it's just a small filler chapter before the zabuza fight, hope y'all enjoy it. It's just a YuKashi scene ;) (Yuki and Kakashi put together is YuKashi, like it?)

Yuki

I woke up curled next to something- or someone. I snapped my eyes open and quickly moved my head away, blushing. My head was on Kakashi’s chest! It wasn’t bare or anything but it’s still weird. I realized it was still dark outside and I sighed.

I knew that I wasn’t going to fall asleep again.

Especially with a goddamn obese mountain goat on the foot of the bed staring at me with its evil little head tilted in a somewhat cute way. Damn you, stupid goat.

“Shoo!” I whispered and waved my hand at the goat and all it did was make a very loud goat noise. “Shh! You’ll wake Kakashi up!” I shushed it and tried once again to shoo it away. How did it even get in here? It must’ve used its ninja goat chakra to climb the side of the house, open up our bedroom window, and somehow jump in to the window without waking anybody.

“Are you a ninja?” I asked as quietly as possible. It snorted loudly and I freaked out, telling the loud mouth to shut up. When will it learn? “Tell me you son of a bitch, are you a ninja?” I paused before face palming. “Can you talk?” I asked slowly. That should’ve been my first question.

“Yuki-chan?” A voice rumbled and I squealed. It did talk- even if its mouth didn’t move.

“Tell me! Are you a ninja?!” I demanded, a little bit louder.

“What are you talking about?” it asked and I glared at it, pointing at its face.

“I am talking about you, you idiotic fat ass mountain goat.” I hissed and then suddenly from the corner of my eye Kakashi made his way to a sitting position.

“I am not fat, and why are you calling me a goat?!” he growled grumpily and when I turned to the goat explain and show that I wasn’t talking about him, but the way overweight goat, the bloody thing way gone.

“B-but! It was right there! That fat ass mountain goat!” Realization seemed to hit Kakashi and he chuckled, making me shoot him a dirty look. Why the hell would he laugh at me?! He laid back down and was tugging my arm to lay down too.

“Yuki-chan, that wasn’t real, it was all part of your imagination. Come on now, go back to sleep.” I gasped and my hand flew to my mouth to cover it.

“The hell? It looked so fucking real though! And it was heavy!” I looked down at Kakashi and he gave me an eye closing smile.

“It wasn’t real.” He repeated and I groaned. I had been so stupid! Fuck, I need some vodka. “And don’t say you need vodka, because you don’t. Now lay down.” Kakashi said sternly and I glowered at him, but lay down nonetheless. I sighed and poked Kakashi, causing him to roll over on his side and look at me. “What?”

“Sorry for laying on you.” I apologized. “But I gotta say… you make a very good cuddle buddy!” I grinned at him and he blushed? Why did he blush, it was a joke. This guy confuses me sometimes.

“I gotta say…” he started in a mocking tone. “… That I didn’t mind and you may cuddle me as long as you’d like.” My eyes widened.

Woah buddy, didn’t expect that coming. But I didn’t care, he just gave me permission to continue laying on him and snuggling him!

I scooted closer and allowed Kakashi to wrap an arm around me and I buried my head into his chest. He smelt… like awesome Axe cologne.

“Thank you, Kakashi-kun.” I whispered. I don’t think I’ve ever called him ‘kun’ before. But it rolled right off my tongue, and I said it before thinking about it. I clung onto his shirt and pulled myself closer to him, slowly drifting off into a sleep.

“I love you.”
