"I can't believe I'm starting to miss Mako's Mother cooking..."

Ryuko Matoi, who was sitting on the couch watching TV, ate a slice of pizza with a very sad expression. Satsuki Kiryuin, who was sitting next to her, tried to ignore her depressing talk. She was focused on reading history books, no doubt trying to learn more about the world they were in. However, to say she didn't feel the same would be a lie. She looked at the small table in front of her and saw a soda that she was currently drinking from.

"... And I miss Mitsuzo Soroi making me tea..."

It was beyond clear that Satsuki and Matoi were feeling beyond homesickness, which made Senketsu watch with extreme pity and sympathy for the two, wishing more that he could help soothe their heavy hearts, though before everyone could continue to drown in despair and depression, Dante could be seen walking by them, putting on his red coat, carrying a guitar case and was about to head out

"I will be back later tonight or tomorrow morning, do you two need cash before I leave."

As Dante was about to take out some cash for the girls before he left, both Kamui-wearing Kamui-wearers couldn't help but look at each other and at him, as if in deep thought and considering something

"Dante, you're heading out to hunt Demons, am I correct?"

Satsuki, as well as Matoi, were very aware of the type of job the Man In Red did, which was killing demons and all that. It was still a shock to know such unholy beasts existed in this new world they were in. Though with such knowledge came a few ideas they had been considering.

"Mhm, Morrison just contacted me with another job, the pay seems good, so I had no reason to turn it down."

After Dante explained this, the two young ladies took a moment to think and consider something

"... May I and my partner join you on this quest?"

Satsuki decided to finally ask the Devil Hunter if he could join him, much to his surprise and interest

"Oh? And what made you interested in my life work, hm?"

Dante crossed his arms and looked at them with newfound curiosity, wondering why she would make such a request, even though he was fine with helping them out without them having to kill demons

"Plenty of reasons, Dante, be it wanting to protect humanity, a way to repay our debt to you, or even just learning the world we're in and what we are dealing with."

Satsuki had other motives and reasons besides what she just mentioned, but it was enough for the Man in Red to understand the bigger picture

"And what about you, assuming you're also coming along?"

Dante looked at the tomboy and wondered if she had the same reason as to Kiryuin for wanting to join him, or something else entirely

"I'm just pissed and I need someone to punch to make myself feel better."

Ryuko's motivation seems much simpler than that of Miss High and Mighty. Not to say that she doesn't agree or feel the same way. It was clear that she had a lot of pent-up emotions from all this and needed a way to let them out. The white-haired man understood.

"Well, alright then, if you're ready then let's go."

Dante usually wouldn't partner up with someone so easily, especially if they couldn't keep up with him, but there was something in them, and from what little he saw of them, that made him very curious and interested in what they could really do.

"Thank you, we promise to make ourselves useful and not get in the way of your business."

Satsuki bows in thanks, then grabs her "Secret Sword Bakuzan" and is fully ready to join. After finishing her last slice of pizza and making sure she has her scissor blade folded up and in her pocket, Matoi is about to leave and join them when her Goku Uniform speaks up and starts talking to her.

'「Please be careful, we've never faced a demon before, so we don't know what they're made of」'

Senketsu spoke with concern and worry about his wearer's safety, which made her smile gently at him

"Don't worry, It's gonna take a lot more than some asshole demons to take me down~"

Ryuko spoke with pure confidence and no fear, which did make her black sailor shirt feel somewhat reassured, but he couldn't help but still feel unsure about the situation, though before he could drown in his own anxious thoughts, he took a glance at the Devil Hunter, who just winked and smirked in response, which actually made him feel much better after seeing this

'「Alright, I trust you」'

With all that said and done, after Senketsu felt more comfortable letting his host do this, everyone left the place and went to do the job they were given... Meanwhile, at some sort of dock near the ocean, with many large metal shipping crates and cargo, there seems to be a lot of "paranormal activities" happening at this location. The place is completely filled with demonic enemies, though they seem to be hiding and just seem to be focused on survival. Evidence by the many captured dogs and cats that are being gathered and being prepared to be made into a feast, judging by the large fire and the big iron cauldron. The many devils watch with hungry expressions and drooling lips, no doubt already eager to eat. However, before one of the many unfortunate kittens or puppies was dropped into the boiling water, a loud war cry could be heard in the distance

"Life Fiber Synchronize: Kamui Senketsu!"

"Life Fiber Override: Kamui Junketsu!"

The many demons didn't get a chance to process what they had heard, before suddenly being sliced into bits by none other than Ryuko and Satsuki, who had transformed into their "Battle Clothing" (or what's left of it), while also having their blades out and about, ready to draw more blood and cut some demonic flesh.

"Killing and eating dogs, you guys are seriously so fuck up..."

Ryuko couldn't help but growl angrily at what she was seeing and was glad to have made it on time before the many pets and strays were eaten by this large group of demonic monsters.

"The Life Of Sin Has Finally Come To An End!"

Satsuki was composed, yet expressive, aiming her Bakuzan at all the devilish creatures, glaring at them with harsh, sharp eyes.

"Time to put you all back from once you came."

And with that, they both did not hesitate in dashing towards the entire and started slashing at every single one of them, both in somewhat yet similar ways, for Satsuki, the way she deals with her hellish enemies was done much more skillfully with precise strikes and cuts, aiming for vital spots and did not waste a single move while doing it. Though as for Matoi, it was the exact opposite, while one had special training and talent, the other was pure and raw violent, hacking and slashing and swinging with all her might, not caring where it hits as long as it hits, though she wasn't all one note, she could be creative when dealing with her demonic foes, like changing the size or shape of her scissor blade, or just being dirty by using her fist, feets or even another devil to hit them with. Both young ladies were very brutal and showed absolutely no mercy, which was enough to make a few run away, though they didn't make far thanks to these crazily strong girls.

"You know, can't even complain, I mean look at me having my bare chest out."

Though as the carnage happens below, Dante just sat on top of one shipping crate and watched everything with a very amused smile, either from the demons' deaths themselves, or the "other things" he couldn't ignore.

"But anyway, it's good to know that they know how to fight, I can't imagine how badly this could have turned out if they couldn't."

But even so, Dante was glad, knowing that even without his interference, both Kiryuin and Matoi could fend for themselves quite well and not end up brutally murdered. The thought alone was enough to make him frown, both from slight worry and having some flashbacks of someone else he knew personally who couldn't survive a demon attack.

"Hm..."

Luckily, Dante didn't have to think about those thoughts for long. He pulled out his ebony gun and proceeded to headshot all the demons that were about to ambush and sneak attack the two swordswomen, who thanked him.

"Though that doesn't mean I still can't protect them."

Dante puts away his gun and jumps down from the rooftop, as he then casually walks up to Matoi and Kiryuin, who were finishing up and killing the last remaining devils that had survived the massacre

"Man, don't I just so feel much better!~"

Ryuko, after crushing the last hellish monster's skull with her heels while carelessly stretching, wore a very relaxed and satisfied smile, as if she no longer felt stressed or tense.

"I will admit, it was quite refreshing."

Satsuki seems to share the same feeling; even as she wiped the blood off her blade before sheathing it, she seemed more able to think clearly and no longer plagued by depressing or uncertain thoughts, a burden that was slightly lifted from her shoulders in a way.

"To be honest, I didn't actually think you two could handle a whole group of demons on your own, color me impressed."

Dante could only clap for them and be looking beyond impressed at what he saw and what they were able to do; if he were a teacher, he would give them all passing grades

"Hmph, we ain't no damsel in distress, we can handle ourselves just fine thank you very much~"

The praise and compliments made Ryuko puff out her chest proudly and she wore a very smug smirk on her face, obviously agreeing with what the Devil Hunter thought about her

'「Arrogant as always」'

"SHUT UP SENKETSU!"

As Ryuko was about to start another shout war with her Senketsu, her partner stepped up and spoke with a light serious face

"Is this all the enemies we need to deal with on this mission?"

Satsuki is obviously taking this job seriously, wanting to know if they had anything else to do before claiming a job well done, which made the white-haired man think about it for a moment

"Hm, let me think about it."

Dante's thinking were immediately interrupted by suddenly getting eaten by a very large demonic monster coming out of nowhere, which startled and shocked Kiryuin and Matoi greatly.

"DANTE!"

Just as Ryuko and Satsuki were about to pull out their blades and jump in to save their teammate, they quickly stopped themselves when they noticed the hellish creature starting to roar out loudly in pain, before being completely cut off by a sound of slashing. After hearing such sounds, the big devil slowly got split in two and fell apart, leaving behind a certain unharmed but very dirty Devil Hunter, who was trying to clean his coat off from blood and goo with his free hand, which wasn't holding his Rebellion sword.

"Yup, that's about it."

Dante acted as if nothing had just happened, much to the extreme shock of both female fighters.

"Now come on, let's go get our money and celebrate with another pizza party and strawberry sundaes!~"

But with all said and done, the mission was still completed, and with that, Dante no longer had a reason to stay around here, turning away and starting to walk off from this area, so that he could meet up with Morrison and get paid, all the while leaving behind a wide-eyed and unbelieving pair of strippers.

"He did it without even wearing a Goku Uniform..."

"New world, new rules I guess..."

But with nothing else to say or do about what they just saw, both Ryuko and Satsuki decided to say or do nothing at all, simply powering down to base and going straight to Dante, though as the trio started to talk with one another and plan what they should do next once they became professional Devil Hunters, unknown and unaware to them, off to the distance, a certain scarred-faced man in priestly clothing and holding a book, just watched the entire thing with a small evil smirk on his lips

"Now this is an interesting development."

How do you think Ryuko and Satsuki would react if they found out that Dante was half demon, hm?~

(I am thinking about including Nui, but that is a very hard maybe, I still need to think about it)
