"After them!"
A van in the middle of mid day traffic soared through the streets in pursue of a vehicle with two criminals. Inside the filled car swayed about bodies, and screams of desperation were being echoed. One male who was particularly feeling dizzy from the sudden movements began to question his life choices.
"How did this happen!?"
Well going back to the very beginning would take too long, especially in the crisis he found himself so back to the morning of that day his mind took him.
Birds chirped at the window of a being who did not bother to crack his eyelids opened despite the shining sun or the time on the clock besides his head. Not even the screeching voices of pedestrians screaming nor the sound of loud metals banging could move a single muscle in the human. It was only a phone call achieved to wake the sleeping beauty.
"Hello?"
The sound of a woman's sweet tone was the first to fill the ears of the newly wakened. The young man turned from his stomach to lay on his back. He stared blankly at what was his ceiling, waiting for his mother to be over and done with whatever she had called about. He frankly had no interest in what she had to say, not until he had his morning coffee at least.
"I understand but you have to understand that it's not appropriate to be calling me every hour!"
Now the woman's voice was full of worry. She worried for her son, he had left her far too early. First the boy announced his departure at the young age of only seventeen. Then he traveled across the country to stay with his father to attend a nearby academy. Now he lived states away from her yet she couldn't help but worry for oldest boy.
"Yes, I will call you if anything but I really have to go now."
That ended the conversation between the two. Jimin set down his phone back on the nightstand where it should have not been picked up from at all. He felt slightly guilty for pushing his mother away but because of what he was hoping wouldn't come, he knew it was better that he pushed her away. From his current state he changed to one more presentable. His brown hair was pushed back, his forehead making itself present. He wore his uniform, one he knew wouldn't become his everyday attire from that day forward. Silently he prayed for the best on the first day of the new stage in his life. Off to the barely familiar city he head out to.
The buildings hung high just like the sun that morning, hurrying everyone to their occupations. With a drink in hand the nervous being sipped as his body swayed along with the bus and the rest of the people on it. He inhaled the air that was different from where he grew up, it was corrupted. A single whiff of his hometown was enough for anyone to notice the difference. Slowly images of his childhood home began fading into the mind of the twenty-three year old, home sickness began to settle. Jimin scolded himself for such thoughts, they were not appropriate ones for that day or time even.
"Why so harsh on yourself? A guy can be a little homesick can't he?"
Jimin had in fact scolded himself just not where he thought he had. He turned to the male who he hadn't even noticed next to him. A young male of about his age with light brown strands scattered about his forehead. He smiled at him, small dimples displayed at both sides of his cheeks. Jimin quit admiring his angelic like presence when he came to notice the clothing he wore.
"I'm Hoseok. Jung Hoseok." The man put out his hand which Jimin gladly shook.
"Park Jimin."
Hoseok smiled wider, he greeted him properly.
"So you're also in the police force?" Jimin questioned, he pointed to the uniform they both wore. Hoseok nodded his head.
"I am, as of today in a different position."
The two discussed their similarities, all based around their occupation that was. The bus ride was quite long yet it wasn't feeling like so to Jimin. Hoseok was a very happy being, open to answer anything the Jimin threw his way. He even bothered to advice the younger boy on the first day despite it being his first in some way. Together the two hopped off the bus and walk a few blocks before stopping in front of a building. There was a cop in front inside a shed, police cars lined up inside.
"This is it?"
It wasn't what Jimin had pictured nor what he dreamed of for so many years. He expected a glistening white walled station with welcoming doors. Instead he was met with vandalized wall which was sure to have been done by some teenagers and officers conversing about the outside.
"Leading Police Agency of the Republic."
A voice spoke up from besides Hoseok, another man. He was tall, much taller than Jimin. He was a petite tall man with light brown hair that covered his forehead. Just the like them, he wore the same uniform. Now the three stood quietly looking at the building they'd be entering as soon as the traffic light would let them. Jimin fiddled with his fingers nervously, the light needed three more seconds before it'd turn yellow. He went to take a step forward but he was beaten by someone on his side. A male of his height, thin, pale, and with raven hair. He could not see him too well but seeing his attire, he was sure he would be.
The light turns red and the four stepped into the new eras of their lives.

Hello everyone, this was the official first chapter. I just wanted to say thank you for taking time to read it and that the inspiration for this sort of concept was from the kdrama, "You're All Surrounded". It is a very good show, if you haven't watched it I suggest you do.
Hope you enjoyed!
