Two of four teammates stay frozen all of over. Mind, body, and soul are still until realization hits strongly then so did the harsh reality of what they had just done. The two pair of panicked eyes met each other, screaming for one or the other to do something for those who waited for an explanation.

"What drug deal?" Hoseok repeated, all the sudden sounding much unlike himself.

The scary tone and low volume was followed with daring gazes from him and Taehyung who for once did not look like they were joking around. They waited with fierce gazes that urged the others to speak before unwanted actions were taken.

Yoongi cleared his throat. "You must have heard wrong-"

"No, he heard right because I heard the same thing." Taehyung interrupted. "Why in the world are two detectives make a drug deal?"

Jimin finally reacting, turned to face the two with a shaky smile that said it all. They paid for the things for the animal and headed back in a threatening silence to his apartment. He promised his two teammates that what they were thinking wasn't what was happening despite it being exactly that except more to it underneath the surface. The two said nothing in return, they refused to speak until things were explained to them and they were, once they had arrived where no one was near them. They couldn't afford to be overheard having such a conversation that could reach the ears of a superior.

"It's really not what you think." Jimin whined as he saw the hardened faces of his usually laid back teammates. The only person he wished to see so serious in their group was Yoongi, not them.

"It is actually what you think but-"

"Yoongi!" Jimin smacked the man's arm and pushed him away, he wasn't helping. "It's not! We are trying to find out whose selling some foreign drug but in order to that well...we have to buy it! I promise it's that-"

"We believe you."

Jimin stopped his begging, he was taken back by the unexpected answer. He had barely explained and everything seemed to be against the revelation of the real truth yet they so easily said to believe him. He was confused, so much he look to Yoongi for reassurance. The man too seem taken back by such a quick answer by the two who were ready to expose them the whole car ride back. The two had felt but not shown fear in the ride to the home for they knew that either one of their teammates could call this into the station and it'd be game over.

"Why?" Yoongi asked and Jimin repeated.

Taehyung relaxed his eyebrows and sighed. "Because we're teammates, that's why. We work on trust and if we don't trust each other then what do we have? Namjoon doesn't believe in us and Seokjin says nothing so if we don't believe you who will?"

The words were spoken so fondly of and agreed upon by Hoseok. Jimin had a surging of emotions that he couldn't help but release in a hug engulfing Hoseok and Taehyung. The two hugged back but pushed him away, they weren't done with the topic at hand.

"We said we believed you but that doesn't mean we're going to leave it at that." Hoseok said. "You've got something we can discuss this over?"

The late evening consisted of take out food spread across the small table and four men discussing what exactly it was that Yoongi and Jimin had tangled themselves in. Over drinks Yoongi started off by explaining the start of it, the woman they had arrested.

"In their apartment I found this drug that my friend had told me about, it's impossible to find here yet somehow they had it. So I did some research on it and it turns that drug originated in Central America. It should still be there considering how hard it's to transport drugs into the country these days so I thought it'd be best to try to figure out who it was exporting it in this country, the thing is deadly."

The three listened closely, all intrigued with what they were hearing. It was like they were in school during story time except Yoongi's story was the most exciting there was in the bookshelves.

"It's said to glow, different colors but I'm not sure. What I found was powder in a green color, it was how I could identify it. I took a picture of it and sent it back to a friend, he confirmed me it's that one. If that thing spreads here, we're looking at deaths a day."

"D-Death?" Jimin mumbled frightened by the word. "What...do you mean death? It can kill you?"

Yoongi nodded. "That's right nosy. Not sure how many intakes but a few and the body takes it no more. It brings great pleasure but with the consequences are that it eats parts of you. Its to eat away at one's brain, or so they say but I'm no expert to confirm. All I know is that getting the superiors involve isn't the best way to stop this thing."

The last sentence lingered in the air threateningly. It was the same reason Jimin and Yoongi had argued and even threatened each other the day the younger found out. The two waited patiently as Hoseok and Taehyung thought that over, their decision could determine the fate of their teammates.

"We want in."

Sighs of relieve were taken by both and small smiles took over their faces, they weren't going to jail just yet. Jimin thanked them for wanting to do so, and Yoongi agreed in letting them easily unlike he did with his partner. The two knew better than to make it harder on themselves, they had to please their remaining teammates.

"Great, we start tomorrow then boys." Yoongi smirked at his teammates.

The four looked among each other, it was finally happening. The excitement they had all hoped to feel when joining the detectives division was at last at their feet even if it wasn't how they expected.
