Kill the Cliché

We all know those cliché stories in which the good always win, the king and queen live happily ever after, the characters don't need to go to the police when something bad happens, the good girl falls for the bad boy, etc. It's time to stop them and kill the cliché.

To have a story without any cliché element, the writer must present real-life situations. The development of the character doesn't need to be influenced by banalities but filled with experiences which the readers can live in real life.

"Instead of dying before they manage to say the last words to other people, the main character lives. Now, they must face the consequences of their words"

"Their eyes met. He smiled shyly. Her heart leapt with joy. Men have always been so naïve. Their naivety makes our work easier and their destruction funnier"

" All for one took a terrible turn yesterday..."

"They said Rome wasn't built in a day. That doesn't mean I can't do it"

So here we are, we challenge you to write a story between 1000 -3500 words where you Kill The cliché!

It's up to you what cliché you choose and where the plot is going. We just want you to kill that cliché.
