Imagine that you own your grocery store and Freddie Lee Cobb lays eyes on you and makes it his goal to make you his.

Recap from part 3:  "He did what?!" Cora said. "He's rebuilding that store that we burned down." Billy Ray said. "That woman is the devil. She's cast a spell onto my Freddie. I need to rest." She said as she went upstairs to her bedroom and called the police and reported you to them, while Billy Ray got his gang and told them to go hunt you down. "Let's bring this she-devil to justice." He said as the hunt for you began. (Time skip to Hailey home)

As all of you sat down to have dinner, there was knock at the front door. "Y/n? Are you in there, it's Rick." He said. "Girls, go upstairs to your rooms." Gwen said as they did as they were told. "What's going on, Rick?" You asked as Rick sat you down. "Y/n. The station got a call in today and it was from Cora Mae Cobb, Billy Ray and Freddie Lee's mother. She said that you're corrupting Freddie's mind and told us to bring you in." He said as you sat down and began to breathe, heavily. "What?" You said as Rick apologized to you and the Haileys as Rick arrested you. "Don't worry, y/n. I know someone who will help you." Carl Lee said as he grabbed the phone and dialed the phone number. "Hello, Mr. Brigance. It's Carl Lee Hailey. I need your help." He said as he and Jake Brigance started talk about what was going on. (End of recap) 

When Rick was driving you to the station, he told you that he was taking you a safe place, for he knew that Billy Ray Cobb would stop at nothing until he got you.  "What about the Haileys? Are they going to be safe?" You asked him. "Yes, why do you thing Carl Lee was on the phone for?" Rick said as Jake Brigance picked them up and took them to his home.    "So you and Mr. Hailey knew?" You asked him.  "In a way, yes, for Billy Ray Cobb has a long record from  shopping lifting to violent outbreaks. As for Freddie Lee Cobb,  he has a list too, but not as long as his older brother's."  He said as Rick pulled into the safehouse.  Meanwhile back at the Cobb household, Cora noticed that Freddie wasn't himself.  "Freddie? We need to talk." She said as he walked into the living room where his mother was.  "What do we need to talk about mom?" He asked. "Why is there money missing from your account?" She asked.  "Why are you treating me like I'm criminal?" He said.  "Don't you skip my question, Freddie Lee! Now answer me!" She yelled. "I took the money rebuild y/n's store that Billy Ray burned down! Y/n didn't deserve that!" He yelled at his mother, when the phone rang.  "Hello?!" Freddie said as he heard your voice.   "Freddie, I'm calling to  you know that  your mother called the cops on me and had me arrested." You said from the safehouse.  "I'll come get you, just as soon as I can."  He said as he hung up the phone.  "You had  y/n arrested?! Mom, what has she done?!" He yelled.  "That woman has corrupted your mind. Freddie Lee Cobb! It's a good thing Billy Ray told me what was going on." She said.  "No wonder dad passed.  You and Billy Ray just drove him into his grave with nonsense like this."  He said as he grabbed his keys and left. "Freddie Lee Cobb! If you walk out that door,  you're no longer my son!" Cora yelled.  "I'm fine with that, for I don't want to be here.  You can look up to your first born, who is a CRIMINAL!" He said as he left as Cora cried, for she didn't think that Freddie would leave his family home.  

Meanwhile, Jake Brigance decided to bring the Haileys over to the safehouse, where you were, for Tonya was missing you.  There was a knock at the door, Rick told you to stay put as he answered it and little Tonya came running into you.  "Ms. Y/n!" "Tonya!" You said both of you hugged as the rest of Hailey family walked in.  Once all of you were reunited, Freddie Lee was walking around when he found the safehouse.  "Y/n? I need to talk to you." He said as Rick answered the door.  "Get out of here, Cobb. Before I arrest you." He said. "Rick wait. Let me talk to him." You said as Rick let him inside.  Of course, when Freddie saw the Haileys inside there, you stood in the doorway, protecting them, no matter the cost.  "What is it, Freddie?"  You asked him.   "I just wanted to say I'm sorry for everything that my so-called family caused you.  And I want you to know that I left that family and I want to start over with you." He said.  "Well let me talk with my advisers and see what they have to say." You said as you went to talk with Carl Lee and Gwen, leaving Tonya alone with Freddie.  Freddie knew that he did owe her an apology for using inappropriate language in front of her and being rude to her as well.   "Hey, kid.  I'm sorry for how I treated you back the store that day." He said as Tonya hugged him. "Thank you for apologizing, Mr.?"  "You can call me Freddie."  He said. "Thank you, Mr. Freddie." She said as she grabbed a book and asked him to read to her.  Once you, Gwen and Carl Lee came to a conclusion, the sight they saw was comforting.   On the couch, there was Freddie with Tonya's book and she had fallen asleep. "Freddie? We've came to a conclusion."  You said as he got up slowly without wakening Tonya up and went int to the kitchen to hear you out. 

"Freddie, we've agreed that I will be with you, but there are some conditions that you will need to follow."  You said as you told him all the conditions, which were: 1) Be respectful to all costumers.  2) No more fighting or committing crimes.  3) Be a better man.  Freddie agreed to the terms and he even told you that he apologized to Tonya for how he acted towards her.   You smiled as all of you decided to turn in for the night, since it was getting late.  (Time skip to a few weeks later)

In the weeks that followed, Freddie had finished setting up your new store and even helped you around. When Tonya was coming in one day, she was being chased by Billy Ray and his gang.  "Ms. Y/n! Mr. Freddie! Help!" She yelled as both of you ran outside and got her.  "Go inside with Tonya, y/n and call Rick." He said as both of you got inside and locked the door.   You aided Tonya and called Rick and had Tonya tell him what happened. "Honey, stay here and don't open this door unless it's me or Freddie." You said as you went outside and saw that Billy Ray was beating his brother up. "Leave him alone!" You yelled as one of gang members got you.   "You're the reason why my brother is like this.  Let's see if I can fix the problem." He said, darkly.  Just as you prepared yourself for the worst,  Freddie tackled him and Rick came and arrested Billy Ray and his gang.  "Billy Ray Cobb. This is the LAST time we're going to deal with you.  You're going to prison for a long time."  Rick said as they got put in handcuffs and taken to jail for their court dates.  "Y/n, are you okay?" Freddie asked as he helped you up. "I'm fine, but what about you?" You asked.  "Don't worry about me. I'm fine." He said as both of you went inside to check on Tonya.  "Tonya? Sweetie, open up." You said as she opened the door and ran to you.  "where are the bad people going, Ms. Y/n and Mr. Freddie?" She asked both of you.  "Where all the bad people go. To jail and they won't be bothering us anytime soon." Both, you and Freddie said as both of you were finally happy.
