I was the first one up, and I was still trying to figure out last night. Kakashi, he couldn’t have said that he loved me. It must’ve been my imagination acting up again. Kakashi doesn’t like me in that way, he already practically told me- didn’t he?

Maybe he just said it as a friend. Don’t friends say that to each other? Maybe… maybe I’ll ask Sakura.

I appeared in front of the room Sakura was staying in and opened the door soundlessly.

“Sakura-san.” I whispered. She was the closest to the door, lying in a big cluster of quilts. She groaned and looked up at me.

“What do you want, Yuki?” she asked me and I motioned for her to follow me.

“Quickly.” I didn’t want Kakashi waking up and walking in on me and Sakura. Sakura opened her eyes more alert and stumbled out of the blankets. She followed me into the kitchen and I whipped around.

“What’s wrong?” she asked and I furrowed my brows, trying to think of what to say.

“Do you tell your guy friends that you love them?” I asked and she seemed to think about it.

“Not really. I only tell one man I love him!” she blushed and I sweat dropped. Of course she meant Sasuke. Damn, I’m not going to get anywhere by talking to her. Well, without straight out telling her what happened. Time for plan B!

“Last night Kakashi told me that he loved me but I was half-asleep and I’m not even sure if he really said it and he doesn’t like me in that way.” I stated bluntly. “Tell me. If he really did say it, he did mean it as a friend, right?” Her face brightened up and she grinned. Then… she squealed.

“He loooooves you, Yuki! Like, he totally fell for you!” she babbled and I felt my cheeks get hot.

“Shut up! No he doesn’t!” I denied and crossed my arms, looking away. “Don’t tell anyone what I just told you or I will force Kakashi to use his Sharingan to make you watch your parents have sex!” I threatened and she paled, before turning many shades of green. Shit, is she about to puke… never mind. I stepped away from barf and manipulated it into the sink.

“Gross.” I muttered and began making myself some coffee, and poured half a cup of vodka to mix in with it.

“You… really like vodka, don’t you.” Sakura commented and I casted a sideways smile to her.

“Of course.”

I had decided to go and do my own thing today, to try and figure out why the hell Kakashi said ‘I love you’ and why Sakura thinks he’s in love with me. I’m not even sure if I like him!

Well he’s sweet, funny, and smart. And he buys me vodka. And I love how he’s so carefree, yet he cares deeply for the team- or more so, teamwork. And I got to admit, he’s very handsome, even if I haven’t seen his full face yet. I can tell that he is a very sexy fellow. And the cherry on top could be that he’s pretty goddamn strong for not having a kekki genkai.

I guess I do like him.

 I sat in the highest tree I could find- with the ninja fat ass mountain goat of course- and just enjoyed my vodka and the great scene of more damn trees.

“Billy Bob Rae Goat, what should I do?” I asked it.

“Meeeh.” Was its response and I sighed.

“I know that Sakura told me that, but what does she know, she’s a little kid.” I huffed and drank some more of my vodka.

“Meh, meh, meh..” I stared at it.

“You… are a genius!” I exclaimed and jumped onto my feet. “Thanks Billy Bob Rae Goat! I best be on my way now!” I started walking down the tree after throwing a short wave at the ninja goat. Who knew a goat could be so intelligent!?He gave me the best idea.

I made my way toward the bridge and instantly cursed when it was far foggier than it should be. This must be Zabuza’s doing. A shriek echoed in the mist.

“Sensei!” I heard Sakura shout and I growled, unscrewing my water bottles and taking out my sword handle. He better not touch Kakashi. I created my sword and found Kakashi. Zabuza was about to cut Kakashi’s shoulder. I appeared in front of Kakashi and my sword collided with Zabuzas.

“F-fucking bitch... Don’t touch him.” I panted, my feet sliding back. I wasn’t at my strongest so it was very hard to match Zabuzas strength.

“Y-Yuki...” Kakashi breathed and I slid back more, my back hitting Kakashi’s chest.

“God dammit, Kakashi step back.” I ordered and my eyes widened, seeing a shuriken being thrown at Kakashi, and he hasn’t noticed yet. I manipulated my water and pushed Zabuza back with it and tackled Kakashi right before it hit him.

I landed on him and I panted again, while hoisting myself off of him, pulling him up with me.

“Thanks.” He nodded to me and I smirked.

“Anytime, now where are Sasuke and Naruto?” Kakashi’s face looked grave as he turned on his heel.

“That hunter ninja trapped Sasuke in some jutsu and Naruto being dumb waltz right in.” he told me and I groaned.

“They have no chance against Haku. Here,” I looked over at Zabuza, who was still trying to fight off the ice and I smirked. I opened another water bottle and morphed a solid ice cage around him. “you sit tight. And You.” I walked around Kakashi to stand in front of him.

Now was time to do what Billy Bob Rae Goat told me to do.

“Do you love me in a non-friendly way?” I asked bluntly and Kakashi’s eyes widened as his face turned scarlet red. From a distance I heard Sakura and Tazuna squeal in excitement.

“U-uh, I don’t think this is a very good time, Yuki-chan.” He said quietly. I narrowed my eyes at him.

“This is the perfect time.” I insisted and Kakashi shook his head stubbornly.

“No, Sasuke and Naruto are probably hurt.” I sighed and turned to where the mirrors of ice were.

Oh, did I forget to mention that the fog went away? I think I did.

I clenched my hand and the mirror Haku was in manipulated into a box that he could not exit nor throw senbon needles at the kids. With a satisfied nod, I turned back to Kakashi.

“There. Now, where were we?” I asked and placed my hands on my hips.

“Not in front of the kids…” he murmured and I glanced at Sakura, the closest ‘kid’ to us.

“Looks like she’s pretty interested.” I smirked at him. “You have no way around this mister.” He looked at me with an unreadable expression and then something suddenly happened.

He kissed me. Right there smack in front of everybody.
