Sequel (1)
Park Jimin lived a simple life at the age of twenty five. He was single in a brand new place. Life the past three years had thrown him about like he was in a washer. After so many things he finally found his peace in a small town where the people were friendly, the children played without worry, and he did not fear a killer loose on the street. Life was just about perfect for him except for the usual minor inconveniences.
"Turn on!" Jimin pounded his first on his steering wheel which caused for him to honk at the elderly lady making her way past him. He stuck out his head and apologized to her.
"That's the third time this week!" Mrs. Donia screamed while pointing at Jimin's car with her cane. "Get that thing fixed already!"
The woman had a very valid point which Jimin agreed with except for the fact that he didn't have the time to get it fixed nor was his fiances allowing for that. Rent was due in just a few days and his fridge had been looking empty for far too long. Having to pay for someone to even glance at his car was not an option for Jimin. He stepped out of his small blue car and started heading to take the bus.
"Hey kid, did you not hear me!?"
"I heard Mrs.Donia, I just didn't do what you said."
The cane which the woman used to help her walk hit Jimin's leg as he passed her.
"Tell me boy, what's holding you back from going to fix that thing? It breaks just about everyday and it makes you late to work. What's the hold up?"
Jimin sighed and explained the situation to her. She nodded thoughtfully through the whole thing then proposed that he forget worrying about dinner for she could help with that. She also claimed to be able to help him with car issues.
"I've got a friend who owns a mechanic shop so you can go there." Mrs. Donia said as she scratched her head to help her recall the address. "Don't you worry about a dime, that old hag owes me one. I babysat one of the rascals she lives with."
"Rascals?"
"Kid, she lives with a kid. Listen Jim,-"
"Jimin."
"Whatever. Just go there tell them pretty Donia sent you and they'll fix it for free." She hit him again with her cane. "Now get out of here before you miss the bus."
Jimin thanked her with a kiss on the cheek which earned him a pull to his, another hit with the cane, and a scream to run to catch the bus. He did as the woman said, and gratefully too for if he hadn't then he would have missed his way to work. It was not far where his job was, but it wasn't exactly at a distance he'd enjoy walking to from home. He made into work just as role call was happening.
"Mr.Jimin just got here!" One of the children screamed which ended Jimin's plan of sneaking in unnoticed. Instead he acted as though he had done it intentionally and smiled at everyone. All his students smiled back which made his genuine. The woman in charge, his boss and friend, Luna glared at him before returning to call names. Jimin rushed to put his things down and join in to do what he loved. Most people wouldn't want to be stuck in a room with children on a Saturday morning, but not Jimin. He loved that on that sunny day he was with his students practicing for their upcoming recital because he loved his job. Being a dance instructor was only a dream he had in youth and up until he's latest move. After having caught his significant other with someone else in his own bed Jimin fell into a great depression. He quit his previous job working an office job and moved into the town he lived now with his friend Luna. She appreciated his skill which he secretly had been building since being a teenager. She encouraged him and offered him the position which he now loved. The work was enjoyable and enough for him to rent out the basement of Mrs.Donia. He later went on to get a job for when he wasn't in the studio, just something part time as a cashier at a convince store near his house.
"Did your car go bad bad this morning?" One of the girls asked Jimin as he indicated to her how she should be stretching.
He sighed and nodded his head.
"It's always going bad bad."
"It is, but so will you if you don't hurry and stretch." He said. "We don't have much time before we start rehearsals so start moving."
The girl ran back to the rest of the students to join in on the stretching. It gave Jimin a chance to apologize once more for having been late for the fourth time that week.
"You need to ditch that car already Jiminie." Luna said as she looked through the permission slips for the upcoming trip with the kids.
"I know, but you know that I can't. My dad would be so upset if he found out I sold away his car. It's okay though because Mrs.Diona is going to help me out with it."
"What is she going to do? Hit with her cane until it starts working?"
Jimin pushed her shoulder. "No! I mean yeah she fixes most things like that, but not this. Apparently she has a friend who owes her and they happen to own a mechanic shop so I'll be heading there later to have them look at my car so if I could just... you know...leave early?"
Luna exhaled loudly. "No."
"It takes me forever to turn it on! Plus I have to take the bus home and then drive there and-"
"Fine!"
Thanks to his annoying whining Jimin was allowed to leave just a tad bit earlier than usual. He was also content with that since it meant he wouldn't be held back by the guardians that came to pick up the kids. Some of them were just too friendly with him in the sense that they wanted him as something more than just their child's instructor. One woman in particular would always be flustered upon seeing him. He found it amusing to think they all believed to have a chance with him despite his sexuality.
It was about three o clock by the time Jimin got his car to start. It took him about half an hour of turning the key and praying to any god he hoped was listening to the sad sound of his engine. Eventually he made it to the address Mrs.Donia had left under his windshield wipers. She had also left for him a sandwich to eat on his way there. The place was not far at all which left him with the meal still in hand when he walked up to the woman behind the counter. She was about the age of Mrs.Donia, sixty, but her aura was much more pleasant. She smiled at him until the name of who sent him came out of his mouth.
"That cheater." The woman rolled her eyes. "You know she cheated at bingo the other night? She switched our cards while I went to get some punch. I could have won that collar for my dog. She doesn't even have a pet to give it to!"
Jimin smiled awkwardly as the woman rambled on. Mrs.Donia didn't have a cat nor a dog of her own but she did have Jimin's. Koshi often went upstairs to her house so she considered him as her own which was why that collar the woman wanted was now wrapped around the cat's neck. Regardless, she said she'd follow through.
"I owe her one so I guess we'll take a look at it." She looked past Jimin and waved for someone. "Yoon go take a look at that car!"
Jimin smiled at her one last time before turning around to find that who she had called was no stranger to him. Opening the hood to his distressed car was his old partner, Min Yoongi.

So this is going to be taking place almost 2 years after where we left off (ch.45). I focused more on plot than yoonmin so this is my way of making it up.
Hope you enjoyed!
