I walk around looking for my friends. "Karma!" A tall girl with blonde hair motioned for me. "Thanks for saving me a seat Magna!" I say as I sit down next to her. I see two of my other friends, Charlotte and Octavia. Magma gives me a blank stare before going back to playing on her phone. Typical, the only one not on their phone, (and responsive) is Octavia. "Hey Octavia!" I say as I wave across the table. "Hoi!" She replies back. "Soooooooo" She says in a weird accent. "I don't know.." I say as I put my head down on the cold lunch table. The bell rings. "Yes!" I scream. My three friends look over at me. "What?" I ask. "Um...Why are you so excited?" Magma asks. "We have drama first !" I say realizing that we were about to part ways. "Bye!" Octavia and Charlotte say as me and Magma leave. "Bye!" I reply in an eager tone.

Sitting, watching, listening. I bang my foot against my chair. Still listening. Lessons, something I hate, but it goes to show I'm not perfect. Still, I sit there next to Magma listening. "Hey.." Magma whispers to me. "Yeah?" I whisper back. Hopefully, no one can hear me speaking. "Wanna ditch class?" I look at Magma like she was a mad man. "Are you crazy?" I whisper yell. "Chill.." She mumbles. "It was only a suggestion!" She whisper-yells. "Class, what is the matter back there?" Our teacher asks as she points straight at me. Nice, was a word to put the teacher's thoughts of Magma. Overall she was okay. This time, I would win. I had a plan. "Actually.." I start to respond before Magma can like normal. "Magma, asked me to.." I continue. Right as I say this Magma slaps her hand across my face. "I asked if she wanted to join the play we are starting next week!" She interrupts. The teacher looks at us confused. "Karma, finish what you were saying." The teacher says to me. I sigh. "Magma asked for me to ditch class." I respond not knowing what would happen next.
