Laksh stood outside his gate waiting for Ragini to come. He was not liking the fact that Ragini was going away from him. She came out dragging her suitcase which she had at the time of going to Phuket.
She was not able to look at him.

"Shall we?"
Ragini asked. He quietly nodded and took her bag, kept in the dikki and opened the door for her to sit in. He sat on the driving seat, turned the engine on and started driving.

There was an awkward silence between them. Ragini kept looking out of the window. The times they have spent together were flashing through both of their minds. While the music player played:

Sajde mein yun hi jhukta hoon
Tum pe hi aa ke rukta hoon
Kya yeh sab ko hota hai

Hum ko kya lena hai sab se
Tum se hi sab batein ab se
Ban gaye ho tum meri dua

The time of their first accidental proximity when Ragini stumbled over him in the bar when Kabir fought with Laksh and Naina. They remembered how much close they were.

Laksh gave a glance at her who was sitting constantly looking outside the window.

Khuda Jaane ke main fida hun
Khuda Jaane main mit gaya
Khuda jaane yeh kyun hua hai
Ke ban gaye ho tum mere khuda

Laksh remembers how he picked her up in his arms when she was conscious at the time of her unexpected kidnapping. While Ragini remembers the eyelock everytime they had when he used to pick her in his arms for various reasons.

Ragini too gave him a glance but he was looking in the front lost in his thoughts.

Tu kahe to tere hi kadam ke
main nishanon pe
Chalun rukun ishaare pe
Tu kahe tho khwabon ka bana ke
Main bahana sa
Mila karu sirhaane pe

They both remember their teasings and how they used to pull each other's leg. The way Laksh used to feed her food.

Ohhh
Tum se dil ki baatein seekhi
Tum se hi yeh raahe seekhi
Tum pe marr ke mein tho
jee gaya

The time when they both shared a hug and eventually the kiss ran through their minds. They both wanted to be together but they weren't approaching each other of the fear of rejection.

Ragini held her fist tight to control her outbreak of emmotions.

Khuda Jaane ke mein fida hun
Khuda Jaane mein mit gaya
Khuda jaane yeh kyun hua hai
Ke ban gaye ho tum mere khuda

That moment when Laksh said about falling in love looking towards Ragini, it went accross their hearts.

Dil kahe ke aaj tho, chupa lo tum
panahon mein
Ke darr hai tum ko kho doonga
Dil kahe sambhal zara khushi ko
Na nazar laga
Ke darr hai main tho ro dunga

And finally the eyelock they shared of the mention of "Ragini leaving him", these all declared that they were so much in love without a single doubt and both of them knew this.

Hooo
Karthi hoon sau vaade tum se
Bandhe dil ke dhaage tum se
Yeh tumhe na jane kya hua

Finally, they reached infront of Ragini's building. Laksh stopped the car and sat quitely for a while. Here, Ragini didn't realize that they had reached. She was still looking out and was engrossed in her thoughts. He looked towards her and gathered courage to say the words he didn't want to say.

Ke ban gaye ho tum mere khuda

"We reached. Time to bid a bye to each other."
He said turning off the engine and hence the music.

Ragini jolted from her thoughts and looked outside.

'Oh. I am sorry. I didn't see that we have reached."
She apologised.

"No problem at all."
He smiled. She returned back the same.

"I should go."
Ragini said getting off the car while Laksh kept looking at her stupefied.

She took her baggage from the dikki. Meanwhile, he came out of the car. They both stood infront of each other for a while trying to see what the other person is feeling.

"It was nice spending time with you."
Laksh said as he forwarded a hand for handshake.

Ragini smiled short and accepted.

"The feelings are mutual Paglu."
She said. And both of them chuckled lightly.

"Soo.......Is this the last time we are seeing each other?"
He asked with a fear inside.

"Most probably, because I may be shifting to Banglore for my next project. I was informed regarding that 2 months before this kidnapping waala scene. And you are here, so yes."
She told him.

"Hmmm...You won't attend Naina and Kabir's wedding?"
Laksh asks with a last hope.

"No....I will be leaving this week. My Bad."
She tells him. This made him even more dissapointed.

It was the only last chance both had.

"Bye then."
She says sadly.

"Yea-----uhh Bye."
He replied dejected.

And with this she turns to go and starts walking towards her apartment building with a heavy. A lone tear escaped her eyes.

Laksh was observing her go and Naina's words were ringing in his mind.

"Confess before its too late."

He closed his eyes gathering some courage and then opened his determined eyes only to find Ragini still walking.

"Ragini!!!"
Finally he shouted. She stopped in her steps. Her breath hitched in her throat. A slight breeze passed in the surrounding encouraging them to go on...

"Don't go Ragini."
He shouted again. His eyes were watery. She turned back to look at him. She was tearing too. But waited for him to continue further.

"Don't go leaving me please....I Love you!"
He at last confessed. Ragini broke down into a small cry of happiness, left her bag there and ran towards him with full speed.

He saw her coming and smiled in between his tears. He opened his arms to welcome her. Ragini reached and jumped into his arms to give him a tight hug. She was still crying.

"I love you."
He said once again tightening the hug. She hugged into him more and said:

"I love you too..."

A dose of Happiness passed through Laksh and he picked her up  twirling. She smiled heartedly.

He keeps her down and breaks the hug. Still they were very close to each other.

"You will not go anywhere."
He said sternly. She looked at him and smiled.

"I'll ask my boss to cancel my transfer."
He twinkled and kissed her cheek softly. Ragini's stomach did a somersault.

Laksh leaned to his car and made her lean on him by grabbing her waist.

"Whrn did you realize that you are in love with me?"
He asked tucking a strand of hairs to the back of her ear.

"I was in love with you before but I realized it after yesterday's night. And you?"
She told him.

"I don't know. I just know that I love you and I will always keep you happy. The moments I have spent with you are very special to me. You are the one for me. And I am the one for you. I promise, you are the first and the last girl whom I have loved and will love forever."
He said smiling.

Ragini gave him her best smile and then took her hands behind his neck and rested them there. Laksh joined his forehead with hers and both smiled looking at each other.

"I am the most lucky person to have you in my life."
Both said together and then chuckled enjoying the night which was sparkling witnessing the love of them.

Few days later,

"Ragini! Raaaagggiiinnniiiiiiii!"
Laksh called his lady love desperately.

"What happened?"
She said distressed and came to him. Her face was smeared with flour and her hands  all covered with sticky flour. She made a crying face.

Looking at her, Laksh chuckled and immediately went up to her.

"What are you doing?"
He asked.

"Trying to learn to cook. "
She says making a sad face.

"Hahahah....There is no need for you to do that!"
He says pulling her to himself through her waist.

"Then who will cook after the marriage? Please don't take your name."
She said rolling her eyes.

"We will keep a cook. You just focus on your career and me........"
He said the last line huskily into her ears.

She chuckled. And then pushed him a little back, still in his hold. She took her hand covered with flour and rubbed against his cheek.

First you go and focus on how to clean your face."
She chuckled at him. He frowned and then said.

"I know how to do that."
Laksh smirked and then rubbed his cheek on her face. Her mouth widened and she hit him on his chest.

"Ouch......"
He says but then starts laughing. She pouts. And he pecks on her pout.

"Don't do that, or we will end up doing everything before marriage which has still few months to go."
Laksh warns her. She smirks and teases him.

"I don't mind doing that all."
Ragini says huskily into his ears, kisses him on his ear and winks at him.

Laksh got all red. He started blushing. He then pushes himself away and hides his face in his palms.

"Shut up yaar."
He blushingly says and goes inside into the washroom and locks it.

Ragini laughs hard at him.

"Oyye mere sharmeele kidnapper!! Laksh come out!"
(Oyye my shy kidnapper...)
Ragini says still laughing.

"Shut up Ragini....You are too much!"
Laksh says from inside still blushing.

He thought to tease her but never expected that this would be her reply. He had always been a single guy and dating was all new for him, that is why he got shy.

Next day,

Kabir and Naina got married in a grand ceremony. Alok wanted to see them married as soon as possible because according to him Naina was just perfect for Kabir and he didn't want her to be just one of the girlfriends of him.

Ragini and Laksh made the wedding more special by their presence. The four of them danced together and enjoyed very much.

"Congratulationsss!!"
Ragini said giving the wedding gift to Naina and hugging her while Laksh hugged Kabir.

"Thank you for coming guys..."
Naina and Kabir said to both of them.

"Even if you wouldn't have called us, We would have been here somehow."
Laksh said chuckling.

But in return he got 3 stern stares.

"What?"
He asked raising his eyebrow.

"I will only come if you will send me the card of "Babblu weds Guddu", "Kabir weds Naina" won't work me. I need a special card or else forget that I was even your friend once. Huh!"
Naina mimiced him while Kabir kept looking at him with narrow eyes. Ragini chuckled.

"Eheehehe."
Laksh laughed nervoulsy and kept looking here and there. There was a silence as all 3 were looking at him with narrow eyes.

"Congratulationnnsssss!!!"
He shouted and took his friends in a group hug to escape those sterns.

Naina, Kabir and Ragini laughed at him. Ragini was adoring their friendship and looked towards them smiling.

Three of them opened their hug for her.

"Ragu...join us, now you are our group member."
Kabir said while Naina and Laksh smiled and assured her.

She happily nodded and joined the hug. All of them were happy and even closer to each other now.

Babblu, Guddu, Paglu and Ragu were inseperable now.

They were the Best friends Forever.

On the journey of friendship, each one of them found their love and they promised to stay on this path till the end.

Yes, you all heard it right...

This was the last chapter.

An Epilogue will be followed up and will be posted up by most probably tomorrow.

I hope you all guys loved the story and will miss it like I will miss writing it.

The story was inspired from the movie De Taali. Only the parts till Ragini gets kidnapped are  from the movie rest after that it's my own work.

Moreover, I had done many changes with the characters I took in my story. The movie didn't focus on love story of the characters which are played by Laksh and Ragini but on the characters played by Kabir and Naina.

I just gave a spin off.

So, we will meet tomorrow and will end this book officially.
