Imagine that Star is pregnant with David's baby, but she fears that David won't want the baby but when the baby is born, it seems that David may have a soft spot for his little bat.

It was a warm summer's evening and the boys, Laddie and Star were out on the boardwalk. Star was worried about something, for even though she was a half-breed, she was still human. "Star. We're going to feed, so you and Laddie can do whatever you want." David, Star's boyfriend/mate said as Laddie took her hand. "Come on Star!" He said as she giggled. "Hold on Laddie. I've got to make a quick stop at a shop first then we can do whatever you want." She said as he smiled. Once Star got what she needed from the store, she and Laddie went to the concert that was on the beach.

Once the concert ended, Star and Laddie headed back to the meeting spot to meet up with David and the rest of the boys. "Dwayne!" Laddie shouted as he ran to the second eldest. "Hey bud. Did you have fun with Star?" "Yeah. We saw the concert." He said as Dwayne helped him onto his bike as David helped Star onto his and all them headed home.

Once they were back at the cave, Star went to the bathroom and pulled out a pregnancy test and followed the instructions. "Okay now we wait." She said as she set a timer and hid everything from the boys, but mainly David. She left the bathroom and went to go tuck Laddie in, when David heard the timer go off and found everything. "STAR! SITTING ROOM! NOW!" He hissed, making Star shake in fear. "Y-yes David?" "Come in here, Star." David said a in a calm, yet threatening voice. "Care to explain why I found this under the sink?" He said as he showed her a positive pregnancy test. "David, I can explain." "Well I'm listening." He said as he took his usual spot on his wheelchair and crossed his legs. "I knew that I was late and I just wanted to be sure." She said. "Is the baby mine?" He asked as Star turned away. "I'm only going to ask once. Now is the baby that you are pregnant with mine or not?" He said as he pulled her chin to stare into those icy, baby blue eyes of his. "Y-yes David. Plus you're the only I love. I would never cheat on you, David." Star said as she cried. David pulled her into his and shushed her, before David carried her to his bed to sleep. (Time skip to nine months later)

After giving birth to healthy baby girl/boy, David was secretly in love with newborn daughter/son.   Star was put on bed rest, since she was still was sore from giving birth. When everyone was asleep, David was woken up by his daughter/son crying. Acting fast he flew from the inner cave into his little girl's/boy nursery to aid his precious baby girl/boy. "Shh... y/n. Daddy's here, daddy's here." He said softly as he picked up you up. "What's the matter with my little bat?" He cooed as noticed a wet mark on your sleeper. "Don't worry baby girl/boy. Daddy will make you all better." He cooed as he placed you on the changing table and removed your sleeper and soaked diaper. "Let's give you a warm bubble bath." He cooed as he took you to the bathroom and began to fill the tub with warm water and bubble bath. You started to cry, but your daddy began to soothe you by singing a lullaby fit for a vampire princess/prince.

"Flutter, Flutter  little bat. How I wonder were you're at. Up above the moon so high. Flying high in the nighttime sky. Flutter, Flutter little bat how I wonder where you're at." He sang as your crying died down. "There's my little y/n. All better now?" He cooed as he tested the water and placed you in the bathtub and got you squeaky clean. After you had your bath, your daddy got you dried off, diapered and dressed before swaddling you in your little bat swaddle blanket. "How about we go for a little flight?" He cooed as he placed you in your baby carrier and began to fly up to the sky. After flying around for an hour, you began to yawn and your daddy knew that it was time to get you back to bed. Once he landed, he got you out and placed you on the couch as he took off the carrier and got cradled you in his arms. As he placed you into your crib, you began to whimper, making your daddy stop in his tracks. "Aw y/n. What's wrong?" He asked as you cling to him. "If daddy sleeps with you, will you go sleepy-bye?" He cooed as you cooed softly. David picked you up and got into your crib and placed you on his chest. "Good morning little bat. Sweet dreams and daddy loves you so very much." He said as father and daughter/son drifted off to sleep as the morning sun rose over Santa Carla.
