when you heard the familiar rumble of a Jeep.

"Shit."

"What?" Kid looked out the window. "Isn't that your boyfriend?"

"Not anymore." Both men went wide eyed and suddenly why you didn't want to talk about coming home early made a lot more sense. Zoro walked in made a quick glance at Killer and Kid before walking over to the counter to you.

"Y/N. Can we talk please. Let me explain what you saw."

"What I saw was you and Robin naked in the same bed covered in hickies. But go ahead, try to explain what you and she were doing behind my back."

Zoro looked awkward. You weren't being quiet and Kid and Killer were listening very intently, with Kid looking like he was going to kill someone.

"Y/N, can we talk outside please?"

"I really don't want to hear it Zoro. I know that I didn't start having sex with you until recently but I wanted to have an actual relationship with you. I thought that it would make us getting intimate mean more. But you clearly had been sleeping with Robin for a long time, do you know how humiliating that was to see that? And the fact that you continued to do it not once thinking about how it would make me feel. I always made choices with you in mind when it involved you, so our entire relationship was a lie from the beginning!" You felt tears stream down your face Zoro reached out to wipe them away but a hand grabbed him and shoved him away.

"I think you've done enough bastard. Leave." Kid walked up to you, and brought you into his arms. It surprised you.

"Y/N."

"She said she didn't want to hear it. Now leave." Killer stood in front of you and Kid, Zoro realizing he wasn't going to get a word of in left.

After a couple of minutes you huffed and disengaged yourself from Kid. Only to have Killer pull you in for a hug.

"Can we forget that he came in for now?" Killer squeezed you.

"For now. You wanna go for a ride?"

Two hours later you were all smiles. Kid and Killer took you on a mini road trip to a small town that had a festival going on with rides, food stands and games. They were doing a helluva job cheering you up. They also were talking among themselves a lot. You'd asked if their girlfriends were going to join you. Killer said his wouldn't. Kid said that wasn't his girlfriend.

"So what you have a new flavor each week?"

"I'm not that gross shut up!" You laughed. Killer checked his phone. Came over and kissed your cheek.

"Gotta go, I'll see you later. You two have fun." Before you or Kid could protest he was off.

"So uh what do you want to do now?" Kid awkwardly scratched the back of his neck.

"You mind if we ride the Ferris wheel? And then I want to go to a tattoo parlor."

"For what?"

"To get a tattoo of course." You giggled. Kid looked at your leg.

"Didn't you just get that one?"

"Yeah your point?" He raised his brow (non existing) and shook his head.

"You're nothing like the little girl I used to know."

"Catching your boyfriend and one of your best friends in bed together has a way of changing you." You had a bitter smile, Kid saw and led you to the Ferris wheel. There wasn't a long line and you got on in less than 5 minutes.

"That's a shitty thing to do to a friend. Sorry he did that." You shrugged your shoulders.

"I already deleted all our photos together on social media, blocked him and her from getting in touch with me. He's in university so I won't see him at school. But I can't be friends with him or her anymore."

"Good you shouldn't." You smiled at Kid. He'd left his leather jacket in a locker and was just wearing his black jeans, white tshirt, and timberlands with a navy blue headband. He was really good looking.

"Thank you Kid."

"For what?"

"Being a sounding board I guess. It can't be fun listening to a teenager bitch about her first break up."

He shrugged his shoulders. And looked out the window. You stared at his handsome face. And then went to looking out the same window. After a couple of minutes of silence you felt the box move and Kid came and sat next to you. Then placed a big muscular arm around your shoulders before pulling you tightly next to him.

"You're my friend why wouldn't I listen?" You had a slight blush going on.

"I-uh-guess I thought that it wouldn't be something you'd want to hear about. You don't seem like you enjoy hearing people's bullshit or their problems."

"You're special I guess. You know Killer and I had the biggest crushes on you when we were kids."

"Bull crap! I was 9, you guys were what 12 and 14 at the time?"

"Why do you think we waited to come back? Killer got a girl that sorta has the same personality as you, and me well I don't know. I guess it was nice to have someone who didn't laugh at my dream."

"You achieved it. So the people who laughed at you can go fuck themselves."

"Hahahaha. Can I have you go around and say that to those people?"

"For a fee." You were both laughing when the ride was over. You didn't even realize that the two of you had started holding hands when you walked back to his bike. And rode home. He kissed you on the cheek and drove off.

"Have fun?" Shaky was on the porch smoking. You smiled and went to sit next to her. You personally didn't think you'd ever take up smoking but the second hand was enough to calm your nerves.

"Yeah they were cool."

"The redhead likes you." You blushed.

"I just got out of a relationship, I'm not ready to jump into a new one."

"Not saying you have to sweetie, but a rebound could be a great start."

"A what?" You looked at her wide eyed.

"A rebound honey. If that kiss on the cheek had that much electricity I could feel it from here I can only imagine how a real kiss with him would be and how good he is in bed." She puffed some more.

"Oh lord please don't remind me."

"Remind you?" She full on looked at you and thus began a night long conversation about how Kid had kissed you that same night you'd slept with Zoro for the first time.

After that, Shaky became persistent on  the idea that you and Kid should hook up. It didn't help that Kid was texting and calling you everyday. And hung out almost every weekend.

Almost a month had passed since you and Zoro broke up. Apparently he and Robin didn't last long. Nami told you what they had was purely physical. It didn't really matter to you, you'd told her.

Hanging out with your friends became difficult. They'd felt sorry for you and had taken your side, b it after a month had passed, they all seemed to have forgotten it ever happened and Robin started to hang out with all of them again.

You were at the hosting station for the restaurant, Kid, Killer, their buddies and their girlfriends were all there. They'd made it a habit of coming with Kid. You couldn't blame them, since Sanji started working as a sous chef the food had gotten 10 times better. You heard familiar voices and one you'd hoped you wouldn't have to hear ever again.

"Hey Y/N! It's me! I want meat!" Luffy yelled and slammed into you.

"Okay Luffy, c'mon I'll take you to the booth back here." Luffy, followed close behind along with Ussop, Nami, Kaya Ussop's new girlfriend and Zoro. You could feel his eyes on you but didn't bother to stare. "I'll be back in 5 minutes to take your orders, but why don't we start with drinks?"

"Water." Kaya said with a smile.

"Orange fizzy." Nami raised her hand.

"Soda!!" Both Ussop and Luffy exclaimed loudly causing you to giggle. You looked to Zoro for a split second to acknowledge his presence.

"And you?" His eyes looked sad.

"Just a water for now." You nodded walked back, put in their drinks then went back to drop them off, when you heard Kid call your name and walked over to their table.

"Hey kiddo, we're throwing a party this weekend do you wanna come?" Bonney Killer's girlfriend had come to like you a lot. And you liked her too. She was only two years older than you and was cool to hang out with.

"I can ask Shaky for a night off."

"Already did she said okay! Bring lots of those pizzas that Pervy chef makes!" Killer shook his head and mouth sorry to you.

"Okay Bonney I will. You guys want anything else? And Bonney I already put in a calzone to go for you."

"I love you will you marry me?"

"Would that make me married to Killer too?" Killer and Kid did a spit take when you said that causing you and the rest of the table to laugh.

"You guys have got to stop doing that." Heat said while trying to catch his breath.

"Just one more coffee for me." Wire and the other girls ordered the same. Kid and Killer were good. You refilled coffee cups and left a check.

Going over to the other table where your childhood friends were sitting you felt out of place, like you no longer belonged with them.

"Hey guys know what you want yet?"

"Meat lots of it!" Luffy yelled.

"Got it Luffy I'll start you with two of our meat platters."

"The crab burger for me." Ussop said.

"The French dip for me!" Nami ordered her usual.

"I'll do the soup and salad combo. With clam chowder and just a chef's salad." Kaya quietly voiced.

"The clam chowder is my favorite. And Zoro?" He seemed surprised that you'd used his name.

"I'll take the sea king special."

"Alright everything should take about 20 minutes." You walked away and saw Kid's table leaving you grabbed Bonney's calzone and gave her and Killer a hug. Heat and Wire offered their fists, and their girlfriends just waved. Kid lingered.

"Hey you okay? Did you want to order something else?"

"Ah no, no. Yeah no." Weird...

"You okay?" He huffed stood up and kissed you quickly on the mouth before walking out of the restaurant. You heard Kaya and Nami day 'oooh' Luffy laughed, and Zoro just looked upset.

~Time Skip~

"Hey guys where do you want me to put these pizzas?" You arrived at their garage where the party was being held. There was a lot of people, and Sanji had made you 20 pizzas. Just before you were going to pay for them, Shaky had said that if you and Kid got together than you could have them for free, but if not you had to pay double. There goes all my tips.

"Holy shit Y/N, I know Bonney said to bring pizzas but this is ridiculous." Killer laughed and gave you a brotherly kiss on your forehead. Bonney has started to do it too after a while.

"I didn't know how many people would be coming and I figured Bonney would eat 10 by herself." You giggled at Killer's expression.

"Killer where's the beer?" Kid came out saw you and you both got awkward. "Oh hey Y/N."

"Hey." Killer looked between the two of you and walked away. "Uh yeah I come delivering pizzas." You pointed to the back of your car.

"I'll take 'em. You go have fun and I'll see you later."

He took them walked off leaving you confused.
