Jason's POV

As I stepped in the portal, everything was dark. The portal closes behind me as I kept on walking with Dragon's guns ready to be shot at those who blocked my path. It was dark as voices of people who kept on shouting and crying in pain filled my ears, I kept on walking when I saw a small light at the end of the way.

My boots hits the ground as small puddles splashed here and there, the light got bigger until it blinded me. "Who're you.." a familiar voice broke in as I opened my eyes, it was Yumiko but she was tied to a cross pole as bruises and scars can be seen around her body.

Her black orbs never fail to capture my heart, I walked closer to her until a creepy voice broke out behind her. "And what do we have here? A mortal?" I turned around, to saw the man I knew as Jackal, who's also the CEO of Arachi Enterprises with long coat on his shoulders and a hood to cover up his face. 

"Jason? What are you doing here?" his voice was filled with anger and rage as he took a step closer to me, I rise my guns towards him as blue aura begun to capture our orbs around the guns. "Dragon's guns? So, he lets y-" "I came here by force" I cuts him off as I shot him but he cocked his head to the side, letting the bullet passed by him. 

"Your memories about her already been destroyed, why bother coming here" he asked as I looked down before looking up again, "It may be true, but the new memories I made with her turned me into a better man, I wanted her to be alive because I love her" I spat out as I heard him gasp. 

"You mortals never learn!!" he shouted as he chocked me, I took the time to shoot him but he was much faster. He placed a palm on my face before everything turned black and before I knew it, I was back in Gotham but something was off. 

I heard giggles and turned to my right to see a figure crouching down, and looked down to see what they were looking and Batman with Robin beside him, taking down Penguin's goons. I remember this, this was the time someone tried to assassinate Bruce but failed. I heard shifting and looked at the figure, it was Yumiko but she looked younger. 

Long black hair fluttered as grey-ish orbs shined down at Batman, cat ears twitches around as she buttoned her coat and brought the hoodie down to her face as she fixed her mask. She jumped and landed without anyone noticing, she begun walking while shivering. She was acting, and then a whimpering voice that clearly wasn't hers. Batman questioned her as I looked at the Robin that I assumed was me before I 'died'. 

My head spin as I shook my head, another scene appeared. She was standing outside the manor while fiddling with her hands, and beside her was me, a younger looking me that is. "J-jay.." she muttered as I looked at her, she looked at me dead in the orbs before shouting..

"I love you!" the younger me was taken back before smiling and tilting her head for a kiss, that's right at that time I was madly in love with her..I shook my head once more and then everything came back.

I was looking at Jackal straight in the eyes, "Do you remember now.." his dark voice muttered as I took the chance and kicked him, making his hands around my neck to loosen as I begun shooting him. I landed gracefully before running towards Yumiko, as I was running I felt something snaked around me before harshly pulling me back. 

I turned around an saw a rather ugly snake was pulling me back towards that bastard of a god, I took out the dagger Hydra gave me and begun stabbing it's eyes as it screams in pain before letting me go, I need to fight this guy or I won't reach her!

I ran and twisted the dagger around my wrist, turning into a katana as red aura begun to glow brightly. "Hydra sent me his regards too, huh? Interesting" I sprint towards him as he took out a scythe and we collided. He fell back, guess he's getting older. "What's wrong old man? Lost your touch?" I said as he growled at me. 

He rolled his eyes before sending me back, and sighing. "I can't do this" my eyes widen at his words before he looked at me. "I can easily kill you right now, but I could see those determination in your emerald orbs, to let you know, I let you go, but don't tell my sons I gave up" he smiled before black fog covered my visions, and when I opened it again he was gone. 

I turned my heels and went to Yumiko, her tail had fallen down just like her ears. I twisted my wrist and the katana became a dagger as I cut the ropes from her wrists, ankles and waist as I caught her limp body with ease. 

She looked at me, as her black orbs dig into my emerald ones. I muttered her name as I bring her closer to me, I tilted her head as our lips connected in sync. This feeling, it was nothing like I ever felt before. No woman in the world or entire universe can beat this sensation, I pulled her away as the hints of grey came into her black orbs, creating a rather beautiful ombre color.

My hands instantly caressed her hair, as it too changed colors. White shades started to take over the bottom half of her black hair, causing her to be more than just pretty. "J-jason?" she spoke as I looked at her with a genuine smile, before nodding. "W-wh-" before she could say anything I engulfed her in an embrace which she gladly took. 

"Now I remember..everything about you and us.." we muttered in unison as a chuckle left our lips. I never regret loving her before and never will from now on...
