Day two of the murder case came bright and early to those assigned it. Seven men gathered about a board in which all they knew was pinned up. Witness testimony, a map, the bullet, and at last the autopsy report which had a certain four intrigued.

"So the bullet might have not killed him?"

"That's right."

Three of the four heads looked to the female doctor who had examined the body of the thirty year old they studied. She looked at them ready to answer questions despite not wanting to. A report with what had been found about the corpse had been written yet she had been summoned to speak with the detectives. Seeing still confused faces, the doctor explained that the heart of the male could have come to a stop before the shot had been fired. There was no exact time which they could tell but it was close to the time of death.

"I see, thank you doctor." Namjoon said to the woman before pulling her aside to speak to her privately. Meanwhile the four detectives glanced at each other knowingly for they might know the cause of the heart stop. The woman had also claimed earlier on that it was not know exactly what else may have stopped the beating of it but they'd be doing more research to find out.

"Do you guys have a clue you'd like to share?"

The four looked to the superior who'd spoken. Jin, with a curious gaze, looked to each and everyone one of his rookies. The only one to not be stared down was Jungkook and that was because he was all too focused on the evidence to be involved in anything else.

"We're not doctors so no." Yoongi responded before giving his back to head back to his desk.

Jin wasn't looking the happiest with the respond but he let it go. In fact he dismissed them all from the board till further notice. Everyone was glad to get a rest from what they had been discussing for far too long, however Jungkook was not.

"I think we should check the apartment again."

Jimin stopped in his tracks as he heard the suggestion. His heart raced and pounded in his ears as all the blood rushed right out of his face for the second time in the past twenty four hours. He looked down to his desk where papers laid to not show his pale face. Last night he had felt the same way when they were encounter by a group of people who screamed trouble. Nothing came out of the meeting of them except for a few words of recognition from each other before they were on their way.

"But you all already did." Hoseok said. "The only incriminating thing there was is the gun. It's been no help so I very much doubt something else will be."

"Yeah, Jimin and Yoongi checked the other rooms too." Taehyung added. "I don't think they'd miss important information."

The responds of the two partner left silence among the six until they were joined by their leader. Namjoon entered the tense atmosphere without knowing it and asked what caused it. When told, he did not side with anything. He looked to Jimin and Yoongi who had not spoken their opinion; he asked for it.

"I think we already searched it." Yoongi said, not bothering to spare them even a second long glance before going back to reading the report the doctor had left behind.

"And you Jimin?"

Jimin, still feeling as though all the energy in his body was being drained out, shrugged. He left his back to them as he settled in his chair. As to keep busy, he scooted himself closer to his partner to read off his paper as well or at least pretend to do so.

"I want a verbal answer."

Yoongi bumped elbows with the younger discreetly as to get him to face their team members which he did. Jimin repeated the answer his partner had given in more of a shaky tone as to show he was siding with him. He had caused division, two to four and it was showing. Hoseok and Taehyung displayed no more reactions as they followed in Jimin's steps to look busy. One sat back in their place while the other excused himself for the restroom. Jungkook stayed put by the information board while Jin and Namjoon left to handle matters elsewhere. It was silent among the five excluding the whispering two partners did with each other.

"Why didn't we just leave them to search again?" Jimin cried while looking to make sure their youngest was not catching his words.

"Because," Yoongi leaned in, "I not sure if that was the only of the drug there was there. If they find something else they're going to go deeper into it and we could end up caught. It's called being precarious nosy, something you can't seem to do."

Jimin gasped at the accusation. "I so am!"

Attention turned to the two who sat far too close with each other. Jungkook specifically kept glancing to them as they tried discussing issues they obviously didn't want him knowing of. He stayed put at a distance they assumed it was safe as long as they whispered. Looking fed up with the board, the younger turned to leave it in the direction the two whisperers. As the young man approached only one noticed.

"So I say we don't wait anymore and-"

"And schedule a date for tonight?"

At the suggestion Jimin gave, Yoongi froze completely. The man's mouth hung open the slightest bit. Jimin on the other hand posed a fake grin and asked if it would be alright, what he had asked for.

"A date...tonight?" Yoongi repeated as though he had not heard it been said twice now.

"Yeah...i-it's Friday so you know, no work tomorrow so we don't have to rush it." Jimin tilted his head so that it looked to the figure behind Yoongi. "Wouldn't you agreed Jungkook?"

The young man looked confused to what was being referred to but Jimin knew that wasn't the case. Jungkook agreed that the date was perfect for what the two had going on. He left with the input of his opinion leaving Jimin to sigh in relieve.

"Good safe nosy." Yoongi chuckled as his partner hid away his face just being glad that it was over and he no longer had to fake an expression.

"Yeah good one Jimin." Taehyung rolled closer to them. "You know I wouldn't be oppose to it though, I approve."

There was a second where neither Yoongi or Jimin knew what their co-worker implied until he looked between the two. The wiggle of eyebrows gave it away.

Embarrassed swallowed one man up while laughter over took the other.
