"What is wrong with you!"

The team leader of the four new rookies held his hands to his hip as he stared down at the four men he considered imbeciles. It was only the first day and they had already managed to get so much further under his skin than he thought possible.

"But he-"

"You're a team!" Namjoon screamed to the shortest among the four. "It doesn't matter what he did! You're all a team, one if you will! A screw up from one of you can affect all of us! Take this as a warning and be glad that nothing happened. Jin take over!"

Seokjin nodded his head. He waited for the steaming male to take his leave before sighing in relieve. The new rookies in front of him showed various emotions that he wasn't so sure how to interpret the lecture to have impacted them as a whole. The youngest, Taehyung was looking around the office with pouting lips as if he had not been screamed at only seconds ago. Hoseok whose desk happened to be besides his was mumbling something under his breath all the while cleaning the underneath of his nail. Across from his was Yoongi who was at fault for the scold in the first place, he showed no response and then there was Jimin. He seemed like the only one feeling guilty about the whole situation.

"Anyone have anything to say?" Jin asked.

"Yeah, can I go now?"

The one to speak was no one with limited power in the station, it was a culprit. In front of Taehyung desk sat the man who was part of the reason for their scolding although most would agree at fault was one of their teammates.

"You shut up, it's not your time to speak yet. You two interrogate him," Jin pointed to Taehyung and Hoseok then to those whose who remained, "And you the woman. Don't mess this up."

Seokjin turned on his heel and left the four newbies to deal with their first ever reports in their new area of work. Taehyung and Hoseok had chosen seats besides each other which left Jimin stuck with the emotionless one of their group, Yoongi. The pairs gave backs to each other as they proceeded to do their job. The woman in front of them was tapping her fingers on the desk, her jaw moved in an irking manner.

"Spit the gum out." Yoongi said a stern voice that caught Jimin off gaurd the slightest bit.

The thin brunette woman with short hair refused. Jimin wondered where she had even gotten the sweet in the first place. She smirked at him then looked down to a packet of gum the man recongized as his. He slid it back to pocket but not without a dirty look from his partner.

"Idiot." Yoongi mumbled.

Jimin was very taken aback by the boldness and rudeness of his team member. He was coming to the conclusion that this Yoongi guy was not one he liked very much. The man didn't obey the rules and that on it's own was a quality Jimin despised. He hated people like him, people who didn't smile or refused to interact with others. The interrogation of the woman began, Jimin asked the question and Yoongi took down the information. When the time to give the explanation for her crime, the two males were very confused.

"So you stopped traffic because he was...mean to you? Am I getting that right?"

The woman nodded her head, "That's what I said no?"

Jimin glanced over to Yoongi skeptically but the man was expressionless. He continued regardless to question the woman. She gave the reason for their fight to be that her husband refused to agree to her choice of lunch. The whole explanation seemed immature which had the goody two shoes of a man cringing just hearing it. When it was over he sighed in relief. The duo led the woman to the cell she'd be staying at until her issue was resolved.

"I can't believe was my first case." Jimin whispered to himself in disappointment. He really hadn't been expecting such a silly thing like this to go down as his first real police work. The dreamer had expected to have busted a huge drug case or something like so, not questioning a woman who was holding traffic because her husband refused to agree with her taste.

"What were you expecting then airhead? For her to not steal your gum so easily?"

Jimin glared at his partner. He scoffed and pushed the woman into the cell with the rest.

"Well I wasn't expecting to be yelled at by the team leader because of a careless team member. There was no need for the gun, all you did was scare people and get Namjoon mad at us."

Yoongi spared Jimin the first glance he had ever. "Well you wanted excitement, you got it. You should thank me not hate me."

The elder walked ahead with his hands in his pocket, looking like he had not a care in the world. He acted like he hadn't put his team members in danger. Jimin was irked by this man and he barely even knew him. They walked back to their desk where it appeared to be just the two of them for the other pair had disappeared with their culprit. They sat without speaking a word to each other until one was directed to the two.

"Hey rookies."

A young woman with orange hair that fell to her shoulders and just above her eyebrows greeted the pair. Behind her was another woman, a bit older than her with longer red hair. Both the woman were pleasing to look at, beauties indeed. Jimin greeted them both with a smile while Yoongi only with a lacking wave of his hand.

"So you guys got put in Namjoon's squad I see, must be terrible right?" The red head asked enthusiastically.

Jimin laughed akwardly, he wasn't sure how to react to that. Sure his team leader hadn't been the most welcoming and harshly scolded them on their first day but was it right to call him terrible just yet? Regardless he shook his head to not confirm to the woman's suspicious.

"He wasn't excited to have you guys, he hates rookies. I mean he loves me but I'm an exception."

"You're new too?"

The younger girl with bangs nodded. "I am. I've been here for only a month, I'm Lisa by the way."

The three introduced to each properly. The youngest was Lisa and red head was Jisoo. They were part of the missing persons division of the station. It was most likely they'd be working together sooner or later so they thought it'd be best to come introduce themselves now. Jimin shared a bit about himself as they did about themselves. The girls were pleasuring, a good company to be around. Jimin was glad they had come to rescue him from being stuck in silence with Yoongi but of course the attention wasn't on him the entire time.

"So what's your deal?" Jisoo directed the question to Yoongi who was doodling on a notepad. He looked up for a second then back down like the scribbles were important than the conversation.

"Nothing." He said.

"Oh I get it." Lisa nodded her head thoughtfully, "He's the Jennie of the group. She's the one who commands us around even though we're all in the same position. I guess you can say she's the equivalent to him of our group."

Yoongi spared the girl a look. She smiled back sweetly to which he forced a smile onto his face then stood up to leave. It was only three then.

"He's something..."Jisoo commented.

Jimin agreed.

That man was something, something odd. He was expressionless and by the seems of it, also expressionless. The new teammate showed no interest nor passion, it sparked curiosity as to why he was even in the division. Whatever the reason or whatever his deal, he was a member of the team and they'd have to get along even though he was appearing as unpleasing. Jimin just hoped that sooner or later, the man became someone he could stand being around.
