The real one will arrive after I come back from the comic con. But here is a small filler from when Jerry was a child growing up with Jeff and how Jeff failed at being fatherly .

Jerry lay shaking in the bed as thunder struck down on the van, it casted an array of shadows over the walls of his room. Another flash made him scream out and his father ran into the room looking around with his knife in hand.

"Jesus, kid...you made me think someone broke into the room and all that shit..."

He let out a breath and turned the light on.

"Now what got you so piss scared?!"

Asked the older male as he positioned himself on the edge of the child's bed and the 5 year old pointed to the closet. Jeff blinked.

"T-there's a monster in there"

He cried, but the killer just started to laugh and this confused the child as he pulled the cover up . But instead, Jeff picked the child up and carried him over to the closet, this made the child squirm and cry as the doors opened and in he was thrown.

"D-DAAADDDYYY"

He screamed but Jeff just stared at him and began to close the door. The child tried to push out but his fathers foot pushed him back in.

"I'm gonna stay, right outside this god damn door. In the morning, I'll open it up...if you're there. Bam, no monsters, if you ain't, you'll know you were right. If you even try to open it, I'll show you a real god damn monster. Men don't fear anything, Jerry. They never cry and they don't believe in monsters."

Jeff stated as he looked the boy in the eyes. Jerry nodded and backed away , curling into a ball and shaking.

"And, monsters like eating scared little boys , if I was you. I'd lose that emotion"

The door was shut, and Jerry was locked in the silence of his wardrobe with only his heart racing to lul him to sleep.

In the morning, Jeff opened the door to see the child laying there with tears down his face. He'd cried himself to sleep. Sighing, the killer picked up the child and watched him come to, as soon as Jerry saw Jeff, he clung to his chest and shook.

"See, kiddo...told you there ain't no monsters in there."

He smiled as they walked from the bedroom to living room for some breakfast. Without the child hearing, Jeff whispered.

"Only monster to fear here, is me."
